You will be stuck at the machine and will have to leave your car and go to the cashier to pay for a code to start the car wash. They really should put a sign up with proper instructions. You give him your receipt and he enters the code for you to then enter the carwash. Under car rinse as you enter the carwash then stop once inside. Multi color foam, two thorough passes of the big brushes, two rinses, clear coat, two more rinses, blow drier at end. As far as auto washes go, I think reasonably priced. I LOVE this specific gas station! Whenever I come home late, I go to this one since it is never busy. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the machines are updated. I've been to their car wash before with both of my SUVs; the staff member used a stick to scrub it before I went into the car wash machine. It was only like $7. What a great price! (Car wash only open during daytime). Overall, I love how this gas station always meets my expectations. This review is specifically for the car wash. This car wash has a guy that prescrubs your car before you go in. This is awesome because most of the time, the car wash itself doesnt do an amazing job. I mean for the price, i never really cared that much. The fact that someone prescrubs though, makes a huge difference. So for $12 it's totally worth it! I come here to get gas that's average, like everywhere else. But when it comes to getting a car wash you get that extra service. A person is out here to enter your code, spray down on your car with water & give it an extra wash down. That right there will bring me to this location for a car wash. Not bad for $7. This gas station is awesome primarily because of the car wash (I'm sure getting gas here is great too, but I've really only come here for the car wash.) For a mere $9 (as of this writing) for the second-tier car wash, your car can look sparkling clean. The best thing about this place is the person who is standing right before the car wash entrance giving your car a pre-wash scrub. It took almost 30 mins just for a car wash. I went through the wash and everything was fine until the dryer shut off after 5 seconds. I went to the man that scrubs the car in the beginning and he told me that it happens sometimes and to ask the person inside for a new one. I go inside and tell the woman in the front the situation. She was trying to tell me that I waited too long and that it usually only lasts 5 seconds, which I knew was not true (they usually give you about a minute). She finally ended up giving me a new one. I waited in the now four car long line, then asked the man again if it would work for sure this time. He reassured that it's just something that happens every few weeks then goes back to normal, which is understandable. I went through again and the dryer worked like normal (gave me about a minute) which is usually expected. If you're happy with the service the attendant provides, you should consider giving a small tip. Just make sure you stay in the blowers for the full amount of time. I use to love this car wash and take my car here for a car wash, until today. I initially took my car in for a car wash few weeks, and the dryer turned off after just few seconds and car was completely wet. I went in to see the attendant who lectured me on how it must have been my fault for not knowing how to use it properly ( I have been to this one over a dozen time). Regardless, she eventually gave me a new code and as I was in a hurry and line to go through car wash was long I asked if I can use it at a later date. She said that's fine and I went on my merry way. Fast forward to today, I decide to get a car wash using the code. I gave my receipt to the car wash attendant and asked him if it was okay for me to use it (as he types in my code). He doesn't say a word and goes to check with someone inside. Next thing I know the store Manager? ( Duc Vu) comes and starts yelling at me accusing of coming back with a different car and to go in and buy a new code. Not asking me a question or politely declining service, but YELLING. I am little confused as I didn't really understand what was going on and why he was yelling and accusing me, as I haven't been to the car wash for few weeks. He continued yelling so I ask him for my receipt back, which he also refused. This is shocking so I inform him that a) the receipt said the code expiration date is on October 31st and I was checking with the attendant to make sure it was okay before he brushes my car with soap and water. Most importantly I haven't been to this car wash today and the receipt I have is dated 2 weeks ago. Okay....I ask him why/how he can just be accusing customer of lying/stealing. Finally, he goes...sorry the attendant told me you were here 15 min ago with a different car???? So he insulted and accused me without even looking at the receipt. Once I pushed back he finally conceded and deflected blame to the attendant. He hadn't even bothered looking at the receipt while waking over, nor did he try to once feel the need to ask a single question before accusing me. However, the cherry on the top was the fact that the car wash barely sprayed any soap on the car during the wash and there was still soap residue and water left on the car after it went through the dryer. Needless to say I won't be ever coming back to this gas station ever again. The car wash quality has went down the drain along with the customer service. read more

I love this car wash place. (Didn't use their pump) Been there a couple times now. Very happy with the result. You do need to prepaid at the store. But after that everything is pretty easy. If you are looking for a cheap car wash with excellent service, then this is it! The wash is between $7-$9 and there is an attendant at the start where they scrub your wheels and spray the car down first. My van was extra muddy since it came back from camping, and the attendant took the time to really scrub out the caked on dirt. I didn't even have to ask him to do it. It was a nice surprise. For the price, you get someone to punch in the code for you and troubleshoot any problems in the car wash right away. The sensor didn't register right when I went through the wash and it kept triggering the red light. The attendant came over right away and fixed it. Great place for a quick wash. read more

I go to this station mainly for the car wash. There is usually an attendant that does a hand wash of the car before it goes through the wash, making sure hard to clean spots are scrubbed. This is by far the best car wash in the Tri-City area they even have somebody there to brush down your car before it enters the wash and I always give him a small gratuity because he does such a great job and is so friendly and helpful! The lady came inside saying I messed up and need to go back around and wait another 30 minutes for a rewash but I had to go back inside the store to ask for one.
