This Walgreens location is fairly close to where I live. I usually come to Walgreens to buy snacks, beauty products, occasionally some medicine and send money to family via Western Union. Although this is a smaller store compared to the Mowry Location, I am pleased with the service and selection they have to offer. read more

Horrible wait times and customer service. Third time picking up my Rx for Norco and they shorted me! Pretty sure this is not the first time that it has happened here. I seemed awfully short the last time so I made sure to count this time, and sure enough... It was not a full count of 30. If you choose to use this pharmacy, I strongly advise you check your prescription counts at the time of pick up. And I thought to have counted last time, I would have been calling the police this time. Funny... Out of all the prescriptions I've picked up (about four different ones), only my Norco was seem to have been short. Just saying. read more

I drop by here only if I need the infrequent prescription. If it's faxed in through my doctors office, or I send in a refill order, it is always ready on time, so there is no waiting around. The pharmacy staff is quick and friendly, even under circumstances like when customers who don't have any refills left want one. They also have a good selection of drug store items available. The only negative about this Walgreen's is that it is smaller than most, and the aisles are narrow. read more

I've been their customer 10+ years. They've always been slow but today did it. My prescription was supposed to be ready at 11am. Did not get the normal confirmation call so I tried to call them. No way to get through. One time I waited 20 minutes until the system told me that there is one caller left before me. And then disconnected me. So I decided to go there. After one hour wait I was told that my prescription won't be ready until tomorrow. I told the manager that I will help him and reduce his customers by one. At CVS I had to wait maybe 2 minutes to get the process started to move my business there. They still have to call Wallgreens to complete the transfer...ugh. read more

This is a review for their in store Fedex options. I arrived and stood in line for 15 minutes behind a customer because her package had been lost. That should have been my clue. Once it was my turn, I turned over my boxed iPhone for transport. The date was December 20, 2018. Apple contacted me twice because they never received my phone. After an online chat I discovered that my phone had just been picked up at Walgreens yesterday, which was 23 days after dropping it off. But anywho, I will say they were out of the flu meds as well, but they didn't blow me off like the rude woman at the mowry location. She said, let me call all other Walgreens pharmacy to see if they have it in. She said to give her 20 mins, and she did call me. No mess or fuss, all my insurance BS was there and all I had to do was pick it up. I'm definitely grateful she helped me in my time of need. I'm very sick, and couldn't wait any longer for relief, so for her she made up for all other mishaps! This Walgreens is much smaller than the one on Mowry. The wait times are much less and they often have the most common drugs in stock. Once they get to know you, the process is pretty smooth when it comes to refills and new prescriptions. read more

Wish I could leave zero stars. If you rely on your medications, DO NOT GET THEM FILLED HERE. I had a refill called in for my vyvanse today, being exactly thirty days since my last refill (at a different location). Because it's a controlled substance, pharmacy's are pretty strict about pickups. However, this is a medication I take in the morning, so I do really NEED to pick it up as soon as possible, given that I need it for the morning. The pharmacist simply stated repeatedly that I shouldn't need it until tomorrow and they "do not allow to refill early" (in spite of the fact that I will need it upon waking, meaning I need to pick up my refill on the day I run out otherwise I won't have my prescription in the morning when I need it). I don't know if they have issues with med grubbing here or what, but this is straight up discriminatory behavior solely because I am prescribed a controlled substance, and I have NEVER had this issue at any other location. Thanks to this Walgreens pharmacist I am going to go a day unmedicated, or alternately have to take my medication later than intended and disrupt my sleep. Because I am being REFUSED a refill of the medication I need to function when I need it. read more

I go to this store when I need cold medicine on my way home from my son's daycare. They have some groceries, but it's the kind you would buy if they were the only place open, and they're never open more than Albertson's or Food Maxx. It's little. It's too jam-packed with stuff. It's really about 2-1/2 or 2-3/4 stars I think if they were in a less convenient location they would go out of business. I was in the neighborhood and wanted to get a few items that were on sale. I walked around for about 5-10 minutes to find the things I wanted. By the time I was ready, I was 2nd in line to pay. The cashier that helped me was really nice. She smiled and happily ran my coupons. A few days later, I happened to be in the area again and had decided to drop by another time (same week). This time, the cashier that helped me, wasn't as friendly. The line was about 5 customers deep and as time passes by, more people were standing in line to pay. As usual, I gave the cashier my coupons to process. This time, the cashier did not smile nor say "hi". She seemed unhappy and even looked upset that I had coupons. Well, Walgreens advertise that they welcome coupons on their weekly ad. Otherwise, I wouldn't be shopping here. I even had to tell her that I wanted to pay with reward points. Watch out for the old Philippinoes man that worked at the photo section. He's grumpy and he will tell you the way it is and don't care about customer opinion. Tried out their drive-thru pharmacy because hey...I was lazy, and every service deserves one chance. I immediately decided to press the call button figuring I would get ignored. Instantly a grumpy voice shot back at me "I'll be right there". I'm not sure if his annoyance at me for pressing the button made him want to make me wait longer but it sure took a while for him to "be right there". My fiancee kids live in two different households. We were on vacation and was not given one of the kids inhaler, which has no more refills. We were concerned because her asthma tends to act up in the winter. While on the road to our vacation destination, I called the Dr.'s office to request for refills and they told us all we have to do is contact the pharmacy and have them request for us. We call the Walgreens in Fremont on Balcow and Grimmer to request refills. They immediately fax the request to the doctor office and the next day we received a called to pick up the inhaler. If I could give this Walgreens a negative score I would. I dropped off a prescription about two weeks ago. I was told by the clerk it would need to be ordered and should come in by the following Friday. A couple of weeks went by and didn't hear back from them, so while in the store purchasing Valentines Day cards I checked up on the prescription, they couldn't even find it. Then after about 10 minutes of waiting and the clerk who just disappeared another clerk stepped in asking me the same questions. I was questioned if I was even in the right Walgreens, I was questioned who did I drop the prescription too, what did he or she look like. OMG so I guess now when dropping off a prescription to Walgreens you need to get the life story of the clerk. Where they were born, how old are they, what is their full name, and you must call ahead and ensure that same exact person is working so when they loose your prescription they are there to tell you we can't find it. I won't be coming back, so incompetent. When dealing with peoples health, one should think when dropping off a prescription a drug store would take the utmost care in handling the prescription. I should have seen this coming because when I dropped it off, another customer came in to pickup his prescription when he was told it was ready when he called before coming they couldn't even find his prescription. This is the second time this location was unaware it was Senior Tuesday. Last time I had to return to the store for an adjustment to my receipt. This time I asked before they started ringing me up. The manager was standing next to the cashier in cosmetics. He said no, it is the second Tuesday of the month. I had to return to my vehicle to check his information. When I was younger I used to come here and get followed around the store by workers now that I'm older i go to this store and get followed around by workers. They got 2 stars instead of 1 because they've been consistent. This pharmacy staff deserve 0 star if I could for their customer service from technicians (especially the Philippino lady) to the pharmacist. They don't even look at you as if you are not there even though you stand right in front of the waiting line. They seem to be extremely busy all the time. Wait time at least 1 hour for your prescription. Don't bother to drop off or pick up via the drive through. They don't even peek at you unless you buzz them. Avoid if you can as we did. read more
