Love the quality of gas at Chevron. The prices are a little bit higher , but you know you're getting good quality gas!

Very bad customer service. In the while shop they don't have a bottle opener. Rude people.

On a rainy night, I stopped at the Chevron/Extra Mile gas station at Mowry x Farwell. It's got a prime location right near I-880, near a hotel, major shopping center, and it's on busy Mowry Ave. It features easy "in and out" driveways, a carwash with optional touchless wash, and a ExtraMile store. Of course, with a good location near the freeway it has high gas prices. But it was pretty busy at 730pm. I paid $4.79/Reg on Oct 20. But that's okay, I needed to topoff. It was the first rainy night, and who knows what adventures await me. I met a coworker at the station, and he just wanted to use the restroom. The clerk hassled him for not wearing a mask, as Covid-19 restrictions were still in place. So, good to know they enforce the rules. I was told the restroom was clean. I noticed the ExtraMile shop was well stocked, but a little pricey (but that's expected). Other observations: The air station was out of order. The fancy carwash wasn't being used, because what's the point of washing your car on a stormy night? BTW, a clean vehicle runs better. Also, makes you feel good. You invest in a nice ride, you want to show it off. Pride in ownership. So it must be clean and shiny. Use the the touchless feature, machine washers will leave tiny swirls and scratches in your paint job. Why Chevron? My truck runs better on this brand of gas. Sorry, couldn't rate the carwash. They open the new car wash. I took my car there paid $20. It didn't clean. Nothing don't go there.

They have great car wash facility. There is also a worker who'll do a spray and brush pre-cleaning before entering the actual car wash. My car came out clean. Good value. read more

The main attraction here is the car wash which starts at the left side of the snack shop. in fact, there is no parking area for those wishing only to buy something within same. lots of pump stations, i assume one can park there and grab a brew, a sammie, a snack or something else to drink. no alcohol. lottos or cigs another option. coffees aren't self service. 3 options, an outside brew station, a cappucino machine, or a brazilian brew behind the counter. got an medium coffee (1) pour for me by one of the cashiers. -the one mile brew was interesting, better than starbuck's blonde version. read more

I came to wash my car and it still left the dirt in it. In addition it scratched my window. I brought to their attention and they told me that it was not their machine and that I probably did not notice it. It is a noticeable scratch and I would know if was there or not. There are super rude. Please avoid them. read more

Terrible customer service. Wanted $40 of gas and was paying with a $100 bill, cashier looked at me almost in disgust and told me "we no change 100". Mind you, this was a few days after paying for $20 worth of items with a $100 bill at this same location but different cashier. Went to 76 gas right in front and paid my gas with no issue. Owner needs to fire the overnight attendant, rude, lazy and losing money for the business. read more

Really nice car wash. Easy to use; I got the most expensive one because my car was covered in pollen. I would go again and recommend this place to others. They also gave me a card to stamp, so you earn something if you go a lot to get a car wash. I misplaced the card, so I don't remember exactly. read more

