First things first; customer service sucks ass. Every time I go in there I'm always waiting 10-15 mins for photos I already ordered. The whole point of ordering them online is to pick them up when they're READY & for them not to be ready is ridiculous. When they finally assisted me this employee I think his name was Ernie seemed pissed off to assist me. Very rude. I didn't pick his job, he did. So if I can deal with customers then he should be able to as well. He needs to be in the back with no socialization because he doesn't have people skills obviously. read more

I'm literally sitting on hold while I'm writing this review. I'm trying to change my pharmacy to this location because I moved recently and this location is now closest to my home. The methodical music just keeps playing over & over & it will occasionally ring & then someone picks it up and places it right back on hold. The hold time now is at 16:46. The good news is, by the time they pick up they might've found a cure for cancer. I think I better stick to the Lakewood Blvd. location even though this one is closer since the service at this one sucks so bad. Final time before I hang up 21:02! Update: I just got off the phone with the Lakewood Blvd. Walgreens, I spoke with the pharmacy tech. there and had my prescription refilled in less than a minute. Great Walgreens, my favorite one. Always has a fully stocked Redbox, good snacks, good cashiers, and good parking. The line was not too long and the service was fast. There can be a bit of a wait at the pharmacy but they're really nice about it and very helpful. read more

Great place. Always have sales. I really like Gurtrud and I think it's Nick. Super nice. Some not so much. Place is clean, no restrooms, they have a pharmacy, photo area, red box, alcohol. A little bit of everything. Also 24 hours 7days a week open. Never ever close. Not one single holiday. read more

i like this Walgreens. its open 24 hours and the pharmacy might be too. I'm not sure but Ive gone really late and its open. i took my prescription from usc and they filled it no problem. i had my meds within like 7 minutes. its never too crowded. its clean. i like that they have a drive thru for the pharmacy too. read more

I do not know why but I go to this store even on my worst days and come out happy. I've been going here since I was twelve. I go so often for just about everything I need on the go or a quick stop for long trips. The staff is so polite never in a bad mood and very helpful read more

I always come to Walgreens for my photo orders and I have never had an issue. I went to pick up a canvas print that I ordered and it was scratched up. The staff was great about it. Offered to fix it right away and apologized again and again. I give the staff Manuel five stars for his great customer service. I wish more places had people like him. read more

This is the best Walgreens I've been to so far. Everyone is so polite and greet you as you enter. Excellent customer service friendly staff!!! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because there is only one pharmacy female tech that makes look the other way every time. I can't help to be so cold with her. I can't stand her, she is not polite, she is rude and wants to talk to you like your stupid, she needs to learn to smile!! I work at doctors office and little does she know that I'm the one standing in front of her now, and earlier she was giving me attitude on the phone calling our office requesting refills for a patient. I wish I could tell her off in person or complain to management. She is rude in person and on the phone while calling the doctors office requesting refills. Everyone else is so nice!! Even the pharmacists. She is the only exception!! I had to pick up my meds yesterday and she was there I literally have her the UGH face. Everyone at my clinic knows how rude she is...... Came here to get some wooden panel pictures done. Ordered on a Saturday 9am to be done by Saturday afternoon. I waited well passed the estimated time of completion to receive and email that they were ready and nothing. Never received an email, I kept calling and calling and no one would answer around 5pm I go in and my pictures are done and they tell me I could have picked them up a long time ago, well why didn't you send me a damn email or call me saying they were ready. Sunday morning I open them up to hang and 3 of them are damaged. Take them back to get them done again, told their technician is there at 11 it was 9am. Ok fine, figured I can pick them up after work. Get a call around 130 that they are out of stock of the wooden panels (2 1/2 hrs after said technical was supposed to arrive). They wanted me to pick up my order and drive to a farther Walgreens store to get them fixed. Didn't do that, I left them there was told they would get shipment on Tuesday and they would redo them and they would call once ready. Well waited and nothing. I finally called Friday afternoon-3days after they were supposed to be completed and they had been done for days, I never received a call or email letting me know. Well I made sure to take a look at them and 1 was still messed up. They honestly redid my picture 4 times in front of me and every time they could not get it right. I was there for close to an hr waiting for just one picture. In the end I left with the last attempt picture that they still couldn't get right. I would have been there for hrs I'm sure with them still trying to fix it. Never again will I get pictures from here, anyone wanting to get pictures done should just pay a lot more to go with a better company so you know your getting a great deal and a great item.. read more

If i could give them zero stars I would! This place is the worst!! You have to be on top of them!! My whole family has had so many problems with this place! The wait time is awful! I submitted my refill today at 6:30pm it is now 10:10pm and its still not ready! They said everyone has a 2 hour wait time!!! Wtf??? Its been almost 4 hours for me!!! Then there was another prescription I requested a week ago and they said that one isn't ready either because they didn't think I could afford the medication!! Why not call and ask me! The walgreens at lakewood & south is way better if there is a problem with your RX they will call you and sort it out. read more

On two separate occasions I have had the displeasure of having to interact with "Nelden". Not only is Nelden extremely rude but he is also aggressive and competely condescending. Unfortunately both occasions I had to ether return a product or exchange a product. The first time was after my fiance had purchased a portable charger from another store that claimed to have a full charge right out of the box, the product was defective and we had to return it to this location. Nelden was dismissive and was claiming that without the receipt we couldn't receive a refund even though we had used our Walgreens card at purchase. After some arguing he agreed to give us the refund only after snickering and treating us like criminals. I work retail management, I know the type of people Nelden treated us as and I am disgusted by it. The second occasion was after this visit... I picked up my pictures this day and later noticed something wrong with my prints so I called the photo department and spoke to Javier who I had purchased them from. He told me to reorder my pictures and to bring in the ones I didn't want for exchange, he also offered to give me a15% discount for my troubles. I placed the order and went in to pick up the pictures later that night. I walked over to the photo department where there was noone to assist me. I notice the button for service and I pressed it. I heard the notification chime on the overhead speakers until it timed out or expired. I waited and pressed the button again. I had already been standing there for over twenty minutes and pressed the button about five times. Nelden walks up and I begin to explain the situation. He picks up the reprints from behind the counter and asks to see the misprints. Right away he starts telling me that the reason for the misprints was because of the sizes of my pictures which I took on my phone. I had to tell him that my entire order was for pictures from my phone and that the order card had two different sizes displayed. I wanted all pictures in 4x6 but somehow most of the order had printed out in 4x5.3, Why was I having to explain the order issues to Mr. Nelden when I had already spoken to another associate and we had already agreed on a resolution? All Nelden needed to do at this point was do his job with an already delegated situation. In my experience you never place the blame on the customer and you don't make the customer feel like they've done something wrong. It was not my fault the portable charger we purchased was defective and it was not my fault that through some glitch in the printing system my order printed out wrong. These things happen all the time and are typically handled with care in the hands of more experienced or better trained staff members. It is unfortunate that I have to possibly shop in a Walgreens store where they're is a disgruntled employee who cares little about servicing customers with honor or integrity. The ugly truth is from now on when I pick up my prescription from the pharmacy here I will go out of my way to avoid the photo department that's if I don't decide to call my doctors office and have them change my pharmacy altogether. read more
