Walked my handicapped mom into this Walgreens. My mom is handicapped from a stroke, walks slow and with a cane. She desperately needed the restroom, she walks all the way to the back of the store only to find out they have no working public restroom. No one there repairing it either. What's happened to Walgreens?? My first (and most likely, only) visit to this location didn't go too well. I actually use a different location closer to home, but when my Walgreens informed me they couldn't honor my vaccine appt by hanging a note on the closed pharmacy during the day of my scheduled visit, I rescheduled my flu shot to this nearby store. Since my store's sign stated that anyone scheduled would need to stop by and be worked in during the next week, my hope was that by taking an appointment slot at this location instead, maybe I wouldn't have to stand around and wait. I was wrong. I arrived at the recommended 15 mins prior to my appointment time. There was a small line for both vaccine check-in and script pick-up. However I could see 6 employees working behind the counter, so the line moved at a decent clip. Since they weren't busy at all at this point and it was now 50 mins past my appointment time, I decided to approach the consultation window and inquire...just to be sure I hadn't been forgotten. I stood at the window in front of 3 employees for a few mins without being acknowledged. I finally just spoke up and asked for some help. The ultimate answer from the pharmacist was that I was next in line and to give them 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later I was called in for my shot. If I hadn't approached them I really don't know when I would've been seen. At that time the lines were gone, and only one other vaccine customer was waiting with me. **To be completely transparent, the employee tasked at giving my shot didn't seem at all comfortable doing it. She seemed nervous, and was very awkward holding the needle and injecting. I was also required to fill out the paperwork while waiting that I'd already completed online.** It was a hard one to understand. They appeared to have plenty of employees...granted they all seemed active, but I definitely don't think that the 1 hour and 15 minutes total time I was inside for my appointment could've possibly been necessary. Maybe Walgreens isn't the best option at this time for vaccines? read more

The male pharmacist here is very obviously sexist. Any time I've gone here while he was here, I hear him loudly mistreat the female employees, while cracking sexist jokes with the male tech(?) and even customers. He is just so incredibly rude to women, I can't believe no one has reported his behavior (or they have and Walgreens won't do a thing about it). I told one of the staff members in the pharmacy that she needs to report him if that's how he's acting all the time. It's incredibly unprofessional and I hope they do so. I came to this location last month and this month for an appointment. The pharmacy section is so so so SLOW. This is the second time I came here to take my sister to get her covid shot. Waited in line for almost 20 minute. The appointment is to arrived 15 mins early. My sister and I came 20 minutes early. As for the first time we waited so for almost 15 minutes. I didn't like how the young man keep announcing people name to come to front when we been waiting in the line for almost half an hour. When people wait in line; It suppose to be first come first serve not name calling services. The guy behind the counter had the nerd to ask what time is the appointment and I told him we waited for pretty long already. And than he said we were next. Next for what? The waiting game again? He called the four customers before he acknowledged us. There was a customer who came as pair who was in front of us. The you guys didn't even check clients' temperature. That is not good. This place needs more staffing, it is very understaff. I will not refer this location to any of my coworkers, close friends or families. We were here for an hour for an appointment. read more

I haven't used them in a very long time for prescriptions and now I remember why. They have been dropping the ball since I've begun the process and now it's been 7 days without the medication I need. I called again today and was on hold for over 15min. The phone would ring and they pick it up and kick it right back to hold. That happened 5+ times. By the time they did pick it up, I almost forgot why I was calling. The person was then very short with me and essentially brushed off my concern, not even a fake we're sorry for the hold or for taking more than 7 days to refill a prescription. I highly recommend you look into online drug delivery companies. There are a few, like Optum Rx, and they are very good. They're customer service when I call is also top notch. This is where a company needs to adapt or they'll be the next to close. In the case, I wouldn't be missing anything. read more

I was having a severe allergy reaction to the shingles shot and my Epi pen was expired. 5 days after it was prescribed I had CVS pull ALL of my prescriptions. they never answer the phone and very disappointing. i had been going here for my prescriptions for 25yrs. all Walgreens in Hillsboro and Beaverton are not worth your sanity and health. read more

