Pump #6 has its buttons all messed up so I couldn't use my debit card. Went inside and asked for $40 on that pump. The cashier took so long to do this. And then, THE PUMP DOESN'T WORK!! Gas is overpriced, which it's overprice everywhere, but considering the two stations across the street are $.40 cheaper I would say it's overpriced. It's also not right off the freeway so you would have to go out of your way to get there. I came specifically for the car wash which the dryer function wasn't working. I went inside to ask if they could give me a refund and they offered to give me a different car wash and also said that the dryer should be working and to drive slow as if I didn't realize you're supposed to drive slow when the dryer function is working... gave the benefit of the doubt and went through the car wash again only for the dryer to not work still. When I came out I realized three other cars had gone through the car wash and were drying their cars with whatever means they could, be at the squeegees that are at the pumps or paper towels. Quite the disappointment. Not to mention when I looked at my car it wasn't only wet but it was it actually cleaned... Pretty awful car wash if you're planning on stopping there for it. The prices weren't that bad which is nice, but if the car wash sucks then why would you care if it's cheap... read more

True, the old attendant was a jerk, but he's gone. *THROWS CONFETTI* Anthony? I think that's his name... And the others that have taken his place are MUCH nicer. I often stop in for my morning caffeine and a bit of good morning chitchat before heading out to work. On many an occasion, I've been hooked up with large cappuccinos for the price of a small or medium. Even though the pumps are pretty slow, this is still probably one of best priced Chevrons in the area. Also, I love starting my day with a smile. Anthony makes me smile! read more

This place has the cheapest Chevron gas in Fremont, most of the time. Its a good location, right on the corner of Fremont and Thornton. Its got great entrance and exits which make it easy to get to the pumps. Not like the ARCO across the street. Now that place sucks. All in all, this is a great place. Just had a horrible experience here. Went to pump gas on Pump #1. No gas came out. I pushed the nozzle in multiple times. No luck. I pushed the attendant button. No luck. So I went in. The attendant, Shah, told me I had to put the nozzle in hard. I told him I did. He said to go try it again. I am not a small girl. I'm strong. Then he said the transaction was cancelled because I didn't use the pump. I paid for the gas inside and asked for my 20 cent discount. He said he would honor it but the whole time he spoke in a condescending tone to me. I asked him if he was the owner. He said no. I went back out to pump my gas. It still wouldn't work. I shoved the nozzle in hard. Then it said to replace the nozzle, which I did, and no discount had registered. I decided I would just get my money back and leave. On my way back in the woman who was behind me during my first conversation game me a look. A look like "girl... that man has issues in there." I went back in and said there was no discount and the pump didn't work. I asked for my money back and for the owners card. Shah then tried to mansplain to me that I didn't shove the nozzle in hard enough. That they know the pumps are broken. Um... if the pump is broken why not put a sign on there. I tried to let him know how offensive and insulting he was to me even if he didn't know what he was doing. Finally he gave me my money back. One last point... he never offered to help me pump the gas. That is the very least he could do after telling me I was basically doing it wrong. Oy! I'm never going back. read more

While traveling on Interstate 5 I pulled into the Chevron gas station this gas station was extremely clean restrooms were pleasantly clean the manager Ashley was very pleasant and helpful from now on when my family and I travel we will stop in there for gas and goodies I recommend this to everyone!!! read more

This is my favorite gas station. I pump gas here all the time. It's a good location, and the air and water always work, and they are free. Chevron gas is never cheap. It's good gas. I like their car wash. It has brushes, and it cleans my car better than brushless washes. The prices in the convenience store are reasonable. There's never any problem at this place. read more

Funniest thing ever I dropped my $20 dollar in the store area of the gas station saw the Vietnamese cashier pick it up... I called the store and asked for it and the cashier lied and refuse to admit that he sees it lol apparently he needs it more than I do happy Friday buddy and god bless to all your problem hope that $20 assist you in some way. read more

Hardly honest place - after I set credit card and ordered car wash - ready to pump gas to my car, I discover they have only a regular gas (my car needs 91), and no note on the pump. I pumped few gallons as I needed. Well no printout for the car wash code, now I have to take my daughter out from 5-point sit belt just to see these lazy morons inside for receipt. Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. This was my go to gas station, up until today. I had gone inside to pay and accidentally left my iPhone 6 on the counter, and when I went back the phone was obviously gone, so when I asked them nicely if I can see their camera footage the manager there was so rude and told me to hold after waiting for about 15 min. He then told me he could not show me the footage unless I called the police, obviously I couldn't call cause I had no phone. I was so mad and so disappointed they were so slow they could've showed me unless the employee working at the time took the phone. I will never go here again!!!!!! read more
