I was trying to ask a person with an apron on where the restroom was and she barked at me that she was not on the floor right now. I was confused since genuinely, asking another human being where the bathroom is seems like a question you do not need to be on the clock for. Thankfully another person, who WAS on the clock, walked by and responded kindly that it was right around the corner. I think rude lady did not maybe hear my question since by the time I parked the cart, got the cane ready and was trying to walk to the restroom she was right there and I think had just come from the restroom. But she was now near aggressively in my face asking how she could help me. My turn to be rude and say I need you to kindly allow me to go into the restroom which is where I have been trying to get to. Thankfully the other folks throughout the store were super super nice and so very helpful. They even asked that I pull my car up so they could load up my groceries. And I love that they load them up into boxes - especially that they are smaller boxes because glass jars and such get heavy very fast and bags aide them to clang around a great deal. After chatting with one of the lovely folks that work there I also 'get' any rudeness from the gal I suspect really needed to restroom. But the other person thanked me for being a person that reminds her she likes her job. She said most people who shop there genuinely treat the people who work there with abuse. People will march up, not even great them, thrust their phone on their face with the item they are searching for. I was also doing shopping for others but am I the only person saying please and thank you? That earned me a person finding me an out of stock item for my customer. I was shopping for a vegan and I will say I found a ton of great looking stuff next time I need to go to a vegan thing - and I have such a thing in a few weeks!

Well TODAY the clerk SAVEON at this location #17916 must have been having some issues because he just lunged across the counter at me and slammed his name tag down while I was with my toddler! After he refused my purchasing an alcoholic beverage I inquired on why my VALID passport couldn't be accepted, he just walked off in the middle of my question and checking out my items! His coworker slid into his place to finish my checkout, when I asked his coworker for his info he then LUNGED across the counter IN MY DIRECTION and slams his name tag at me. I immediately felt threatened especially with my TODDLER 3 y/o daughter! I immediately responded that he better not come any closer and do anything else as I was with my daughter and I felt threatened! I will never patronize this location or probably even 7 eleven brands, I noticed as the other patrons looked on and the clerk Jade didn't offer any empathy in my direction my daughter and I were the only black ppl in there so I'm sure that helps! I feel embarrassed, threatened and certainly discrimination due to my daughter and o being of Color!
