The Prices for these unkept plants were comparable to most gardens only the care of them were much desired. There was a clearance section but even that I had to pass by.

I went in looking for a gift for the host of a Cigar/Wine Dinner I was invited to. Cecilia took the time and came out from behind the counter to help me with possible options for a gift. I live in Texas so I imagine the gift box sat in a hot truck, then was left on my porch. I called Dulcet and sent 3 emails to report the (expensive) gift is not edible. Customer service told me on the phone to send pics. I did. Still no reply from them after 3 days and 3 emails and a phone call. Their ad says, "If you were not completely satisfied with your gift please call us." I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

I called ahead to make sure the shop was open, and that I wouldn't be interrupting an appointment and was told by the owner Sienna to come down and she'd help me with the gift. The shop is beautiful from bottom to top. Lots of plants and you immediately feel welcome. Metaphysical practices, reiki, stones, readings, these are all interesting things to me but by no means something I have a knowledge of. Sienna was incredible accommodating and helpful putting together a perfect group of stones and crystals for my wife's friend and even throwing in some free incense and other items. All of this is great, but it was what happened at checking out that really made me want to write a review and hope it helps her business, especially since I don't really use yelp much anymore, I'd rather only write positive reviews for great experiences than anything else. At checkout I noticed a plant I used to have. Sort of a creeping vine leafed plant. My toddler poured a ton of juice in it and unfortunately it died. Without even saying anything else after identifying it for me which I have already unfortunately forgot, but I'll make a point to look it up through a photo later, she cut a clipping and gifted it to me in a small glass with water completely free of charge. This was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. The plant that I previously had that died was my mothers, who was killed 6 years ago now. So even though she was unaware of that, the gesture was very meaningful to me. If I ever need anything from this shop, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, or refer a friend in need. An amazing place.
