Not very friendly or approachable, but I saw some cute cocktail glassware and decided to make a purchase. Sadly, that evening, the paper bag with the glasses wrapped in tissue paper, lightly tipped over on the dinner table and one of the glasses shattered. I thought it would be worth a try to go back and see if they could accommodate with a solution as the glasses had not even been unwrapped yet. I went back, and the same man was there. He was extremely hostile when I asked if he could help me out in any way. When I mentioned that the glasses were only wrapped in tissue paper, he became very defensive and suggested that I was blaming him for the accident. "It's my fault," he yelled. He very childishly huffed and puffed through the store as he grabbed me a new glass and some bubble wrap. As he handed back the bag, he very rudely said, "don't blame me if you're not careful and it breaks again." Although I don't think it was his fault, I don't imagine the glass would have broken if it had been well wrapped the first time around. To have a grown man yell at me, a young women in my 20s, felt extremely scary, disrespectful, and and sad that this is a world where men think they can speak to women so harshly. Don't recommend visiting if you are looking for a pleasant customer experience.

    This was literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. I would give…read morezero stars if I could. They told me it would take one month for my materials to arrive. After waiting a month and half, I called them only to be told that it would be an additional two and a half months. When I said I wouldn't have ordered knowing it would take that long, they basically shrugged. After waiting four months for my shower materials, no one called me to tell me that they had arrived. They then tried to deliver the supplies on the wrong day when I was out of town. I had to screenshot them a voicemail FROM THEM to prove that I had requested delivery for Thursday. Worst of all, we had ordered the particular materials because we needed an off-center drain on the shower pan. Yet the drain was centered. When I spoke to the manager, he tried to say that my contractor had signed off on the order (even though he hadn't checked to see how the order was placed yet). Then, he basically said I had no recourse even though the shower installation ended up requiring the drain being moved and hence was more expensive. When I got a little heated, he then hung up on me. I am following up to see if I can file a complaint with the BBB about being offered no recourse for not getting what I ordered.

Was promised delivery today Saturday 5/9/26 between 10an-12pm. About 20 after 12, called the store, lo-n- behold, truck broke down in a garage. Not my problem. If it gets fixed there's deliveries that absolutely have to be done today. I said dude, I paid quite a price for a used stove, promised my delivery and want it here today. So with that it was delivered by the "van," without the cord. The oven was gross. Called again, I want the cord today. Oh, you can come get it. I said no, you don't understand. Oh the cord is on the original delivery truck. Oh, the cord is but the stove wasn't? I want the cord here today aside from from having to clean this. Oh sorry, we sprayed cleaner in there and forgot about it. Oh really, I thought you recondition your items for sale. Meanwhile the crap they used that got left in there ate at the finish of the oven. Attitudes going on. I won't mention names but ugh. Buyer beware. It'll be some time if ever I purchase from Aarons again!!!

I went in for a missing set screw on my Featherweight sewing machine and he had one on hand. But he would not stop there, he also without me even asking, discovered many other little things I had set wrong on the machine and gave me advice on maintaining it for long life. Highly recommend this shop. It is A+ service (a rare find these days) with an owner who's brain is wired for repair and making things work! Highly recommend.

So not only did I pay them to break my machine, I now have to invest $100 dollars to replace the missing parts and carry case! They are completely unprofessional, customer service is terrible, limited hours to reach them and super slow turn around. I was also told that my machine was being fixed at the house where the repair person was dog sitting. Assuming this is how my parts were lost since it was being carried around instead of being fixed at the shop. I use my machine to make my living and not only am I losing money by having to buy new parts, but I have also not been able to work for the month they had my machine as well as now having to wait for parts to arrive before I can make it usable again.