I went to the pharmacy Christmas Eve morning. Woman behind counter was severely rude - lacking just a touch of empathy which is all I needed. After sitting in the ER...got a list of meds to get for CoVid - yup, the anti-virals. (Felt like I was carrying the plague after talking with this woman.) Some of the meds were in the store and the CoVid Med could only be paid for through the drive through. I asked why? She said because "we don't want you in the store if you have CoVid." Cross-contamination.... "Lady I don't want to be in the store"either, was what I wanted to say. Pulled up to drive-through window and she asked if she could help me...um, I'm the one that you just told to leave? Not a lot of people in the store at 10am on Christmas Eve. Pharmacist explained the meds to my husband and then pushed the bag through the slot with a look of "take it and go." I wanted to say, "Merry Christmas" as I work in the medical field as well. Have an ounce of compassion even when you are busy. Take a break if you feel overwhelmed. Life is short and with the trifecta of CoVid, RSV and the flu - it might be shorter for many. read more

Shout out to the wonderful staff at the cash register and the Pharmacy staff. They were so polite, helpful and patient in explaining everything about the medication, & helping find things in the store. They made sure I had the right information and understand my background and history with the Rx. I will definitely continue to use their services for my Rx. I went to Walgreens before 9 am to get my second shingles shot. I went in early because it had taken 1&1/2 hours to get the first shingles shot because there were two people waiting for vaccinations ahead of me. There were only employees (3), in the pharmacy when I arrived. The cashier took all of my info (again!), and had me fill out paperwork. By 9:30, I was getting tired of waiting and asked how much longer it would be. "25 - 30 minutes". !!! Again, there was NOBODY AHEAD OF ME. Nobody waiting for a prescription. Only two other customers in the entire store! It took another 20 minutes before I received my shot. And that was only because I asked to speak to the manager. I would think that an in-store customer would take priority over phone calls,etc. (I could see the pharmacist filling prescriptions and talking on the phone the whole time I was in the store.) During a pandemic, while case numbers are surging here in Washington County, pharmacies should be making sure that Senior citizens do NOT have to wait inside their stores for such an inordinate amount of time! I hope Walgreens will review their policy and make it easier for Seniors to get the health care they need without having to wait for an hour or more! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. I've used this pharmacy for years due to convenience. They don't just screw up prescription orders once in a while, it's been EVERY time lately. It took over a week for them to refill my migraine medication and then blamed the doctors office. I am done with this joke of a pharmacy. read more

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. I have automatic deliveries, one of my prescriptions is an injection. They fill the prescription, but never send a sharps container to dispose of the needles. I chatted with them online, I was escalated to three people and no one knew what a sharps container was. So I called customer service, the first person I talked with didn't know what it was and hung up on me. The second person I talked with tried to help, but they don't sell sharps containers large enough for the new style injection cartridges. No help, I finally called the corporate headquarters, and got someone who knew what I was talking about. The only difference was they shipped her sharps container with her first delivery. Pharmacist and pharmacist assistant where disrespectful through drive through, instead of the pharmacist assistant explaining to us calmly that she couldn't give us the prescription bc there wasn't a physical address there was a P.O. Box address and there for she couldn't give us the prescription because of D.A law. She came at us with a loud rude tone of voice "WE CANT GIVE YOU THE PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS, YOU NEED A PHYSICAL ADDRESS NOT A P.O BOX ADDRESS BECAUSE ITS THE D.A LAW" the person that the prescription is for is currently in lots of pain and needed the prescription for a concussion. Hardworking and cheerful staff. You can scan your prescriptions so that they will be ready when you get there. If you have a doctor that is dragging their feet on signing the refill, Walgreens will re-fax the doctor until they respond. Drive up Pharmacy only: way too slow and too long. I am currently waiting in line in my truck to fill a prescription. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes (no exaggeration) with 2 cars in front of me. They were here before me, so they've been waiting longer with no movement. Had to turn off my car to conserve fuel. The car behind me got tired of waiting and left. Update: a couple of minutes have passed and one car in front of me has given up and left. This is probably the most pleasant Walgreens I've been to. The employees here are so friendly! I always get greeted, and asked if I need assistance with anything by multiple people. I always see them stocking too which is a good sign, they probably got whatchu need. Very large, clean, well lit store with plenty of parking outside. My favourite part: flaming hot Cheetos PUFFS. Great store staff. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and helpful. My only complaint is with the pharmacy. They never seem to have enough staff....they need help! The pharmacy techs are spectacular at their jobs and always nice.... but tonight, I pulled into the drive thru at 5pm with three cars in front of me. At 5:29 I gave up and went home.... with two cars still in front of me and no one attending the drive thru window. This is WAY TOO MUCH WAITING TIME!!! I repeat.... Let me say ive already posted a bad review about this store but every time i go i have issues. The people in the normal store area are rude but the people in the pharmacy are the worst! I have a sick child with the bad flu going around and i was wanting to get advice on which is the best vaporizor and the lady at the pharmacy wouldnt even help me! After today I will never step in this Walgreens again, even though the other locations are twice the distance from my house. Going into this location is never a quick trip because the staff is downright rude, treats anyone with coupons like a criminal & could give a crap that you have a day to get to. After locating my purchases in less than 2 minutes it took me 10 minutes to check-out purchasing 4 items (2 tubes kids toothpaste & 2 bottles iron supplements, both BOGO free and using 2 coupons & 2 register rewards) because the cashier screwed up my transaction AGAIN (something usually is wrong everytime I've previously been in, whether the register won't read a coupon or their own store coupons won't work). Then the supervisor that came to bail out the cashier made me feel like it was my fault her cashier was incompetent. read more

