They were able to help me with polyethylene tubing that big box stores weren't able to - they cut me off a piece of tubing so I didn't have to buy 100' when I needed 10'. Friendly service, they took their time. At checkout there were a couple of old head customers to chat with who were also friendly. Reasonable prices. For being as small as the location is they have a LOT of selection.

I contacted Weber who claims to have a service referral but after 3-4 attempts I gave up. An internet search pointed me to Oakland Ace for the repair. Everyone I dealt with to schedule the repair, receive updates on when Weber would send them the parts and the service tech himself were all 5 star awesome. Superb job was done and I cannot recommend them any higher. Oakland is lucky to have this Ace in town.

If I have questions and the person at the register is unable to answer any questions, I speak to the owner who always goes above and beyond to get us what we need. We get fast and friendly service. She rang it up and it was half the price of the other I said "that's sounds more like what I paid last time" she said "remember you get what you pay for" I said "I painted all the moldings in my house and they look great" with a smile.
