I came here and was not aware that the public cannot buy from this store. Why is the public allowed to enter your store if they cannot buy from your store? There should be someone by the entrance checking people's accounts before they enter or at the very least there should be a sign outside that says salon professionals only. read more

I've read all the reviews on this location and how they open late and close early...I didn't think this would happen to me...I've waited an hour before coming here, in case they close BUT I was in the store not even 5mins & was told they need to close because there's a glitch in the the system and they can't have any customers in their store because they're registers isn't working....you can't imagine my annoyance because I have a client in am hr and now I can't drive to Dublin...YET they have a customer at the counter ‍.... I placed an online order for store pickup. I even got a confirmation email that my order was received and would be ready within 2 hours. When I arrived at the store it was closed. A small sign posted on the door stated that this location is closed and to visit one of their other locations (none in fremont and totally inconvenient). I would suggest updating your valuable customers and removing your location from the app for ordering in store pickups. I was on my way to a client, thanks a lot. read more

I come here all the time and all the time is the staff extremely helpful and great. You can place orders and typically it comes in a timely manner and then expect one of them to call you giving you a heads up that your order has arrived at the store. I love how the store is always organized. Manager (I forgot her name) is always stalking shelves and I like a manager who does the nitty gritty too! She is also really friendly and helpful. I usually find what i need. wish they carry more massage products and body scrubs. It seam like salon centric carry more products for people that do hair and color then anything. The girls upfront are a hit and miss some can be berry nice and helpful others can be just plain rude or non helpful at all, but then again it retail rite. Will be coming back again and hopefully next time I can rite a much better review. read more
