It's not on the main path of most folks but I'd be willing to go on a slight detour for it.

I had a very frustrating experience with this touchless car wash…read more I paid for the wash at the machine and waited for the car in front of me to finish. They took a little longer at the dryer, so I waited until they exited before pulling in. When I entered the wash, however, the system did not start at all. I parked and went inside to explain what happened and told the staff that my card had already been charged. Instead of helping, issuing a refund, or providing another wash code, I was simply told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to pay again. That is really poor customer service. If the machine or system isn't working properly, there should either be a clear notice on the machine or an attendant available to resolve situations like this. A customer who has already paid shouldn't be expected to pay twice because the equipment failed. Very disappointed by the careless handling of the situation. The wash may be automated, but customer service shouldn't be.
