I just want to say that after looking for a very long time for these bandages, Rite Aid came through for me. Actually these weren't even the right ones (too large), but I was able to exchange (with receipt) and get smaller ones. I was greeted at the door by someone (donning a face shield) who not only told me where they were, but she took me right to the aisle, and when I came back for the exchange, she acknowledged me again and helped me at the register. I do appreciate having multiple brands/styles in stock. Next time Rite-Aid will be my first stop. read more

I come by multiple times a month for my prescriptions and the pharmacy staff is always very kind and attentive.

I've been a loyal shopper of Rite Aid through the pandemic time until current date. There some awesome employees who are willing to help me out majority of the time. They patiently help me while checking out to make sure I get my bargain prices. The 185th store I met a gal blondish with glasses so kind very patient with me. I decided I changed my mind on a item she made a quick refund which I appreciated greatly. Kudos to you Rite Aid with having the finest of employees plus a lot of different items that are available that you cannot buy at other stores. I'll be continuing to shop there for sure! Wow new manager is really rude. Thinks needs to lecture on ringing bell to get her attention. Not even hi just....Next time ring the bell...why not next time say hello. Oh and paid with cash and Anna didn't know how to count back change . Just dropped into hand and said here is your change. When ask don't you count back change. The customer service at this store is horrible, horrible, horrible. The employees and managers are extremely rude to their customers! I have spent over $200 at this store in the past month, and will no longer shop here. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and shop at one of their competitors. Target is in the same shopping center, and Fred Meyer and Walmart are nearby. Also, they are much more expensive than their competitors by at least 50%! The service at this pharmacy was terrible! Worst experience I've had at a pharmacy in a long time. We arrived about 8min to closing for a Rx for pain meds. My spouse was in pain from an after hours dentist visit. The pharmacist was rude, let us know they don't usually take new prescriptions 30min before closing and questioned that dentists are even open late. We were quite shocked by the attitude, especially since we used to work in pharmacy. It was disappointing to see someone ruin pharmacy reputation. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

Yikes. I shopped at this Rite Aid store on Friday night, 8/22/14 . I do not shop at Rite Aid, or any drugstore, very often, as I usually gain most of my health/beauty supplies at the grocery store or at Target. This was the first time I shopped at this particular Rite Aid and I must say, I won't be returning. I shopped with my two year old son for items for his school supply list for his playschool. Upon entering the store I noticed that all of the carts were filthy, crusted with dirt and sticky on the handles. I refused to let my son sit in it, and noticed the lack of disinfectant wipes near the carts, which are a staple at most stores now, to allow the customer to clean the cart before usage. Throughout the store, I noticed several areas of dirty/stained tile floors and sticky spots on the floor. The lighting in the store is dimly lit and it appears the whole store is in need of a fresh update and deep cleaning. Upon reaching the checkstand, I was asked by the cashier if I had a Rite Aid discount card, to which I replied no. She replied, rather rudely, that I needed a card in order to get the sale prices, something I would not have known since I do not shop at Rite Aid often, but pulled a blank card out for me and applied it to my transaction. When I saw the total go from ~$26.00 to a little over ~$16.00, I commented that the card certainly makes a difference in the prices, and the cashier stated yes, that's why you should use it and bring it with you all the time. I was a little taken aback by her abruptness. There are much cleaner drugstores around town that I will choose to visit on the rare occassion that I need a drugstore, and hopefully those have cashier's happy to explain policies such as discount cards to you instead of assuming you already know them. read more

