And the hot water is up, the local company is gonna fix the meter spritz immediately, and we are working together to see if I will need help on the heat (any busted spots?) after I try to do certain warming techniques in the house after I had Love Effron prime the boiler. This is even without a visit needed so far (very busy holiday weekend, and a big $-saver for me.) Amazing would be a light way to describe the help Steve has given me, and I plan to turn over the maintenance and support of anything he handles, including some help in trying to set up sensors to help prevent future difficulties. My most recent visit required me to find parts for a hot water heater installation and I felt a little over my head on knowing what I would need for this project. I was helped immediately and shown all the supplies I would need for the installation. I am great full for their help and will continue to ship there whenever I need supplies.

That is NOT what the contract states. When I finally got the island back after giving full CASH payment the shiny gloss finish quickly wore off. Again I asked Frank to come take a look, he refused to do anything further. Never once did I get a "I'm sorry" for the mistakes and inconvenience. Frank can't be trusted. He is a terrible businessman. Don't let this happen to you!

And what is wrong is that he spent nearly two hours tinkering with the unit but was unable to identify the problem or provide a solution. He proceeded to charge her $245 and didn't even provide a written bill or invoice. The next day, we called in Affordable Appliance Service and they quickly (within 15 minutes) identified the problem (faulty PC board) and were able to fix the issue at a lower amount than AAAA charged...to do nothing. AAAA should stand for "Absolutely And Always Avoid" Appliance Repair.

He explains everything as he goes along, and doesn't mind at all if you want to hover nearby to watch him do the repair. He actually offered me same-day service ( the week before Christmas!) although I opted for service the following day. Miraculously, he had the part needed to repair my oven, and also knew exactly how to install it on this particular gas range ( a ten-year old Frigidaire ), which required a slight modification.
