This is a store I go out of my way to shop at. There's also always someone there to help me bring the heavy stuff to the car, and no one will accept a tip -- "happy to help" seems to be their tag line. They're also great about referring customers to other local businesses if they don't have something I'm looking for. A recent example was I was looking for a hori-hori (google it, it will change your life). They had some tools that looked similar and probably could've sort of done the trick -- but someone working there told me where I could find an actual one on Main Street. Found it, bought it -- and told the folks working there how I learned about them. Builds community and relationship as opposed to competition. Dig it. These folks are my go to -- highly recommend them.
