The best car wash and exactly in good customer service they're really helpful. The place is clean. I will recommend this place.

Great customer service in a very good car wash and I will be back. Thank you Yousef. You are the best.

The car wash was not so great. It still left a lot of spotting behind. It also does not properly dry your car or clearly keep you informed that you need to stay X amount of time in the dryer. I saw a timer after I exited but it wasn't clear what it was for. Either way I did the highest grade for the car wash. I understand it's not hand washed so some things may be left behind but I still see soap scum and lots of streaking. I've been through other car washes that made my car look cleaner. I posted the receipt for timing to show in writing the review right after the car wash. read more

And now four months later he's accusing my father of harassing an employee and that his "car wash works perfectly" even though there are a multitude of prior reviews that, in short form, complain about the very issue that we had about the car wash not cleaning properly (or having a multitude of other issues, as well.) I believe my review speaks alongside all the others that say what sort of business is being operated here and the integrity, or lack thereof, of the man who runs it. Update: he changed his statement. I attached the original that he replied with. read more

Their Car Wash rocks. It's $12 and does a fantastic job. The blow dryer on the out is questionable, but overall this car wash is a solid 9 or A- for the price. Really a great deal to get your vehicle clean. Stop by, check it out, wash it! read more

Well after reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't have to interact with any of the employees here... Sounds like that could've ruined my day! I needed gas and instead of going to my usual stations I decided to just stop here. My pump didn't have a squeegee to wash my windows, seen one across at the other pump but I was too lazy to go get it. My only real complaint here is the screen asked if I wanted a carwash? Yeah maybe... HOW MUCH?!?!!!! Why can't you find out how much it costs? NO sign, and not on the screen either! Now that I have read the horrible reviews of the carwash I am so glad I didn't use it... Located just outside the HUB shopping center. Pay air/water station which is pretty standard these days at most stations. read more

Great price for diesel. Was around the corner at Ritas Deli and saw the great price and had to fill up. Diesel prices are the most difficult to find a decent price on these days. I'm not sure why - its almost like an attack to our big rig drivers who deliver our food and products to stores.... Was a dollar less here than at the more expensive spots. Used credit - and the machine at the pump and receipt worked fine. Highly visible spot on the corner - very convenient. Didn't go inside the store or try car wash. Review for fuel and fuel price only. read more

Awesome customer service at this Valero!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I bought a car wash and forgot to actually wash my car and when I came back, they didn't hesitate to find my transaction and code. And on top of that, the car wash crew was so nice and working hard to help everyone. Great experience. read more

this Valero is a fancy modernistic gas pumping station. the design is angular. bottled beverages offered were pricier or had excess sugar. brew: "triple shoot energy" starbucks, vanilla flavor (3.50 with tax) -25 calories, with sucralose, malodextrin, vitamins, guarana, ginseng -vanilla flavor touted as natural. covfefe not tasted. 225 mg of caffeine. -wouldn't repeat, probably got a caffeine boost but taste is almost nasty. Valero hub is my favorite place to come. Great customer service, everyone is friendly. I had the opportunity to try their new car wash and I must say I was surprised. I purchased a $12 super combo car wash and wow did my car shine. I give this car wash a 10/10. Dryer worked perfectly it definitely dried my car well. I highly recommend this car wash. read more

Customer care is great. Owner was very friendly. Gave me a free car wash after chatting with him for two minutes. Very good experience

The car wash was nice. It cleaned my car very well. The customer service experience was excellent.Everything is clean in the store, and very organized. The cashier named David was very kind and helpful. read more

This owner here has no ethics and neither do his workers. Been coming to this place for the past 15 years and today I got my car wash and the machine usually does a horrible job with the wash but this time it didn't even work and left my car dirty and wasted my time and money. I brought the complaint to the owner and he says well it's touch free wash and it won't clean your car properly. I told him to come out and see that it didn't wash it at all. FYI the foam bright had left some minor scratches on the car which is why I chose to do touch free. Avoid this car wash and plenty of other places to get gas than this place with their bad attitudes. It is honestly a shame we have people like them in our community. read more

Car Wash issue is never fixed. Upper management needs to step up and fix the Car Wash system and organization. I highly recommend to address these two issues and this quick stop could very well become more popular. Poor guy has to spend half his day just organizing the Car Wash line, his time could easily be spent work inside the store. Honestly a waste of his skill set as he is very helpful. read more

This location has the worst customer service ever, after using their car wash which did not clean my car properly I complained to the cashier, he was extremely rude to me and started calling me stupid when I told him it's not fair to take my money when you guys can't clean the car. Valero - This guy was extremely rude and called me stupid, for asking my money back for not cleaning my car properly. - Gas Stations Near Me - Fremont, California

This is the worst car wash experience I ever had. Everything that can go bad with a car wash has successfully been achieved by this one. 1. Wash accepts only bills and doesn't return change. 2. Wait time is high on weekends. I had to wait for 30minutes for just the car wash. 3. The serviceman is extremely rude. The pay station does not accept the cash until the car in the wash moves out. When I was trying to insert my bill without knowing, this, the man who is supposed to this rudely asked me to read the instructions on that station. 4. The serviceman assumed I was Indian and started to talk in Hindi. When I replied in English, he was pissed and continued his rude behavior. 5. The serviceman kept touching my car with his fingers and was inspecting the dust on my car. Weird and gross! Never gonna visit this one again! read more

I will not be supporting this gas station anymore. We usually come here and have gotten numerous car washed with our car that has a rack in top. Today we waited in line for 20 minutes and told we couldn't wash our car. The guy asked us to take our rack off. We brought our car through this car wash numerous times with no problems. This is ridiculous request numerous cars have car racks and to ask people to take off their car racks to use their car wash is an inconvenience. This is the Valero station located at 4004 Mowry Avenue. Fremont, Ca 94538. Please be aware as if you wait in their long line and will be told you can't wash your car. They do not deserve any stars but I must put one. read more

This place is alright for pumping gas. If you need to interact with any of the employees or use the car wash, then expect a garbage experience -- the payment system only takes cash, so pay in advanced when you're pumping gas, and workers are rude as hell. read more

Rude staff. Rather drive an extra mile to go anywhere else but I guess it is a gas station so I'm sure they just hate their job.

