I later called Kaiser myself, and although they hadn't sent the prescription yet, I followed up. When I spoke to Christopher on the phone, he said he had registered me for Walmart notifications and that I should wait to be contacted. Three weeks passed and I received no updates, so I returned to the store to check on the order. A different employee told me that nothing had been processed. That day, I finally placed the order with another employee. Today, when I went to pick up the glasses, I reminded Christopher of our previous phone conversation and mentioned that I had never received any notification. Instead of acknowledging the situation, he replied, "Nothing gets processed until it's paid." I said, "Well, then you should've told me that in the first place." His response? "Regardless, what's your last name?"--in a curt and dismissive tone, and then he continued with the process. At the end, I told him, "Have a good day," and he didn't even reply. I've often noticed how empty that store is, and honestly, it makes sense. The staff didn't seem interested in helping, and their attitude gave the impression that assisting customers was more of an inconvenience than part of their job.

This store is smaller which I like because I think the layout is better and on my recent trips I believe it to be better stocked than the Tanasbourne location. Parking is always easy and plentiful and perhaps it's because of the times that I shop, but this location is rarely busy or overcrowded. As a new puppy parent I've found myself going to Target more recently for their pet brand, Boots & Barkley, which I like for its style, quality, price and seasonal product offerings. I feel like this brand is better quality and value than some of those available at PetSmart or on Amazon. My experiences shopping here are usually easy breezy and I always use self checkout.

There is a covered walk so you can mostly stay out of the rain if you want to get a little exercise in with your shopping. Restaurants are mostly closer to TV Highway, though. The only major categories this shopping center are lacking are sporting goods, liquor, and automotive. Ross and Target carry basic fitness essentials and kid bicycles. Hillsboro Liquor and Bi-Mart are nearby and would fill in those categories. Ross, Target, and Safeway are open early to late. Most of the center is open normal retail hours.
