There's a reason this pharmacy has 2 1/2 stars. They are always out of my medication and then they always screw up ordering it or have delays ordering it and they can't even give me estimates of when it'll be available. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I will. read more

Following my fiancé's surgery, which ran late into the day, we discovered that the hospital pharmacy was already closed. I knew my local Walgreens was open until 9pm so we arrived at 8:35. We were told the prescription could not be filled today and we would have to wait until the following day. We explained our situation, needed the meds that night, but we're told to visit another Walgreens that was open until 10pm. We visited the other store, 20 minutes away, where they promptly filled our prescription in 10 minutes. As a local business owner, I work very hard to secure positive reviews on Yelp. I have never given a negative review for a business but I felt my dealings with this Walgreens store needed to be exposed. I frequent this store on a regular basis but will never solicit their business again. read more

I have a serious injury and needed to pick up the pain medication, while I wait for total shoulder replacement. Sit in the drive thru, behind 2 cars, for about 35 minutes. When I get to the window, the blinds are closed and there is just a note there for you. Basically piss off. Come back in 45 minutes. It was like 1:45pm in the afternoon. I was pissed off, could they let you know about stuff like this any other way, maybe before making those in agony sit so long and read the note on the window? Most people don't go to the pharmacy enough to know that it's closed for an hour around 2pm - WTF??? read more

Pathetic service. Since I transferred over from the now-closed Bi_mart Pharamcy, I have been struck by the dour and not very helpful staff at Walgreens, but things have come to a bad head. I broke my leg yesterday and the ER doctor sent in a prescription for pain meds. Here I am, over 26 hours later, with no filled prescription; all I get on automated phone/web thing is that the "pharmacist is reviewing the order"! Outrageous! I am hurting. Impossible to get a real human being on their phone when I need to fix something or check on an urgent issue. Very sad operation. I will be going elsewhere, and fast! read more

Slowest pharmacies ever!! Don't use their drive through unless you enjoy sitting in your car for 36 minutes!!! I can't say it's any one person's fault maybe they just need to hire more people but seems like there's always only person working and 2 techs on break. It's every single Walgreen's too... read more

CON: if you need pet/animal prescription RX renewals use caution. If you need a RX renewal: Save yourself a ton of time & chaos, call the clinic ahead of time, drive there, pickup the paper RX or RX renewal, drive it to the pharmacy and hand it to them. It is worth the gas-money, and avoiding the wild goose-chases. Do NOT rely on the pharmacy to get RX renewals (web, online or via phone) in a timely manner--even with 2-3 days advance notice, it's not going to happen. I don't know if it's the clinic or the pharmacy at fault, I have been calling BOTH, but the pet is missing scheduled meds that prevent some very gross, life threatening things. This has been happening much more than 4 times where I'm calling clinic & pharmacy trying to sort this out. I don't know if it's because these are "only for an animal", and are getting a back-burner treatment. PRO: Drug Membership cards: can be used for pets, and it saves a LOT of money. I will check if Walmart, Fred Meyer, Safeway offer the same membership deals. read more

As most Walgreens go this location is clean, stocked, and well priced. There rarely seems to be anyone at the photo counter, however they will call someone if you ask the front cashier. Friendly and helpful staff and their sales can have some fun finds if you look for them! read more

I went in today to get the Sharper Image Portable Electric Key Finder they had advertised on line for a Christmas gift, but after checking the shelf where they should have been the clerk said that they must have sold out. I continued through the store to get the other things on my list and in just few minutes was approached by the same clerk and he said he found one in the stock room. After sustaining a back injury and winding up in the emergency room, I was prescribed 20 pills of generic flexerin and Vicodin. My husband stopped by the Walgreens on our way home from the hospital to drop off the Rx's and we went one other place and then came back to pick the prescriptions up. We picked them up at the drive through window and paid, and they handed us the bag which was stapled shut. Then we went over to the Fred Meyer store next door, to pick up a few things to eat. I waited in the car, since I could barely walk due to the back injury. While my husband was in the store, I decided to open the Rx bag up and read the directions. That is when I noticed that the pill count number on the Vicodin was circled but the other bottle was not. When this has happened to me in the past (at other pharmacies) it was because they were short pills to give me and I could pick up the remaining when they arrived, but I was always told that when I paid. I proceeded to count the pills in the bottle and there was only 19 instead of 24. I assumed they did not have enough to fill the prescription. So as soon as my husband got back to the car we drove back over to the Walgreens drive thru and proceeded to ask them why we didn't get the accurate amount of pills. They said that was impossible, and they double count everything. It obviously was not impossible because I was shorted 5 pills! My husband asked them to count the inventory, which they did, and told us it was accurate and they could do nothing for us. This was highly frustrating as we KNOW WE did not take the pills, we had PAID for the pills and I needed the pills for the severe back spasms I was having. After getting nowhere with the pharmacist, we went home and my husband called the regional complaint line. The pharmacist did call us back the next day and offered to give us a refund, but would still not admit fault. We just took the refund instead of arguing any longer, because we had been through enough that weekend already. We were first time customers here....and now we are last time customers too. Be sure to count all your pills in front of the pharmacist when you receive them. Better yet, avoid this place altogether. read more
