YEESH, the reviews here are harsh. Out of the four 7-11's that I've gone to in one night, this is easily the one that had the most personality and had workers that were able to answer our questions. Again, aside from the dinosaur sunglasses, the Spinosaurus cut out, and the meal deals, they didn't have any of the other Jurassic World collab items, but I do have to admit that of all the other 7-11's that I visited, this had the most individual personality. You can definitely tell it's more older store as they kept some of the older wall decorations, but that they have way more to offer the regular customer. Many more toys and blind boxes (I saw Zoomers buying Sonny Angels and Labubu's here) and I think this one had their own different meal combo deals and a more interesting variety of drinks, slushies, and snacks. I don't mind dropping by this one again just for the heck of it in the future. read more

my family lives walkable to this location (theyve been living there since 2022?) and come here all the time for little things. they have a surprising amount of international foods here (think asian and mexican imports). theres always some kind of deal here too if you are having to the munchies the people who loiter out here can seem pretty sketch (but cmon every 7-11 store front seems seedy) read more

The people here have no idea how to cook things. Few months ago I got a cheese bread from here and it was hard as a rock. Today I ordered wings on the app and they came from here and they were burnt to a crisp and dry. They probably just leave the prepared food sitting out for days at a time because they're lazy. Disgusting food, bad workers. Avoid at all costs and go to the one on Mission instead. read more

The store, itself, was very nice and clean. However, the associate there pretty much ignored everyone. He sat there, a little hidden, his mask was almost off his face, pretty sure he was on his phone. When I got up to pay, I had to repeat what I wanted a couple times, eventually just giving up on that item because he still forgot it. Then I cashed in some scratchers, he only cashed out a few and gave a few back, mumbled something. And I'm certain he underpaid me. My fault for not realizing right away as he gave me back a few scratchers he refused to cash out then immediately went to ignore me and scanned the next customer at the next register without saying anything else to me, nor would he look back at me as he brushed me to the side. read more

It's a connivence store. I come in to get some snacks, a slurpee, maybe a coffee now and then if the machine is cleaned recently. Nonetheless I like it. Everything is quick and the cashiers make sure we come in and out within a minute. It's convenient. read more

The store is very well lit and clean. My issue is that the night attendant is ALWAYS ON THE PHONE. like if you ask a question you almost feel like you are interrupting him. I came in one night before a graveyard shift for some coffee, and while the sign on pots say always hot always fresh, my coffee was neither hot nor fresh. I ended up being in the store about 10 minutes to heat up my coffee and then clean up the mess i ended up making thinking the industrial strength microwave needed as much time to heat up my coffee as my home one does... but that is neither here nor there. He was on the phone the entire time, and when i asked where the microwave was, he literally just pointed at it, barely acknowledging me. I was in again tonight, same thing on the phone, (not the phone landline but his cell phone). My daughter works graveyard a lot and has had the same experience. I get its midnight, and its 7-11 but I still expect some level of customer service and being talked to by the clerk. read more

Tonight's experience at this 711 as well as the previous visit turned out to be an extremely unpleasant one as the employee behind the counter was incredibly rude. I came up to the register to purchase my items. The employee whose name I don't know also did not look happy to serve me. Finally when I asked him for my receipt at the end he threw all the receipts at me and went right back to his task. You know I work in the area and alway stop by this 7-11 early into the day, usually mornings. Today I stopped by in the afternoon on my way home. So first thing I do before I purchase anything was ask to use the restroom (as I have before) the lady in front without a badge, light skin and short gave me the dumbest look ever!! Without an explanation or anything she just said NO. Mind you the restroom says ford customer use only.. no note on it that it's not in service or anything!!!!!!! Then she looks at her coworker and he just shrugs his shoulders. It's the dumbest thing ever. Let me remind you that some of us essential workers lost a lot of places where we could use the restroom at.. some of us still have long commutes. And crappy services without in explanation just leaves a sour taste in ones mouth. Here is my quick review of this place : 0/10 would not recommend even for my worst enemies When I first went to this 7-Eleven, I was impressed by its cleanliness and organization. I have been to several 7-Elevens before, and this was one of the nicest ones I've been to. My impression of this place went from 100 to 0 real quick when i was serviced so poorly. A few months ago, I come in looking to get a cup of ice. I approach a younger man who was cleaning the counter and asked, " would it be alright if I get a cup of ice?" and he replied with "sure, go ahead". I proceed to the machine and grab a cup, fill it with ice and being to walk out the door until an employee with the name tag Singh stopped me. He asked, "if I had paid for the cup of ice" and I was legitimately confused. It was very common for places to give cups of water and/or ice. I said, " no, it's just ice", but he insisted that I pay for THE CUP containing the ice... I told him "The other employee said it was okay" he responded with "He's wrong and doesn't know any better". It is YOUR responsibility to train your employees the operations of the store and it's ridiculous to blame others for your incompetence. I was not mad at the younger guy, but the older gentlemen was extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager/owner or to have some form of contact with the manager/owner, but all he could muster up was "He's not here". That response was not clear and when I continued to ask about the manager/owner, he would deflect my questions. I am not mad about paying for the cup. What infuriates me is how he handled the situation, and blamed their lack of training. I tried calling the manager/owner at the store several times, but each time they would have me hold for more than 30 minutes each time. THIS IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. read more

I'd rarely looking for only steam card in some convenience store but not most seven eleven store will not have restock steam card hung on the wall so constantly to ran out. I decided to attend to the eleven store, luckily there a plenty of steam card, grab one gift card now then ask Indian man cashier (no names, no tag, red uniform) for a use payment card. He look at me it feel like they never seen me with advance technology translation hearing aids device from another alien planet, and he shouted me repeatedly "NO PAYMENT CARD ONLY CASH PLEASE" I'm confused... I explained them once again but they don't seem to understand what I spoke english with him, maybe assume he had limited communication skill. So, I ignore them without pay moneys... I bought a carwash a few weeks ago, it never printed the carwash code on my receipt, and it was raining...but I knew I would be back to get my carwash. Today I told the guy behind the counter and he laughed at me, and told me it was too late, and thought I was trying to pull some quick scam. Funny thing is this: I have been spending over $300/month here on gas between friends and I...not any more.