This review is for their car wash. I really like this car wash since it is touchless. When I don't have enough time to take my car to a hand car wash place, it is a nice alternative. I got my car wash today and notice the price change. The worker said the prices increased effective 7/1/15. The price increase is very unfortunate but I still think it is a good touchless car wash since there wasn't many around. The prices are $7 Express, $9 Deluxe, $11 The Works. Also each time you buy a car wash, they will give you a stamp on their "loyalty card." After 5 stamps, the 6's one you get a free "The Works" wash. What I like about this place is there an option between the soft touch cloth wash and the touch-free fluid wash only. Seems like newer luxury cars use the touch-free option. Most likely touch-free doesn't clean as well, which is expected at any car wash. The prices are reasonable, but the wash is a bit slow and you might be waiting on line for a while. Car wash does not tell you if there is a touch less option or not without brushes hitting your car. I purchased the express expecting to see if it provides the option as there was no sign up stating what wash is touch-less or not. I read on Reddit express is touch-less and then called before hand to ask if it was touch-less and the lady said it was. I clicked on it paid for it and no option for touch-less. The lady at the front desk didn't want to help me saying you choose the wrong one your fault. The girls working behind that cashier are total cluts. She told me on the on one it was the right option. One has a tattoos on her hands and fingers, and has no clue what she's talking about. Service sucked. It's a gas station though, so my dislike to their service has no barring on the need for gas! read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is a horrible place for a car wash. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I explained to him that the signal light inside didn't go off to let me know the wash was finished so my car didn't get to dry and it didn't even clean my car properly. I freaking hate this place. Stopped on a Sunday night to get a car wash $9 for the deluxe $11 for what they called the works. My wife ran inside really quick to purchase said car wash. She came out back to the car I was fourth in line and I hadn't moved since you went in. After 5 more minutes and still not having moved I went back in to find out what was going on. "Someone has been stock in the wash." I've been rockin it all weekend and it's 6:30 on a Sunday night. I'm on my way to pick up dinner and it's ready. After that is back to SF to start my well at 6:45 in the morning. Who had time for this ish? Not to mention this guy should have alerted us, warned us or otherwise been cool enough to not sell a car wash. Instead of doing that when my wife purchased the "deluxe" he told her she wanted the "works." What a great guy right. I'm so glad I went here and wasted a solid 10 minutes of my day for nothing. When I went in for a refund (which I got) he wanted me to fill out a refund slip. I refused, took my refund and took off. What a waste. read more

I have been keeping this car wash a secret because I personally don't want you to come and create a longer line--but it's too good not to share. This touchless car wash was just recently updated with a new super awesome car cleaning robot! Lol. No lie, you can choose a car wash between $6-$10 (the works) and it's decent! I don't know about you but I kick myself every time I pay $20-$35 dollars for a car wash at the places where real humans wash your car because I never feel quite satisfied, and my car ends up looking dirty again in about a week. This is the perfect fix for mommies on the go. I don't have to take the stroller out, lalalalala--my kids either sleep right through it or sit big eyed and quiet for the 6 minutes it takes :) Go, wash your car and thank me later! read more

This chevron is very well maintain & their pumps are up to date with all the latest technology. They offer both free air & water which is amazing! However, I ran into a low air back rear tire & the air system worked but the connecter was broken. It puts out air but doesn't connect with the tire correctly. read more

This review is for their car wash. We were about two minutes into the car wash and the wash malfunctioned! One of the lady attendants tried to fix it without any luck. She told me that it had broken recently and maintenance came earlier in the day to fix it.... There was soap all over our vehicle and they didn't have a hose to spray the soap off. She gave me back my money and I was basically SOL. She apologized and was nice enough, but I pretty much felt like they didn't really care that I was being inconvenienced. My plan to get the car washed quickly turned into a two hour fiasco. We frequent this car wash as we like that it's touchless, but I think we'll have to find a different place to wash our cars. read more

This review is for the car wash only. This gas station is always packed, so it's hard to get through all the cars to get to the car wash. I like that it offers soft touch and touchless wash for a good price. The wash itself is decent and the water pressure was strong enough to clean the dust and bird poop off my car that was there for a week or so. Blow dry cycle is about 1 minute. I was satisfied with my wash but wish there wasn't such a wait to wash my car. read more

This review is for the car wash only. You kind of have to be strategic about what time you come, otherwise the line is awful. I mean each car takes ~5-10 minutes, so 4 cars in front of you all getting the most expensive wash is already a longass wait. I've driven here before and just turned around when I saw how many cars were lined up. Pretty much any time I've come on the weekend is bad, but after work on a weekday is good. This car wash is touchless which is why I like it so much - no possibility of scrapes from brushes or anything. It's also so freaking cheap compared to anywhere else in Fremont. I mean the most "expensive" one is $11, and the cheapest is $7. That's insane! I usually just go for the cheapest but this past time I got the most expensive one because it comes with rainX and it's supposed to rain soon. To be honest I am not a fan of how this one turned out and I don't think I'll get it again. First, it's more powerful. When I got home I discovered the strip of rubber that is between the car doors and the top of the roof was sticking up at the back! It had actually been so powerful that it pulled up the strip off my car. Luckily I just kinda shoved it back and it seems to stay there ok. The second reason I didn't like that wash is whatever extra stuff they added, anytime I use my wipers and spray water on the windshield, it dries super streaky. read more

