I just wanted to shout out Team lead Alex - he was incredibly kind and helpful when my partner and I came in needing help yesterday (we had an issue with a grocery item we purchased). He made us feel listened to and was just so nice. The person who helped us before him, literally rolled her eyes at us, so we weren't sure what to expect when he came to help us. But he completely turned the interaction around right off the bat, he has just an amazing positive energy about him, and was so friendly and amazing. Super kind and understanding. You are an amazing team lead and person! Thank you Alex! read more

I needed a prescription filled at CVS plus we needed some groceries so we headed to Target. The store was well stocked - we found everything that we needed, plus, as is Target, stuff we didn't know that we needed. Then there were the things that we definitely didn't need but bought anyway. There were a couple of cashiers at registers though none of their lights were on - you just have to look I guess. The self checkout line was a lot longer than any of the register line and you can't buy alcohol at these registers. I even had an OMG moment at this Target - they had a clean bathroom! I don't think I've ever seen a clean restroom at any Target that I've been in (and I've been in Targets all across the country, even in Hawaii). Next time I'm in the area, this will no doubt be my Target of choice. read more

Young manager that did want to help. Seemed very annoyed for no reason. Don't work at target if you don't like helping people. I wouldn't shop at this target to say the least. read more

Tried calling to get help with a question before driving 30+ min to this location, I got hung up on or disconnected 5 times with ZERO HELP. I literally couldn't get through to a single real person. Continued to drive 30 min and even though the app said the product was available it was in fact not. So beyond frustrating every single time I try to go to target I regret it. Do not shop here for their cheap overpriced products and mid food. They are a bad grocery store and a bad home goods store, they have excelled at nothing but being a pain read more

Had a really weird experience today. Went in looking for toys with all the Target circle week deals going on. Saw they had what I was looking for through the app and when I went in to purchase i realized I had to ask for it from the back. The employee I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and was passive aggressive the entire interaction. Tried getting help from a different employee just for the original employee to interject and say that I can't be helped here :( I called it a loss and left. When I tried calling to get some information regarding the policy about getting things from the back I could NOT get ahold of a single person. I just kept getting hung up on. Just unprofessional behavior and overall a bad experience! Never had anything like this happen at a Target before. read more

Shelves are a mess. Store layout is a pain. Staff was courteous. Their app is overwhelming. Won't be back.

I needed ski poles so stopped by unfortunately they did not really have that but the place was nice. Maybe they should have carpet at the entrance because I almost had a slip and fall read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Greenwood Village, Colorado

This Target is definitely not my favorite. It could really use a facelift, as I've seen other locations receive over the past couple of years. That being said, the employees have always been nice (lots of high school students, but that's not necessarily a bad thing) and I manage to find everything I need. Just think it could be laid out a little nicer. I see a few COVID-related reviews mentioning the lack of masks but I've never seen anyone without one, and they even have some disposable ones at the entry, as well as hand sanitizer and wipes for the carts. It can definitely get crowded at peak times, so if you're concerned about crowds, I'd try to come during the weekday. The cafe appears to be closed during COVID but Starbucks is open and the barista is always friendly. Fancy or not, I still find a way to drop way too much money every time I step foot through the doors. I recently tried to mitigate this by doing pickup with the app which went very smooth! I'll definitely do more of that in the near future. read more

This Target is smaller, older and seemed to be kinda dark and dingy compared to other locations that are lighter, brighter and have a friendlier feel. Nevertheless, I was able to find what I needed and was on my way. Going to this store feels like more of a last resort if what I need is not at other locations. read more

JP was extremely nice and professional during pick up! Highly recommend coming back due to him!

Parking was good, produce and grocery section was good, out of stock of a variety of household items (at least on the shelves, was unable to find an employee to ask if they had items in the back), and the cashier wasn't friendly. Will I go back? Given the traffic in this area, I'd go back if it was convenient and at least check if they had the items I needed, but I wouldn't make a special trip to this target location. read more

I like this Target because it is not super huge. It has all the products I am looking for, and I have done pickup from here with no issues regarding customer service. Updated June 2022- Continues to be a great, well-stocked, clean location. The employees are hard working. read more

I just left the store, but while there I had two very positive interactions with a couple of the employees that I thought they should be recognized! To Leena at the cash registered who was customer aware of my needs before I was, you were very kind! Thank you! To Amro who assisted me in getting a small refrigerator into my car, you were delightful to cheat with! Thank you! read more

This Target location offers plentiful parking, helpful staff, well-stocked shelves, an on-site CVS pharmacy, a snack bar, an on-site Starbucks, and even a grocery section (not comparable to a SuperTarget though). I shopped here twice during my time in Colorado and both experiences were easy, efficient, and satisfying. read more

I love this target. I Always have great customer service when I shop here. I have interacted with cashiers Art and Leslie. They are both great and are Always friendly. The store is always clean and organized! read more

I like this Target because it is more compact than others. Sometimes bigger isn't better. They have all stuff I need all with a shorter walk! In the past I have had good luck finding clothes here and I really like seasonal section (it always seems well stocked). It is your standard Target! read more

