Their "easy" return policy states that you must find a store and return it there or call a number. I called the number and was met with a promotional scam. The only option to get to talk to a representative was to dial "1" which brings you to a promotional department asking if you want $100. I wasn't born yesterday and I know you never get something for nothing. I said I just want to know how to return my item and so they promptly hung up on me, so I had to find a store. The nearest store was Werner's Ace, in Florida, NY, which is a 25 minute drive from my house. When I got there and said that I needed to make an online return, a very rude woman snapped at me that I have to come back tomorrow because the person who does online returns will be in tomorrow. So, of the three people behind the counter, none knew how to process a return - there is just one person specially trained LOL??!!! What are you doing guys? Do you know what year it is?
