Heavy cardboard blocking the oven opening. No oven racks or air fryer tray. I (73) moved & wired (220v) the stove myself. After spending half the day on the phone with Home Depot, they determined the workers left these items on the truck. WE were told they would return and drop off these items. They did not. I would like these items as the oven is unusable without them. I would not recommend buying ANY appliance / large ticket item from home depot.

I chose them over a competitor twenty-five miles closer to me because of their reputation for honest dealing and skilled service technicians. Over the past twenty years, I have found this to be the case. I recently replaced my original dw with a new Asko from Ackerman's, whose technician and I ran into problems that called for an oscillating saw (neither of us had one and it would have taken an hour to locate and obtain one from a neighbor) but were solved with hammer, chisel, muscle, and skill (none of it mine). They installed the gas line wrong and my contractor who was remodeling the kitchen had to fix it. They were supposed to run a line to the gas grill and never did.
