The quality of the work is very very good. His workmen are all kind, respectful, and the work site is always very clean. Most importantly, they are communicative and Bill interacts very well with women. Ashley, the kitchen designer is smart and talented with exceptional patience which we appreciated. Building, renovating, and moving are all hugely stressful undertakings and you have to feel confident in the professionalism, talent, and character of your team. You get that in abundance with Peak. We had one issue with a subcontractor regarding their work product, and raised our dissatisfaction with that very minor portion of the overall renovation cost. Peak agreed and was not pleased either. Without complaint, Bill removed it from the final bill and did not mire us in the particulars of his dealings with the sub. We were very grateful. You'll be happy with Peak.
