We would like to recognize and sincerely thank our Pharmacist, Debbie Mason and District Pharmacy Manager, John Zoldak for going above and beyond in helping our 95-year-old mother when her prescription was denied due to the recall of her store-brand glucometer. When the issue could not initially be resolved, the District Pharmacy Manager personally stepped in, making multiple phone calls and advocating tirelessly on our mother's behalf until the prescription was ultimately approved. Their actions truly exemplify compassion, dedication, and patient-focused care. Our pharmacist Debbie has become far more than someone who simply fills prescriptions -- she has been a trusted healthcare partner for our family. We are extremely grateful for the commitment, kindness, and exceptional level of care they consistently show to loyal customers like our mom. So we'll have to try that again when it's daylight. They also have a floral area and I think a Pharmacy. The isles are wide enough without being huge. And all of the staff is very helpful if you seek assistance. I'm not yet sure which grocery store will be my store of choice but we shall see in the future =) Oh and a tip, at the end of the night the left door (facing the building) is locked so you probably want to park near the other door, especially if it's raining.