This location is very popular with the customers who works around the DTC area. During lunch hours, they are always packed with people looking for something. Its well stocked, friendly people working here and also have snack bar and ... Starbucks! Get caffeinated and walk that isle! I love to shop at Target for clearance items. This store is about a week to 2 weeks behind putting the same items on clearance compare to some other stores. If you have been eyeing on certain items to go on extra clearance and all suddenly disappeared, try this store. They might still have it on regular price or just went on clearance. read more

I frequent this Target location a lot since I live close by, but I don't think I'll be back unless they change their mask policy. Ever since the virus has become prevalent, I always see people not wearing masks in the store, and I've never seen a Target employee ask them to put on a mask on to shop. I don't love wearing a mask, but I do it for public safety to protect others from myself, and I would expect that others would want to protect themselves from others. I do understand that there are some exceptions where people can't wear masks, but I doubt that all the times that I've been to this Target, that all these people weren't medically able to wear masks. I just went there this evening, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are enforcing the mask rule now, but no, people are still walking around without masks. Now, don't get me wrong, the majority of the customers have masks on, but a small majority of people can get people sick. I'm not returning to the store, and it's too bad because their selection/prices are pretty good. I just don't feel comfortable there. read more

The pharmacy is kinda bad- it must be A bad work environment that makes the employees so apathetic to customers and sometimes just flat out rude to customers. Something must be bad with management - the workers just don't seem happy and it reflects in their customer service (or lack there of). read more

Went in looking for a lint roller. Normally am not the type to leave a review for a store like Target but I was so impressed by the customer service of Sunshine I felt I had to. read more

Generally one of my go-to Targets; always well-stocked and can find everything i need. Make sure to hit up the ends of the aisles to find clearance items! Oh, there's a Starbucks inside, but no signage outside. Closes early (around 7 - 8p). read more

Doesn't it always seem that when you write a review about a large store like target the review is going to be negative??? This one might be. The floor staff are excellent, and are consistently helpful, courteous, and quick. Management though is a different story. Nearly every interaction I've had with the manager on duty has been less-than-great. For a lot of stores, the stereotype is usually the other way around! Need something quick and don't anticipate any issues with your purchase? Then this is a fine target to go to. Anticipating complications or have a complex purchase? Go down Arapahoe road to Parker and shop there. read more

We shop here a lot, because it's close to home, but I'm thinking of switching to another one, because of their incessant hounding to sign up for their credit/debit card. While I understand that employees are given incentives to get people to sign up, they need to realize that no means no, and no further discussion is welcome. Funny thing is, I actually have a Target credit card; credit, not debit, and mentioned it to one overzealous young lad as he was puking out his spiel. I said I had just paid it off not too long ago. "Just paid it off - ha ha, good one!" He says. Use your brain, dude. I wasn't talking about a debit card. Are you seriously calling me a liar? Did you really just say that? I still can't believe that came out of his mouth. They need to cool it with the Target card thing. It's supremely annoying. It's gotten to where the first thing I say to a checkout person is "How are you? And I'm good on a Target card. Don't need one." read more

I love this Target. I always manage to find something here to buy that I don't so go to another Target later and can't find it so I have to go back to this Target to get it. The employees at this one are always nice. There used to be an older lady that worked the food court and I would talk to her all day long but I haven't seen her in a while. The parking lot is what makes this Target a 4. There is basically one way in and out and everyone wants to go that way. So yeah It's a good Target. read more

One of my least favorite Target locations as there is really only one way in and the same way out. Weird parking lot. Smaller, older store. Seems well stocked, not often I can't find what I'm there for. Employees are nice and helpful. Serves its purpose as a Target store. read more

Just based on its location it is the most convenient target for me to visit on my way home. That's not saying that it is convenient, but that its most convenient. The staff really isn't overly friendly, but they aren't unfriendly. They are average, which is, well unfortunately, acceptable in this day and age. The parking lot and entrance from the street are a mess though. That's the only reason this place isn't a 4 star location. They need more and better access to the parking lot. Also, the parking spaces are too small. read more

Not real sure about the pharmacy. I was told I had a booster scheduled then I received a phone call about broken door. That was ok and young man said on phone I could just walk in and explain issue. Then I go there and talked to someone and said that isn't correct and I can't and will have to reschedule. Not happy. So that took me another 2 weeks to get booster. Get your information correct amongst employees. It use to be pretty good but new employees are rather idiots. read more

This Target is huge, clean, well organized and has EVERYTHING. On a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't crowded or noisy at all, unlike Ikea. Stocked up on cheap stuff for the kitchen, some bedroom storage, even organic peanut butter, cashew milk and virgin coconut oil. My cashier was cheerful and chatty. Bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of attached parking. Five stars all the way. read more

I love this Target. Small but mighty is the best way I can describe it. I don't go here often but every time I do, I'm always a little underwhelmed when I first arrive because it doesn't look like much from the outside. But once I go in, I am always easily able to find everything I need. This store is a bit of a nuisance to get in and out of though. read more