Used to be my go to touchless car wash but not anymore! I paid for $11 deluxe but no undercarriage wash anymore. if so, I didn't notice... I popped my window open to see but nothing... before the water is so strong when you approach it is very noticeable. The wash is ridiculous! IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I usually don't like to leave such reviews but as a woman, I feel obligated to warn others. There is an Indian-looking guy that the register that is not only inappropriate but creepy and sleazy. This place is simply weird. When I come here with my partner and use the exact same credit card, the machine never asks me to go inside. Strangely, when I am alone and using the EXACT same credit card, the machine constantly acts up telling me to see the cashier. Yesterday I was alone and the machine acted up three times despite after multiple times after going in and out of my car to the actual store.  I have been avoiding going inside and paying because I don't want to touch anything especially during the pandemic but due to the time constraint I gave in and just paid inside. This never happens when I am with my partner yet miraculously happens when I am always alone. When it is happens once, I usually just brush it off but when it happens every time it is simply upsetting. read more

LOL. I had an interesting experience here today. Came here after an interview, feeling good about myself and wanting my car to match my fresh state of mind. For $10 I figured I could actually swing this car wash. (This is totally not the car wash's fault), but once I got inside, my car started leaking. In my haste to try to roll up the windows, I rolled them down and water got all up in my car. I scrambled around trying to mop up all the water and realized automatic car washes might not be for me. Ultimately, the wash itself was fine but I deducted stars because it didn't really dry my car all the way and I drove off with it having lots of water still all over. It's ok though. It was $10 and the car is way cleaner than it was so I guess it's a win. read more

This car wash has gone downhill in the past year. I didn't get The Works because there's a brush that scrubs your hub caps and I didn't want it scraping my tires and wheels. Also, I didn't feel comfortable having water sprayed underneath my car. The Deluxe is a waste of money. The clear coat and spot free rinse didn't seem to do much more than a regular foam bath and rinse. In addition, the drying time seems to have been shortened so that my car was still wet and I had to dry it myself. I also had to wipe off a whole bunch of spots the wash didn't clean. I think less water is being used than before. Finally, the line is ridiculous and people act desperate to get in front of you. While you can pay in line at the machine a lot of people like to buy snacks. Some guy zipped in front of me and jumped out of his car while his engine was still on so he could go inside to buy something to drink. I guess he's an expert at this car wash. A tip if you want to get ahead of the next driver. Seriously, just get the cheapest wash if you come here and be prepared to wait a long time. Or try a different car wash. read more

Gas prices are always higher at this station in comparison to the ones close-by. But they have a great touch-less car wash. Its a bit expensive at about 9 bucks for their top of the line wash, but it seems to work well. If your car is super dirty, meaning you havent washed it in months, then dont expect your car to come out perfect.. theres only so much pressurized water can do! When buying any of their "fresh" made food inside, you might be disappointed. Their refridgerators also dont seem to be turned up all the way, no ice cold monsters :( read more

I'm one of those people who are picky with their gas...and Chevron gas is my pick. I come to this chevron station often because it's conveniently located right off of 880. I also think their touchless carwash is quite useful during those weeks when you are too lazy to wash the car but want to keep it looking clean. I won't use those car washes that have those machines touching your car and ruining the paint...$9 for "The works." The only downside is the price...The gas price here tend to be a tad higher than other local stations. read more

There's seemingly always a 20 minute wait at the car wash because the thing is so slow. The car wash has ripped me off twice (pay at the pump invalid code, or it takes the code and doesn't start). Due to those 2 factors I just wasted 45 minutes of my life. Never coming back here again for the wash or anything else. read more
