    Complaint Summary I contracted to have Blissful Homes…read moreHeating and AC to install a mini split air conditioning/heating units (2) two units. Total cost was $12,200 and I gave him $7,500 deposit via a check dated 8/21/24 for him to purchase the equipment. He was to install the equipment initially on 10/7/24 through 10/9/24 at my residence. The owner of the business, Tamas Baka (cell phone Number: (570-832-3745) never showed up at the appointed time. After calling him on his cell phone and calling the office phone number for 3 days, he finally called me and said he was very sick, was in the hospital and he was slowly getting back to work. Based on his explanation, we rescheduled the equipment installation for 11/11/24 through 11/13/24. I've been calling him and texting him for 3 days and prior to the rescheduled 11/11/24 equipment installation. He again failed to show up to complete the work he was paid for and he has not called back or texted me at all. I believe that this is a consumer fraud/scam and is a breach of contract by failure to perform the work he was paid for via my $7,500 deposit. My check dated August 21,2024 was cashed on August 26,2024. Please help as I would like my $7,500 payment. I would like my $7,500 payment returned. I believe this was a scam and a fraud. I called at 4:15 asking why no one has called to say they'd soon be on their way, the lady on the other end is like, yea, so? I ask, well, don't you know where he's at now and when he may be on his way so I have an idea, it is 4:15 and 5pm isn't far off. She acts all annoyed, mumbles he's in Paramus. I'm saying yea, ok so?? When is he coming here and this is BS how no one ever called to let me know squat. Her name is Tanya, by the way, when seeing these Yelp reviews and I did so while I was speaking to her, so I tell her about these negative reviews and she hangs up on me. Bam. Now, I'm fuming and call to complain and reschedule an appt. (this is a 3rd time now) with mfr. Frigidaire to use another repair company. THEN- At 6pm, some guy rolls up to my house, unexpectedly, to fix my stove apparently, and I'm like, WTF? SO, I ADVISE, STAY AWAY! They suck, plain and simple. Rude and in la la land.

I was calling today to find out what time (today) the service tech would be showing up for refrigerator warranty service. I had been told when I scheduled the service call that it would be between "8am and 4pm", and that I would receive a call in the morning to narrow down the arrival. I never got that call and that prompted my contact to AHP. 1. The call management system doesn't work. I was queued as #10 and waited until I got to #2, then was somehow bounced back to #3. Finally. my turn came up. Then I was disconnected. Then it happened again. This was like a bad science fiction film 2. The service call scheduling doesn't work. When I finally DID get thru to someone, they had me scheduled for FRIDAY, not today (Tuesday). 3. The customer service that ISN'T: when I protested that I was scheduled for TODAY, the customer service scheduler actually had the audacity to summarily HANG UP ON ME (of course with no apology). KitchenAid and PC Richards should take note of this. I would think that management at American Home Appliance should also. These three examples above could provide some direction for improvement. I have to wonder whether KitchenAid, PC Richards or American Home Appliance ever noted the reviews on YELP and YellowPages. AHP is not the only show in town, and with "glowing reviews" like those on YELP and YellowPages-- and this one added to those-- they will soon enough be on thin ice with their service contract.

    This company is IRRESPONSIBLE and UNRELIABLE- do not hire them!…read moreI purchased LG appliances from Homedepot last December and started using LG Microwave in mid January after cabinets are installed. In three weeks, I noticed a burning smell from the microwave for more than a day even after stop using it. I immediately reported to LG services and they connected with this company They sent out a guy (Manny) and he diagnosed that it needs replacement of a part and told me that he will return with a new part. Two days after, the company sent another guy (Santos) and he asked me to explain what's the issue as if he never heard the previous report. Then, he heated a half cup of water for one minute (after several days of power disconnected, cooled-off) and concluded there is no issue. Ironically, he said it's SAFE to use it, but he DISCONNECTED the power cord when he left. I requested the company to send me copies of the two original reports from both technicians, but they haven't done so and submitted to LG only the first report. The Company representative said EVEN IF any fire took place, the company has no responsibility for it because it was FINE when the second guy tested. It seems like their goal is to get paid from LG. They received the compensation for their services from LG.