Very rude cashier. I bought some fried chicken and I go to the closest cashier to me and the cashier can't be bothered to move several feet to the other register. He proceeds to mock me for not moving to his register. Unbelievable unprofessional. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went through with the deluxe car wash and came out with a dirty car. The dust was still on and I wiped it off with my finger. It only used water and no soap. When I went to the cashier he was an old indian guy who was extremely rude and told me that I was lying about my car being dirty. When I told him go see it he started hollering at me even though I had a five year old child with me who got scared. He gave me another code and started screaming get out! This has never happened to me and Im extremely upset and angry with his actions. He should be fired! read more

Strongly recommended. We've been using their car wash for three years. The owner is a great guy. When my wife used the car wash the wiper blade snagged on the dryer flap and broke. They have clearly posted signs disclaiming responsibility for any damage to antennas, mirrors or wipers. However, when I spoke to the owner and asked if I could pick a replacement wiper from their stock, he made an exception and thanked me for supporting his business. At this point, I read his flexibility only as a sign of his good business acumen. However, as I was installing my new wiper, I looked up to see the station's owner handing a bag of their fried chicken to a local homeless man, free of charge. This man doesn't just run a good business, he's a good guy, and he deserves your custom. read more

I'm a driver I run in and out of store's all the time to grab snacks. On one night I guess I ran out so fast I forgot my wallet. I did even notice until the next day. Being a driver you have to have all your information, or you can be liable. So I had to miss a whole day of work.$$$ I prayed, then got to DMV and the bank. I spoke with my clerk at work who helped me to get a lot of the information needed to get back to work, and kept going. This afternoon I checked my mail and a envelope from Valero Gas Station fremont Hub off Mowry I opened it and all the contents of my wallet. I can not tell you how shocked I was, out loud I said "Thank you God." Not that anything in it is not replaceable, but someone could do this lovely thing for me. I'm so grateful to the employee who had mercy on me.... Thank you! read more

I would give a 0 star to this or even a negative. The people behind the counter are completely inept at their jobs and have no idea how a business should be run. I waited half an hour for a car was when there were only three cars ahead of me. When I asked them what was going on their response was - this is how long it takes. When I responded that this is the first time I have had to wait this long for a machine car wash, they started talking extremely loudly and rudely. Do not go here read more

This location is a waste of money!!! Horrible wash! The dust is still on the car. No one brushes the wheels as they do at other locations, so they remain dirty. I had to go over the car with wipes after leaving the place. No air machine, the excuse was the new one had to have repairs. I didn't see a vacuum. We were waiting in line with about eight other cars while the excuse was driver error. The error is that the car wash is in business. The excusefor their issues was that they're not part of corporate. Really? Should customer's first question be whether the location is corporate or a franchise? Ridiculous!!! read more

Boooo. 4 stars for the mini mart and 2 for the gas station. Within days of writing the original review, these jack asses adopt a new pricing system where there are 2 tiers: one for cash and the other for credit. Debit cards are regarded as credit, so any plastic here, you're paying more per gallon. Absolutely retarded. Where you were once real cool Valero, you've now managed to become f$%#k'd up, in a time where cool guys are harder to come by, especially in this business. Thanks for being a jack ass......jack ass. read more

Went to fill up gas for my 2 yr old BMW and thought of trying the car wash. After a long wait, it was finally my turn. There was someone at the punching machine to punch in the wash code. After entering the carwash, I followed the instructions on when to stop / move forward. All it did was spray water on and asked me to move forward with display showing "Complete".. I was like WTF!! Though at least I would get the dryer to start but that didn't work either. So I went back inside only to get shouted upon for following the instructions that were shown to me inside the carwash. The owner was very very rude and said he hates customers like me!! The only saving grace was that since I did not punch in the code, the co-owner agreed to re-issue me a new code. Stay away from this gas station and carwash! read more

Has the worst and VERY RUDE VALERO attendant. I went there today June 24 and deposited $3 (minimum is $2)to vacuum my car. My plan was to also get some gas and get a car wash. After I finished vacuuming, I took some dirt off from the side of my dash board and cleaned my windshield wipers- I usually do this before doing the wash. Anyway this Valero attendant came out and said I cannot spend more than 30 mins in the vacuum area. No one was on the other vacuum spot. I tried to explain to him about my Plan to also get some gas and do the car wash. He wasn't listening he just wanted to make Me move fast. So I went to to the middle of the gas area, went inside and ask him how much is the minimum gas I have to buy & to get discounted car wash and I pointed out to him HOW RUDE AND UNREASONABLE HE IS AND ALSO INFORMED this DORK that I have done My vacuuming and car wash many times here. He got upset and returned my money. I told him I wanted his name so I can complain about him. I took his picture and here it is. NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK HERE!!!! Not my loss read more
