When I arrived to get my prescription, I was notified that Julie the "pharmacist" allowed my old provider to call and cancel a prescription my new provider submitted. The kicker, my old provider NEVER sent in my prescription! I wasn't aware a pharmacist was allowed to cancel federally regulated prescriptions at the request of 1 provider that completely separate from the provider who submitted the prescription, and that is outside of their own network/practice?! Seems like a HUGE misstep to me. read more

I know pharmacies are busy and patient satisfaction is very low and things are rough. But we had an appointment for a flu shot at 330. Showed at 326. At 405 left because they were not eager to either provide the flu shot or help keep us updated. I just think Walgreens needs to stop offering this service. It's too much. Flu shots come prepared in the majority of cases in single use vials. It's very simple. And we had filled our every form including consent already online so they would need to enter the info into the patient profile. read more

It has been 10 years since I have used this pharmacy. It received a horrible rating from me then. I figured that after 10 years and the head pharmacist changing, it would be fine. Plus, it was the only pharmacy nearby to carry out child's medication. For THREE DAYS!! We have tried to get her meds. I submitted the prescription and was told it would be ready by 8:30 pm that same day. My husband waited in line for 25 minutes to get her meds and he got blocked. "We're closed now." I went back the next day at five and got some rude clerk at the drive in who tried to give me the wrong prescription to start. I pointed it out, then he said it needed to be approved by the doctor... hello... you have the prescription. He said this prescription needed a phone verification. Really? Then why wasn't I told that when it was dropped off? Why was I told it was ready at 8:30 the night before. He said they tried to call to verify but no one answered at my doctor's office. He said he has had to wait in lines too and "understands" our frustrations. Um.... NOT THE SAME! You waiting for a snickers bar in line and us trying for days to get a child's medication. UM NO, NOT the "same." I called dr's office this morning to follow up and no one called or left a message about her RX! So now, not only do I call BS on this pharmacy, but I say LIAR. read more

I have had multiple bad experiences with the pharmacy (picking up prescriptions and especially with getting vaccines) and every pick up order has been significantly delayed, missing items, and awful customer service. I hate 1 star reviews, but this is the first and last time I'll get photos printed from this place. The only reason I chose this location was because it was on the way to my wife's job, and the picture cube (for an early mothers day gift) and lunch was all apart of my planned surprise day. At 1030am, I went to walgreens.com to place the order. It said pick up would be at 11:10am. Perfect! I planned lunch pickup at 1130 and all was supposed to be smooth. I showed up at 11:15 and the kid at the counter said "oh I was just about to start your order". Ok, fair enough maybe they are behind, so he told me 10 minutes. Still would've been fine for my lunch plans. I kid you not, the kid left working my photos, to help cashier up front (mind you people who came after me and the line was only 2 customers deep. He clearly saw me standing there waiting. He comes back after checking out 1 guest (!) And began working again. He asked another employee for help. At 11:50 he said my order was ready, 11:50! They struggled bad today and the customer service aspect was rough. Bad first impressions are a huge turn off, so avoid the photo department at this location or pick up an order next day. read more

The sign on the door says that they offer walk in vaccines. I called the pharmacy directly and spoke to human who said " appointments are preferred but you can walk in you'll be good". Ten minutes later the rude woman at the pharmacy counter said none of it is true and I had to make an appointment. And handed me a flyer. The flyer was for COVID testing not boosters. Avoid. I know. It's dumb to write a review of Walgreens. It's like writing a review for 7-11: you know what it's going to say. I've stopped in here 3 times over the past few weeks to 1) get change 2) buy a water 3) get a snack for my son and every single time there is only 1 cashier, 5-10 people in line (someone is always sending a money order or some issue that takes 15 minutes), and most of the line is looking around in bewilderment because they want to buy one item and they can't find anyone to take their money. The pharmacy is extremely understaffed right now and they take forever to fill prescriptions. It's certainly not their fault that they are understaffed, but I have never waited this long for a prescription to be filled before- at any other Walgreens or pharmacy. Staff are friendly but I would not recommend using this pharmacy as they are too understaffed to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. read more

My wife and I went into this location on Sunday to pick up a few things. We saw only 2 employees who both looked overworked and tired and neither had a mask and no sanitizer anywhere. The store just felt dirty which made us quick to get our stuff and get out. Got to the register and my wife asked if she should bag our items. The cashier sighed and picked up a pair of surgical gloves laying on the counter and bagged our purchase. Have been shopping here for the last 6 years. Never seen the place like this. He pharmacist assistant or* pharmacist was extremely disrespectful to my girlfriend. My girlfriend only wanted to pick up her monthly medication and the lady was annoyed and frustrated that she had to fulfill the order. I can give five stars because of the outstanding pharmacy team. I can give five stars on the cleanliness of the store. I can give five stars for some other reasons. That said, I give five stars because of one person, Chris, the friendliest cashier with a big smile and wonderful laugh. I live a mile from another location, but I literally drive the extra mile because of her. Why? I walk in the door hoping to hear Chris passionately say, "Welcome to Walgreen's". She interacts with customers wonderfully, but she keeps the line moving. It's both an amazing art and skill. read more

Beware of being charged for things you don't receive or even order! I picked up my prescriptions yesterday and when I got home I looked at my receipt and they charged me $2.99 to flavor my prescription. Since my prescriptions were pills I knew they definitely weren't flavored. I called and was told it was charged by accident and I had to go back for a refund. When I went back today for my refund the lady was rude and asked if I had spoken to anyone about it and I told her yes. She took my receipt and said I'd have to wait for the pharmacist to come back from the floor. When she came to the window she wanted the receipt, which her employee had. She did not apologize that I was charged for something I didn't ask for or get or that I had to return. I told her I wasn't happy about the way the employee's there didn't say hello, smile or even acknowledge that you were there by even looking your way and all she said back was "it's hard to smile with a mask on!" I will be looking for a new pharmacy! read more

This Walgreens is close to my house, and my go-to store anytime I experience the "oh crap, I'm out of ___" phenomenon. Walgreens is on the expensive side for groceries and has a very small selection there, but they have competitive prices for cleaning supplies, two liter bottles of pop, beauty supplies, household products, greeting cards, snow shovels, batteries, etc. The personnel at the pharmacy and the photo counter are both nice and helpful. Checking out is painfully slow when they only have one counter open, but that's not the checkers' fault. I end up stopping in here a few times a week; I'm not sure if that's a testament to my inability to make a proper grocery list or the convenience of this store. read more

Terrible customer service at the photo counter. Very unprofessional and rude. The visit was for passport photos and they did not turn out well. Upon second request for redoing the pictures, one of the young female staff who had previously taken our photo, took a "discrete" snapchat of us and was talking very loudly behind the counter about myself, my wife, and other customers, as well as rolling her eyes. went to walgreens to get a simple passport photo taken but upon going inside i waited at the prints section for over 20 minutes while no employee would come to the station or was even available for me to talk to. when someone finally arrived at the desk they proceeded to take a phone call before helping the customers. I always get my photos printed at Walgreens. Instead of using their photo kiosks there, I do it all online. The pictures are always ready when they say they are (within a day), and I can pick them up at my convenience. For their wallet photos, they made sure to have them cut (weirdly enough, some don't cut the wallet pictures). The staff is always helpful, even breaking out their coupon collection to help me save more. read more