Worst pharmacy - slow as molasses. Every month I pick up 7 different prescriptions and they are not available on the same day. So I'm here a lot and not one time in the last 6 months have my prescriptions been ready when I arrive. I am always told to "come back it's not ready". I mean I should not have to keep coming back for every prescription. Also every time the line takes 20mins at least. Super inconvenient. Very disappointed they haven't improved at all. It's all good. I don't use the pharmacy, though, just for supplies like makeup, shampoo, etc. usually with coupons or for things on sale. Customer service has always been friendly even if a little forced. The intersection is difficult but once I figured out which lane to be in it's not a problem to get there from downtown anymore. The pharmacy folks are *always* friendly and accommodating (I fairly regularly go to this location for myself and my family prescriptions). I never had a bad experience with placing a prescription or picking up one. They look up my information fast. They set expectations when it will be ready. They take their time answering any of my questions. I can't ask any more of a pharmacy. The rest of the store staff is also consistently friendly. Never had to wait for service. Can find folks on the floor if I have trouble looking for items. They take the time to look in the back if items are out of stock on the shelves. I can't understand the negative reviews. read more

Peak time (5:30 pm) and drive-through is over-full and tying up the assistant with no additional help inside, other than the very busy pharmacist. When I walked in the people up front were very pleasant and welcoming and I felt good to be spending my money here. That was until the angry woman who helped me ruined my entire shopping experience. She acted like my existence was bothering her. I asked if she could show me where the vitamins were and she completely ignored me even though we made eye contact. I believe she was the manager on duty as well making it even worse. Nancy was her name I believe. I walked up to the front kind of angry but luckily the girl up front (who was fairly new, because I remember coming in on her first day) was very sweet and pointed me in the right direction. On April 29, 2017, I scheduled appointments for my daughter and I to receive typhoid shots at the Walgreens located at 955 SE BASELINE STREET, HILLSBORO, OR 97124. We received emails confirming our appointments that day. On June 9 we received both emails and texts reminding us of our appointments. When we arrived for our appointments today we were told that there was only one dose of the typhoid vaccine available. For the life of me, I cannot understand HOW this is possible when I had gone to the trouble of not only making an appointment, but making it WELL in advance. My daughter and I are traveling to South America in 30 days and both need this shot. The pharmacist, Khalil A, was completely unapologetic. He offered to call other Walgreens in the area, but then returned and said, "Well, bad luck. Our phones are down." and shrugged his shoulders. We ended up giving my daughter the only available dose, but now I am left to find another pharmacy to get my shot before we leave. I find this utterly unacceptable. I can understand if I had walked in off the street looking for a typhoid shot that it may or may not be available, but NOT under these circumstances. What was the point of scheduling an appointment if Walgreens wasn't going to follow through and have my vaccination available? Really bad customer service today, Walgreens. REALLY bad. read more
