No person to help you, just a stupid AI bot which is constantly apologizing and saying it completely understands when a machine can't apologize since it does not have feelings ended also doesn't understand anything. I get it as an assistant tool but the amount of extra time this took when it didn't actually help with anything but making me feel like a crazy person.Before I finally gave up and just drove to the freaking window. He greeted me with a big smile and was eager to help from the moment I walked in. When he noticed I didn't have an AMPM rewards card, he even scanned his own card so I could get discounts, completely unprompted. That kind of generosity from an employee is rare and really touched me. He went so far above and beyond what was expected of him. I left feeling really uplifted, and honestly, that's not something you expect from a quick convenience store stop. This employee is a true asset to this location.
