This place has the worst people on the planet working here. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. Shame on me for giving them at least 5 chances now to see if things change or if it was just one employee having a bad day. But no, this is the lot of them not caring about their customers. Rude, unwilling to help, and scammers. They opened up a Costco gas station around the corner, go there for gas instead. They have a car wash on Central and Mowry Chevrons, go there instead. They have a liquor store next to Togos in the same lot or 7-11 down the street for lotto, go there instead. FoodMaxx is right there for any snacks you might need, go there instead. They throw receipts at you, they refuse to exchange winning lottery tickets, they lock up in the middle of the day randomly without notice for hours, and they are just not worth the trouble anymore. I'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes to go somewhere else. Stay away from this place if you can help it. They are despicable. read more

I had really bad experiences with this cashier at this gas station. He refused service after I changed mind about buying cigarettes a carton instead individual. Even another customer said ,I shouldn't be treated ruded and he was still yelled at this customer. He is the most rude customer service I ever had. He is treating customer with no respect. Been coming here for a few years. Never has any paper towels, window washing water looks like it hasn't been replaced since I started coming here. Usually a higher priced chevron. Usually avoid unless I absolutely have to. Paper towels and just a bit more general care would put this place at a 3 or 4. read more

Almost a dollar more per gallon than the nearby Arco. Why would you stop here? This gas station is ripping people off because they are visible from the road nearby. If you're running out of gas press on that extra hundred yards to the Arco ampm mini-mart. read more

Asked the two gentleman that I'd say are from Middle East , if they carried tissues and they ignored me, repeated myself, and the one with the head phones looked at me and said no. The owner of this establishment is not an honest man. Several months ago my wife had taken our minivan through the car wash there and it broke the back window! Getting a response from the owner to start off with was difficult, so my wife and I took the van to a local glass shop in Newark and got a replacement installed as we have kids to cart around and couldn't wait past that day to get repaired. Gas prices here are pretty cheap for a Chevron and is conveniently located over the overpass from 880, so I like to get gas before I get on the freeway. The cashier is always friendly, and greets everyone when they walk into the store. I wish they had more variety of drinks, since their cooler areas are decent, but I think they need to relook at their inventory, and see what really does not sell, or ask clients if they could pick one drink they cannot find in the store, what would it be. I will definitely have to roll my commuter car through the carwash one day since I have heard that it actually does a good job. read more

I go here to pump gas occasionall. Went here today to pump gas and I left a little unhappy. I came in the store after pumping gas to buy snacks and also have my scratchers check. After I paid for the snacks, I asked that guy to scan the scratchers and he said sorry use the machine over there because there's customers in line. Excuse me? I mean, I am a customer too! I'm pretty sure my credit card was compromised her at least twice. Also the pumps never seem to work right and you have to go inside to very unfriendly staff. If you have enough gas to make it to any other station, do it. This place is the nearest gas station to where I live, but I do my best to go elsewhere when I can. read more

I know I know it's only a gas station. But hey fault me for loving the convenience. It's right by my house and this is our gas station of choice almost every time we fill up. Not a big fan of the car wash tho which is why I only gave 4 stars. We have had a couple occasions were we paid for it and it stopped working. read more

The clerk was responsive but not listening to the issue. This station continues to have issues with the pumps not pumping gas. I have followed their troubleshooting advice and it still pumps a half gallon every 30-45 seconds and at times slwoing down to a quarter a minute. I obtained 1.6 gallons in 8 minutes. I went on line to look into this, and noted that someone mentioned that they had a similar experience, with a weird coincidence...they had bought gas with the same card at this gas station.
