We called Lawngevity Landscaping, they talked us into doing a more expensive option for 60,000 with three walls. The agreement being that they would remove the previous retaining wall, lay out new ones and smooth out the backyard. They removed most of the old retaining wall, smoothed out the backyard, and placed a few of the old pieces of the retaining wall back in our backyard. They covered it with dirt, leaving a very uneven surface. They added dirt once: ineffective band-aid fix. As the dirt fell away a small, camouflaged obstruction was created. I tripped in the small divet created at the base of that camouflaged piece of wall. I broke my foot and was unable to care for my family or work for six weeks. I told the company and it has still not been fixed. I would strongly discourage anyone from using them without verifying that they won't rush the job. Finishing a job in three days is only good if the job is done correctly and responsibility is taken!

Her proposed solution was to "have someone pick up the arrangement for a full refund or pick up the arrangement and add more flowers to it" I said it would be embarrassing and awkward to retrieve flowers from someone who is in recovery... (from my aunt's perspective, her niece made a thoughtful gesture -- to have someone show up and take the flowers back or add some flowers only makes what was originally perceived as a nice gesture, awkward -- which an unnecessary thing to put my sick aunt through). Kim responded that SHE wouldn't be embarrassed (right, because it was ALL about her) and called me "too uptight". I used to frequent this place often before covid, after covid I don't know if management changed…read morehands or what but the customer serivce is a hit or miss depending on which day you go. Some of the workers are prejudiced and rude which is surprising especially with what's going on in the country today. I don't have a problem going out of my way to spend my money where it doesn't come with a side of rude and unpleasant customer service.