NO STAR!!!!!! I love Rite Aid but this pharmacy is horrible. My first pharmacy was a Rite Aid in Clackamas and they did their job perfectly, listened, and helped me out too. My second before this was Fred Meyers in Hillsboro. All I can can say is, one of the worst. This is my third pharmacy and I thought I could trust this spot but things did not work out. The only person who understands to do their job is a brown hair Caucasian man who listens to what I have to say, does his job on time, and he will easily check the computer to see where else I could possibly get a medicine I'm missing then transfer me to their pharmacy (if they're unable to restock my medications in time) The only problem here is the women. They're too busy listening to music, chatting, on the computer doing who knows what, and ignore nor help customers. How do I know? Well I stood 6ft away and I could hear their music blasting outloud on their headphones. I observed a young blonde Caucasian woman on the computer as if social media if more important than working and she told me to wait for 5min.. more like 10mins. I was in a rush but I patiently waited. She finally talked to me and told me I wasn't allowed to get 1 of my medications (Keppra) and I wouldn't be able to get it at their pharmacy for 5months? Bullshit. I was pissed because she's lying. I asked for help and asked if their was another Rite Aid would have it in stock and she told me she doesn't know because she didn't even try to check online to help me. How ignorant and unclassy. Then she told another elder Caucasian woman to deal with me since they were only ready to give me 1 of my meds. The elder woman told me copay is $40. That's not true. I have 2 insurances that fully covers me. No doubt. She didn't believe me but she took her damn time to call my insurance and took longer than I expected. No pharmacy takes long unless they haven't done their job on time and lazy. I was frustrated because I just previously dealt with a pharmacy problem so I switched to this pharmacy. She took so long that I told them I'd be back tmrw. Btw, these two woman were rude just because they found out I didn't have to pay a cent. The main problem was a confidentiality code??? Idk what what that means because I surely never set it up. Tam (An asian woman) told me to call my previous my Rite Aid for the confidentiality code. I called them and they told me that I wasn't allowed to get it, only pharmacy technicians can. So that's the PHARMACY job to do for me ahead of time instead of last minute and making me struggle. It seems like Tam lied nor did she know what to do at all. I had to make 10 calls on my own that day to push her to do her work. I called my neurologist and got ahold of a nurse who was helping me out by calling Rite Aid to push them harder to do their freaking work because I desperately needed my 6 medications before going to a month long vacation trip as well. I only got 5 and I was sent to a Walgreens because they were missing 1 medication. After my vacation I had to refill. I called multiple times, but no answer. I called my neurologist and got in touch with a nurse to help me out, again. I knew I should just go there myself to see what was gong on. Why aren't these ppl answering. I see Tam with headphones on and I can hear her listening to music 10ft away. Seriously? This is why she didn't pick up. I said outloud "Excuse me?!". She told me she only had 1 ready. 1 out of 6? Are you serious?! I asked her what the problem is with Keppa and she told me about the confidentiality code in their way and how it was a hassle for her to call my old Rite Aid everytime I need to refill my medications. One call for them is so much easier then ten calls for me. Not to mention, I'm doing their work. I'm the customer, not you. I asked her about Keppra and if I would be able to ever get it here instead of going to Walgreens again. I dont want to go back and fourth. She told me that's what I have deal with. I was given my 1 med, Folic acid. She charged me $2. Which means she was too lazy call my insurance or to check if I'm covered. She just wanted money. I told her that I am because I also have OHP to fully cover me since I'm a disabled epileptic who can't work with no income, but she kept repeating "You have moda, you have moda" Ugh. I could've stood there and told her to call my insurance in front of my to prove it. But whatever, $2 was no big deal... but I still had to wait for my other 5 medications. I called the next day, no answer. I got a voicemail saying my medications were unable to refill thanks to the confidentiality code again!!! I called two days in a row and no answer. I was almost out of Keppra so the third day I decided to call my neurologist to let him know that I will be switching to a Walgreens. I called Walgreens myself to let them know I'm switching to their pharmacy because they quickly checked my insurace in front of my face. read more

Background: This was the first time I have needed to transfer a prescription. I used the online service and received a confirmation email with a reference code. A week later, I went in to pick up my medication. At the pharmacy, I was told they did not have my transfer. I explained I had done it online and received a confirmation email. They insisted that it cannot be done online, so I showed them the email. They told me there was nothing they could do, and I need to call my previous pharmacy. I did not have that information with me, but I knew the name of the pharmacy, and I didn't understand what the problem was because I had received the confirmation email that stated my transfer was successful. Again, they told me there was nothing they could do. Before leaving, I called the customer help line number that was in the email. They didn't have an answer and told me to call my previous pharmacy, too. The reference number meant nothing to them. So I drove to the pharmacy that I previously used, and they said that Rite Aid never called them to complete the process. They gave me a business card with their phone number (the same one I had entered on the online form) and said the pharmacy would need to call. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'm not upset that there was a problem, but they treated me like I had done something wrong. They could have simply asked what pharmacy they needed to call. Instead, I was told I couldn't have transferred the medication online. This tells me the staff needs training on what exactly is offered to the customer and how to navigate through issues. I ended up going to Walgreens. I had never shopped there before, but they are the next closest non-Rite Aid in my area. I gave them the phone number of the previous pharmacy, and they had my prescription transferred. I'd rather drive the extra miles to have staff that will help me than be disregarded because there was a problem nobody wanted to deal with. read more

Teresa at the pharmacy provided a bad customer service. I called them yesterday to confirm that the prescription coupon I had would work. She said yes. When I came to pick up the prescription, it didn't work. This was fine as it probably had something to do with insurance. However, instead of coming to the counter and talking to me. She just told the person at the counter that she doesn't know why. As if I couldn't see her from where I was standing. I find this rude. The least she could do was come over and explain. I've been coming here for prescription for over 10 years. I don't think this is how you treat a customer. read more

I never in my life experience rude customer service! They treated two African Americans kids like they were racist, I was watching a cashier ignore them in line and offer a white man assistance first after these kids waited least 8 minutes in line for there money from a pop-can refund. I stood up for these kids and yes I went off told them there actions were not ok unprofessional and racist. All the manager did was say sorry over and over non of the employees even looked in the eyes of those kids that felt like they were treated so unkind I'm so upset what I seen and experience for those kids SHAME ON YOU RITE AID read more