This review is for the poor customer service and rude behavior of the young woman working the guest services desk on Dec. 12th. I don't usually shop at this Target, however they had an item that was out stock online and that I was unable to locate at my local Target. I called to confirm that this location in fact had the item I wanted, and the gentleman working in the toy department was very helpful. He located the item in the their stockroom, and placed it at guest services for me to pick up. When I arrived at guest services for this location, I told the young woman working the counter my name and the description of the item I was picking up. With a rude tone, she told me she needed to see my ID. When she brought the item to the register, the box it was in had been opened. So I asked if we could pull the toy out to make sure all the parts were there. She rudely responded that she was too busy to do that. I told her I had been through the ringer with trying to get this item and in its complete form, originally ordering it online and upon receiving it, parts were missing. Target online had created a replacement order to send another one, but then subsequently cancelled the replacement order due to the item being out of stock in their warehouse. I had also returned the defective item to my my local Target that day. They had the item at this location for purchase, however it was also missing parts. I once again asked her if we could please check the item before I purchased it again. She said again that she was too busy, and that if I got the item home, and it was incomplete, that I could bring it back with the receipt. So once I purchased it and had the box over the counter, it took me all of two seconds to lift the toy out and make sure all parts were there. read more

If it wasn't for the craptastic attitude of Tanya our cashier this Target would get 4/5 stars but thanks to one rude women I won't be coming back. Making a customer feel bad for doing two separate transactions when no one was in line behind me mind you is not ok, she huffed her way through and acted like it was my fault the clearance items wouldn't ring up correctly. She needs some serious customer service training!!! read more

Always organized well. The staff are okay- not overly personable but not unfriendly either. The only downfall for Target, for me, is the fact they do not open early enough. read more

I'm a Target shopper. When purchasing items that are perhaps a bit more pricy, or on sale - like electronics - I'll look online first to make sure the items are available in store before I go to the store. At times I may just purchase the item online and pick it up in store. This time I wanted to purchase a camera. The item showed in stock online. Wanted to see it before purchasing. Went to the store, asked an employee for help, and although the item showed in stock, there were no cameras in store - ?!? Employee told me to not trust their inventory system. He suggested I'd check out the Glendale store on Colorado Boulevard, it showed 4 in stock. Drove the 10 miles to the store, and to my surprise - then again maybe not - the employee in the electronics department told me it did show 4 in stock, but they had none available. Huh? read more

It pains me to have to give any Target a 1 star, especially when I shop Target frequently enough to spend close to $600/month...from delivering items all over the nation to my family via the app, to purchasing my groceries from Target via a popular grocery delivery app. However, it is always 1 star behavior when a store allows their workers to follow a frequent shopper all over, on every aisle she is on. Todays times are where there is no need for me to sugar coat the definition of the obvious racial profiling happening here. Black women are followed in stores more than any other culture and it is as disgusting a feeling as our ancestors felt during segregated times. Enough is enough. Do better Target. Invest in surveillance equipment that keeps your security in position to view cameras and secure exits. This will allow ALL shoppers to enjoy their retail experience, and have your staff utilize that security system, when there is a REAL need for that service! I've never stolen anything, from anyone. So I refuse to be treated that way. Ever. My military family is large. I am a war widow, that is a large following as well. It would pain me to ask them to help me boycott until REAL change happens! read more

I love Target. It's hard for me to not like any Target, really. And this one is no exception. I've been here a couple of times when I need to pick something up on the way to the Centennial area, for random stuff like DVDs and headphones. The parking lot is a little weird, but nothing too bad. There is always plenty of parking, which is nice-my usual Target is Glendale turns into an absolute nightmare for parking on the weekends. Sometimes I've felt like their general selection seems smaller than most Targets, but that's probably because I've been spoiled by the HUGE Super Target in Glendale. In any case, every time I've been there they have what I need. Lastly, the staff here is great. Very friendly, conversational, and welcoming. They're the cherry on top, if you will. Keep it up Target! read more

I live in a dead zone for Targets. There really isn't one close but there are about 3 within a 10 to 15 minute drive. I use this one for all my prescriptions because this Target has the most awesome pharmacy. The ladies who work in the pharmacy here are extremely polite and helpful. They have never, ever let me down and will go to great lengths to make sure I get what I need in a very timely fashion. In general, this Target is smaller but it has most everything you need. The grocery section is smaller but you can always pick up a gallon of milk or a few apples, you know, basics. It's usually not terribly busy so you can always get in and out pretty quickly - even at peak times like Saturday afternoon. The cashiers are all very friendly. There is a younger guy who reminds me an awful lot of Seth Rogan who is desperately charming. I suppose not everyone would like him but I find his super positive attitude and enthusiasm about any and all junk food I might be buying to be rather amusing. Plus, he always gives my kid stickers. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Greenwood Village, Colorado

I've been going to this Target for so many years, it's definitely a favorite. Thankfully, I work nearby, so I can still go regularly on my lunch hour. It's a pretty clean store and the staff is really friendly. If it gets too busy at lunch, they always open up extra lanes to keep the lines moving. I almost always get my same spot in the parking lot and usually never have to park very far away. This Target is like a comfort store for me. It's always there when I need it. read more
