Horrible customer Service! The woman that helped us was rude, cursed often, and was totally intimidating. She acted like white trash. I don't understand how you can run a business like that. I'd never refer anyone. We had picked out the tile that we wanted and when she came to help us, she totally said "No - you can't use that tile on the floor in the bathroom". Then proceeded to show us options that were completely opposite of what we said we wanted and liked. Never again! read more

Worked with Sandi at the Fishkill location to find a backsplash for our kitchen reno. Boy, did she know her stuff! She found tiles for me in the style I was looking for but she pulled out some tiles she thought would go better with our countertop. After sending us home with tons of samples, we saw she was right. The tile she suggested was perfect with our countertop. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! I will never go anywhere else for our tile needs in the future! read more

Firstly, a huge selection and Sandy was VERY helpful and really took an interest in what I was looking for . I was pleased when she asked to see a picture of my kitchen although my Project was a smaller one (backsplash). I visited another tile store in Wappingers recommended by a contractor and the customer service was not comparable to Terra Tile nor was the inventory. The employees (mainly the middle aged woman) seemed burdened by our visit. I was looking to tile three bathrooms and still got a bad attitude and had to squeeze information out of them. Not one thing was recommended or even elaborated on. I have had this account on yelp for 5 years, I have added three or four reviews in that time. Terra is not the store to visit if you want to support small businesses. In addition while telling our neighbor about our experience she also stated she walked right out after receiving attitude regarding a question. read more

I renovated a kitchen and two bathrooms. All the granite and glass tiles came from terra. The glass tiles had been discontinued but Sandy went to great lengths to work it out she kept me up to speed on everything. At the warehouse I picked my granite slabs and they produced them within the promised time frame. Everyone loves my counters I used Typhoon Bordeaux and a cream colored hand made subway tile. In the master bath I wanted a more formal look for the Ming Green marble so they suggested adding a extra border of the same stone and it came out gorgeous. I recommend spending the extra dollars for the Ogi boarder on everything if you like a more finished look. Terra tile is a family run business and it shows! read more

The worst service from a rude and inconsiderate women at desk. Went in looking for some small marble pieces for a shower and ledge. Women barely acknowledged me, did not look up and when I described what I was interested in, she made a face and told me to go to their other location. No address given, no phone number, etc. She then turned away to engage with other employees. She had zero interest in helping me and it was clear that I was bothering her.... little did she know I was planning on purchasing $30-40k in tile for bathrooms and hallway renovations. Do not use this company. If their installation service is like their showroom service your project will be a mess! read more

Due to leaks in the floor, we had to renovate a bathroom that just wasn't on the top of our 'to do'. Working with Sandi at Terra Tile in Fishkill made the difference in our experience. She helped us to quickly come up with a plan that would remedy the obstacles we were faced with and make it beautifully worth the redo! She located marble that we loved but was discontinued and helped us through dealing with a 'sour' contractor experience!!! Bill who also works in the Fishkill showroom is very knowledgeable about all the new options that are available for contractors to consider and was also a pleasure to work with. Sandi took interest in my kitchen backsplash project and really worked with me within my budget.
