Good selection of many local items. Some fun Sasquatsh things we giggled at. We were looking for items for a gift basket. This store is in the mall and is on the pricier side of things. Friendly employees asked if we needed help and if we were finding everything ok. Checking on us several times. You can purchase the reusable Made in Oregon Bags here as well.

There are nine locations of Made In Oregon stores. So far, I have visited six of them. This one is located inside the Washington Square mall close to Macy's. It is not as large as some of the other locations but it still manages to have all the usual merchandise found at Made In Oregon stores. This store sells wine, clothing, jewelry, food, arts and crafts, cards and more. The main reason I like to visit Made In Oregon stores is to shop for earrings. They have some beautiful creations here. I particularly like the sterling silver ones with various natural stones like green jasper. The three employees working here during my most recent visit were all friendly and helpful. One lady interrupted the project she was working on in order to point out to me which earrings were sterling silver, since the card isn't always marked. She was very pleasant and helpful. I bought three new pair of earrings here today and left the store very happy. I highly recommend everyone visit this Made In Oregon store.

Love these locally sculpted metal dragonflies.

Its hard for me to give less than four stars no matter how there is absolutely no one even spotted to help me or ring me up should I buy something. I say that because everything they offer is so great and really does reflect on the NW. I have filled many a difficult present for a friend or family member here and its always where I try t send people looking for local wares and such. They have such a diverse amount of interesting products that even as a native I find something all the time here. Whether you want a tshirt showcasing Portland, Oregon or some other local thing...maybe some local jams, chocolates, wines or how about a gorgeous stained glass art piece. My latest desire is this stunning handmade metal dragonfly they have which will look perfect in my livingroom.

The huge collection of kitchen towels with various sayings will keep you captivated for quite some time. There are always sayings that immediately relate to yourself or someone you know. They make a great hostess gift along with a bottle of wine, bottle of olive oil or chocolates. Speaking of chocolates, maybe it was because Easter is around the corner, but the store is overflowing with foiled chocolate bunnies of every size, cartons of eggs from Tony's Chocokolonely - who knew they got into the holiday niche? Peeps of every color. Foiled chocolate eggs in vibrant colors. Bags of Seattle Chocolates wrapped candies and their fun, individual chocolate bars in unique flavors with cheerful messages on the wrapper. Even individual pieces of gourmet chocolates at the counter. The huge wall display of socks with sayings will have you laughing out loud, probably why they invented the LOL acronym. But there are serious items, too. The Naked Bee makes lip balms, lotions, hand sanitizer, and CBD serums that moisturize better than most products I've tried. We left with several items and the knowledge Peachtree Gifts carries the full spectrum of offerings. There are stuffed animals, the ever popular seasonal gnomes, candles, plaques with sayings, stickers, colored pens, journals, and of course, a fabulous selection of greeting cards For every occasion and then some! Definitely worth a stop when you are in Multnomah Village! I challenge you to leave empty handed.

I found a few nice items that I was not looking for and it is always fun when happens. It is the kind of store that you go in not looking for anything and you find something you did not even know you needed. LOL There is also a little table outside the store with random reduced price items. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable of the store items. I had a big stroller and they opened the back door just to accommodate us They also have personal invitations in the back of the store. It is indeed a great store to find gifts for family, friends, and loved ones. If I ever go back to the area I will stop by again to get some cute little items. It is totally worthy to stop if you have the chance to.

Gorgeous iron garden tools with wooden handles; lovely scented Twig & Moss luxury candles; local artisan jewelry - necklaces of many lengths, earrings and rings; bright melamine salad bowls with bamboo interiors; vibrant dishes and serving pieces. Backpacks and crossbody bags mingle with scarves, warm camping blankets, placemats, table linens and ceramics. There is a little bit of everything! Any item purchased here will elevate your space and experience. I was seriously impressed! For example, they have round, portable charcuterie boards that when you twist the top, a bottom drawer is exposed and contains four different cheese slicers and spreaders. Now that's clever, functional and beautiful! With all the wine tasting I do, I need one of these! The shelf stocked with specialty teas was it icing. The canisters were adorned with stunning papers collected from around the world and hand wrapped making the canister as special as the tea contained within. If you purchase one for a gift or for yourself, it would be proudly displayed on counter and not behind a cabinet door. The orange poppies were my favorite in case someone wants to buy me a gift! At JP General, ordinary items are anything but ordinary! Hellagood brand blankets that have warm faux fur inside and a durable fabric outside that fold and strap so you can easily bring camping, keep in your car for outdoor concerts or use around the house. This is just one example. The store is just delightful! We spent so much time walking slowly, checking everything out, reversing order and making additional laps - we didn't want to miss anything! Nestled amongst the many stores on SW Capital Hwy in charming Multnomah Village, JP General is a must visit! Heck, it's even a worthy destination.

The store is really warm and welcoming--I loooooveee all the plants draped around the place. They support many local artists, which is why I love visiting small businesses. They carry some really beautiful jewelry, a nice selection of clothes, and other gifts (for yourself or someone else). The jewelry always catches my eye and I found some really nice earrings and other pieces, but what really caught my eye was this awesome bracelet. It is rather dainty and has some small gemstones in it--the one I chose has multiple stones, but they also had a garnet one that I considered as well. What's particularly cool and unique about the bracelet is the closure system. It doesn't have a traditional (or even non-traditional) clasp; instead it has a bolo closure. I know that there are bolo bracelets but I've never seen it on a piece with gemstones. Since this was my first stop of the day in this shopping trip, I decided not to go too hog wild in here though they had several things that I could have taken home with me. The parking right in front is rather sparse, but there is street parking along the various streets nearby for all the shops here.
