Picked this place because like where I'm from they always have nice restrooms. Seems like arcos in this area all suck. I'm tired of these ghetto arcos with "not working restrooms". Arco do better Im spending my money here the least thing you could provide is a place for me to take a piss. Invest your money on fixing these bathrooms or take the freaking bathroom sign down in the lobby and report your neglect to provide a working restroom to California tax paying residents state wide. Last freaking time I spend at an arco in the Bay Area. Another good Arco gas station in Fremont. I come here very rarely as it's far for me. For years it's been one of the best. Very close to 880. So many gas pumps, decent gas rates and the am/pm store is also nice. Typical convenience store. The staffs in the store are also helpful. You won't feel the rush here because of the numerous gas pumps. They now accept credit cards. it was pain earlier to go inside and pay, but not anymore. That's the best thing happened to this place in a while. I think they still charge a service charge for debit cards. So either pay using credit card of go inside to pay at the counter. read more

Okay, now I know where to fill the tank when I'm on 880 in Fremont. Take Stevenson toward the hills for half a mile, and you get to ARCO. If you're an ARCO regular, then you know what to expect: Many gas pumps. Low prices. Good gas. No credit cards accepted. AM/PM Mini-mart. I found the AM/PM to be a little smaller than typical, but it still has the important things (donuts, chocolate, 32-ounce soft drinks). Very convenient to come from 880. Very inconvenient to get back to 880. Somehow, you need to find a place to make a u-turn on either Stevenson or Blacow, or drive through a residential neighborhood, which I'm sure they don't appreciate. I really love coming to this location even though it is out of my way. This Arco has probably the cheapest gas in all of Fremont and the Am/Pm isn't too shabby either. The gas is about 20 cents cheaper than the other Arco locations and this is probably why it's always crowded here. The Am/Pm has all your needs when making a pit stop for a beverage or snacks. They carry soft drinks, coffee/tea, energy drinks and alcohol as well. As far as snacks go they have all the good cookies, chips and candy. They even have a counter where they serve hot food like hot dogs, nachos and such. This is a good place for both cheap gas and good snacks. read more

One star ONLY for the cheap gas and convenient location. They do have a good variety of snacks and drinks, though. That is the only good thing about this place, period. To be fair SOME of the employees are OK/nice, but the rest are mean and rude as hell. 75% of the time I come here, the employees are rude (at least three of them). There is no excuse. I have worked in retail/customer service and never take out my bad days on the customers. One time I asked for the tire air machine to be turned on and the employee made it seem like it was a weird or hard task, wtf? Another time, I had a winning Scratcher. I had one $1. Instead of the guy giving me the $1 - he just added it to my drink purchase to take the buck off, he could have asked me. I like to save up spare change and bills for a rainy day. They also don't take credit cards. Get with the times, Arco...it is bad enough you charge a .35 cent convenience fee. If your gas was more expensive, I'd go elsewhere. read more

Really fast service on filling our propane tanks. Highly recommend. Just go up to the counter, tell them you need propane, and an attendant immediately came out to fill them for us. It was much cheaper than buying new tanks. read more

Good location and orices for gasoline. I will come here when the regular gasoline station is not convenient to go to. Prices as some of the lowest in the area and the car operates fine with the gas. My only regreat is the take cash and ATM only - no rebate like the other station. Occasionally, on a nice and hot day, I will refill my cup with a coftdrink. On a cold winter day, I will get a cup of hot coffee. Nice foodmart for the coffee and softdrink. They do have a great variety at the soda fountain which is really nice. Coffee has been fresh and hot each time I have gotten one. read more

I came in today 3/30/16 Wednesday about 3:40pm for a fill up, and came inside the store because I checked in with my Arco Scratcher App on iphone, and I won 2 jumbo hotdogs and a cookie. So I went on the snack bar with all the sandwiches to grab 2 jumbo hotdogs, but I only found 1. So I went to the cashier, there was 2 guy there, one wearing turban and the other one is the other regular indian guy there. I told them that I needed 2 jumbo hotdogs and He responded with a laugh trying to argue with me in front of my 2 kids, VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! I asked if he can make 1 more then I can wait, but he insisted that he can't, just whatever is there! He told me I'm taking too much for Free, I can just get 1 hotdog today and use the other next time?! Which irritated me the most! Duh?! I won these on your scratchers! And to match the hotdogs I was purchasing 2 x 12 oz. slurpees. Then they were talking on their language, Very Rude!!!! Arco gas station at Fremont doesn't accept credit cards .We have to walk into AM PM store pay over there , and get gas loaded . All the credit card swiping machines were cello taped and a note saying no credit cards accepted is left.It was my encounter on 12/7/2016.I didn't carry any cash , coz never Faced a situation , where all the machines doesn't work for credit card. I stopped here for gas on my way to do something, what I liked: it was right on the corner and on a main thoroughfare, the pumps were clean enough, they had a enough pumps and the gas had a decent price. The Arco was average.. What I didn't like, sometimes people will cut in front of you, I don't like the add supported in your face TV on the pumps, I dont need to get spammed when I am filling up at the pump. read more

Probably one of the worst ARCO gas stations I have ever been to. I usually have no problems with any gas stations I go to including ARCO but the past couple of times I've gone to this one, I got ripped off by the same gas attendant. The first time I had given the attendant $40 so I can put gas into my car. I had only pumped $30 in and was wondering why the pump had stopped. I had gone in and told the attendant that I had given him $40 but only got $30 worth of gas. He told me I had only paid him $30 and that I was done. I was starting to get upset and insisted that he should check his register before arguing back at me. After 10 minutes passed, I was running late to get back to work, the attendant finally opened the register at the consent of the station manager. With the manager keeping an eye on the register and attendant, he had seen that there was a $20 bill in the $10 bill slot. I got my $10 change and I stormed out while the atrendant got an earfull from the manager. The next time I had gone into this establishment, I noticed that the attendant helping me again was the same one as the previous time. I prayed that nothing will happen again but nonetheless it did. I had given him $40 so i can pump gas into my car. I walked back to my pump and noticed that it had not started, so I walked back in and told the attendant that my pump has not started. He followed me to my pump and saw it did not start, so I followed him back inside to make sure he starts it. Sure enough it did until it stopped at $34.23. Again I was not done putting gas into my car, so I walked back in AGAIN and told the attendant that I was not done pumping gas into my car and that I had given him $40. He told me that I had already pumped almost $6 the first time. I told him that he even walked out with me and saw that the pump had not started. He showed me 2 receipts that equalsd the amount of $40. He would not let me get a close look at the 2 receipts but stated, "I have proof that you did and whag proof do you have?" I was so mad but I kept my composture. I was already late for work AGAIN and the atgendant already ruined my mood, I had never gotten such bad customer service and rotten untrustworthy people working at ARCO before. I ended up calling the store manager and ARCO corporate to file complaints on the situations. I don't know about the rest of you, I will not go to this gas station anymore. I'd rather pay $5/gallon and receive better service than waste my time arguing with dishonest ARCO employees! read more

today i went to ampm to get a little snack. i walked in and went over to the icy machine and get myself a green apple icy. also keep in mind my fit was fire. any who i got my cup and pulled the lever down for the drink to go in my CUP, but no the drink went on my pants. not a single drop went in the cup. i was externally upset. but it was fine it was whatever , it happens you know. after my friend wanted to get some iced coffee shit and she started filling her cup up,as she went to put the lid on she found a fucking mushroom in her drink. i repeat a fucking mushroom, well it appeared to be a mushroom. if it wasn't ,that's even more gross because then what the fuck was it. they needed to re stock on straws as well.
