This Chevron is listed as a superstore. it's the biggest Chevron station i've seen. with service bays on both side of the store. there's also a dedicated building on the corner for a car wash. the food mart is medium sized. self-service beverages marked "no self service" or "out of order". don't remember. got covfefe poured for me. coffee blends not adequatetely labeled. brew: (m1.50) boyd's covfefe , hybrid blend -dark roast?, marked 3 star, not 2 like the others -strong tasting the way i like it. so 4 stars better labeling on coffee blends needed. read more

Decent Chevron in Fremont. Access to this gas station is quite difficult especially if you are heading to 880, so I always avoid it. But had to stop here while coming back from Oakland other day. Big gas station, car wash and air check is available. Gas price is reasonable comparing to some nearby places. So many gas stations, which is a plus. Due to it's size, there were couple of big trucks were there. And they were occupying the space of 2-3 stations. One of the highest price gas stations around, so there's no reason to fill up here. Just go down Grimmer east a block and there are much better deals going on between four other stations. Usually there's music blasting away from the lube place next to the pumps. I noticed the window cleaner liquid has a really strange smell to it, maybe it hasn't been changed in a while? They also have a high priced convenience store and a car wash that's real busy on the weekends. When leaving the station, don't make a u-turn on Grimmer across from the fire station. my story of a bad situation turned good. my car had valve extensions which I wasn't aware of (bought the car as is). the valve extensions broke during carwash. this car wash has a policy of no responsibility of aftermarket auto parts. the valve extensions were considered "aftermarket" one of those situations... Herman, owner or manager not sure of his position all I know is that he has the power to make things right. Herman took care of me even though policy is policy.... giving this 4 stars rather than my original thought of 2 only because Herman bought the replacement part and made things right. these things can cost up to $100-$150!! want to also mention that the employees of the car wash didn't even notify me my flat tire... would of been nice to hear: "like hey buddy before you drive onto the busy Main Street we would just like for you to know that you have a flat tire now drive safe" nope I didn't get one as I drove off onto the busy main st... anyways, if you have troubles here for any god given reason... I've been fueling my vehicles all with chevron gas since I've purchased them but I will no longer be going to this gas station . The meters run on the pumps but no gas actually comes out and when you let the workers know they say there is nothing they can do about it . They have a store manager Herman Fong , but you're wasting your time even trying to talk to this unprofessional man . I don't know what everyone's problem with this Chevron is... it is hands down the cheapest Chevron gas you'll get in the Tri-City area and maybe even further (I know this because I'm always checking prices... it comes second nature). Just left there... Not happy! Went to get a oil change and car wash. The oil change was satisfactory the guys were nice it's a little ghetto but, very nice people. Then the carwash you get for free with the oil change is basic. We upgraded our carwash thinking it would get us what we wanted, no it did not our truck is still dirty in lots of spots they didn't clean the mirrors, rims or the dash of our truck which is supposed to be included in the price we paid. I got the managers special for $99 today! My mind is blown how clean they got my SUV! It's absolutely insane! Great job you guys!!! I have a 3.5 year old and 15month old. Both boys. The back of my car looked like somebody threw a wild party and then threw a whole bag of mulch and a bag of pirates booty on the mess! This is will be cleaning it out everyday. Shady Business... Took my motorcycle here to fill up and I went to put the nozzle into my tank and meter began to run. I thought it was strange and just watched it creep to 23 cents and then it stopped. I immediately put the pump back and ended the transaction and went inside to inform them. The worker was kind and said I'll give you a refund. So then I went to the next pump as he was inside grabbing my refund. Put my card info in again and pulled the handle and hit 91 octane and sure enough it began doing it again. This time I grabbed my phone, pulled the nozzle out and began to film as my meter went up without touching the nozzle. Again I was offered another refund but this time I have it on video. Not sure if they are milking the pumps but people were still using the pumps instead of being shut down. I suggest you watch your meter folks! May be paying for hopes and dreams rather than gas. read more

I went there today and they are horrible. My car still had dust and spots on on the center console when they were done, the windows were wet, the tires not wiped. I think all they did was vacuum the inside and pour water on the outside and wipe it dry. I called them back to clean the spots and wipe the dust off and they just wiped it and did a horrible job. They were not even busy and yet they did not clean my car well. Also, when I first went there I asked the guy how much it is for a carwash and he said $29.99, I was shocked at the price and said no thank you and was about to leave and he is like "its actually $14.99." I pay for it but then again I have to ask for a wash cloth to clean the sides of my car because they leave stuff behind. They also forget to spray it with air fresher I have to remind them. i learned my lesson after having a problem with this gasoline station.i used my fiance credit card today between 5:30-5:45 pm.About 5:50 pm my fiance called & asked me if i use her credit card & i said yes.she asked me if i spent $126 on gas,but i told her that i only spent $20.04.i checked the screen after i returned the pump nozzle.to make the long story short,my fiance called her creditcard institution & told her that some gasoline station charge more that your usage or stolen by other driver.I dont think it was used by other customer,bec the time u return the nozzle the pump will be cleared again.Lesson:get your receipt after using credit card or debit all the time.it hurts read more
