By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

The store was very busy. There was a lot of people in Niles for the car show, but I noticed, even though the place was packed, the store was beautifully faced all the products had the labels out, and everything was very clean. My sandwich was delicious as always, and the family was as sweet as could be. This could be my favorite sandwich spot in the area.

I even requested that they refund the first item so I could just buy both items together, but they completely refused to accommodate this reasonable solution. Basically, they said I have no option that I could not return the item and I could not purchase the items together, and I was absolutely left with no choice to get a resolution on this. The person simply refused to do anything. When I finally told them that I would no longer be giving them my business, their response was simply, "Good for me." That sums up the level of customer service you can expect here. Be very careful when shopping here--Central Liquor under this new management seems unwilling to work with customers in any way. Clearly, this is evident in all their reviews, and I'm sure other customers have experienced worse!

Contacted them on IG and got an amazing sticker pack of reworked pop-culture and logos that reminds me of party fliers they used to hand out in LA.
