Chet is great and highly experienced. I had a rotator cuff injury and an orthopedic surgeon told me…read morethey'd have to cut me open to figure out what was wrong. Well, I guess that is what surgeons do, is operate. Chet made clear he would send me back to them if he couldn't help but after therapy began he discovered the chain of events which led to a locked shoulder and loose tendon and unlocked the shoulder with various stretches and strengthened the tendon with various homework and exercises. I went in completely ignorant and thinking that therapy was silly but it is absolutely HUGE for anyone with an injury. I hope to never need Chet again but if I do have an injury with the hand, shoulder, or other body part that he works with I will be back. I highly recommend TherAccess.

I Left With a Punctured Lung and Little Accountability... Please read before you seek care there…read more I underwent what I believed were routine trigger point injections, and what followed was one of the most frightening medical experiences of my life. Immediately after the procedure, I developed symptoms that ultimately led to the diagnosis of a punctured lung (pneumothorax). I required emergency treatment, hospitalization, and placement of a chest tube. I experienced significant pain, difficulty taking deep breaths, missed work, and weeks of recovery from an injury that never should have occurred during what was presented as a relatively straightforward procedure. What has been equally disappointing is how the practice handled the situation afterward. Rather than accepting meaningful responsibility or attempting to make things right, I received what amounted to an apology accompanied by statements that the procedure was performed within the standard of care. Their position was essentially that complications can happen, and therefore no further action was warranted. In my case, I was never informed that a punctured lung was a risk of the trigger point injections I received. Had I understood that risk, I would have asked additional questions before consenting. Patients deserve informed consent that is specific to the procedure actually being performed. While the practice stated they reviewed my case and even identified opportunities to improve their documentation and procedural processes, those acknowledgments have done nothing to address the physical pain, emotional distress, lost income, and disruption this complication caused. Mistakes and complications can occur in medicine. What defines a practice is how it responds when they do. I expected accountability, transparency, and a sincere effort to resolve the situation fairly. Instead, I was left feeling that protecting the practice was more important than caring for the patient who was harmed. I hope future patients never experience what I did, and I hope the practice follows through on whatever changes they identified during their internal review. My experience, however, left me deeply disappointed and without confidence that patients are truly supported when serious complications occur.

I saw another Dr. there that left the practice. That one was great - listened, gave you time,…read moreanswered questions, patient, etc. Because my Dr. had left, I had to see Dr. Singh. It was really bad. He acts all nice, but he is impatient and doesn't want to be bothered with questions. I asked him THREE questions and he said to me "I think you just like asking questions." To his credit he did text me to apologize. But honestly I've never experienced that level of rude before. Not only that, but he gave zero information about what to expect after my injection. Like, I did not know my face would completely flush red like a sunburn and I was going to get much worse for awhile. I did go back once more and was sorry I did. He told me "I'm not passing you off" but that is exactly what he did - sent me to 2 other doctors and spent maybe 7 minutes with me. Really disappointed in this experience with Dr. Singh. Waste of money and time.

I recently had laser resurfacing done at Prime by Angela Williams. I first met Angela in the late…read moresummer of 2022 to discuss a plan for aging facial issues that were bothering me. Angela is a treasure trove of knowledge. Her questions immediately made me know that she knows her 'stuff.' She is SO likeable! I was immediately comfortable with her. Angela told me her plan for me, and she provided me with every bit of information that I needed from prep to fee to after care. Finally, in late January my laser resurfacing appointment arrived. I was SO excited to take this first step in a three step regimen Angela had developed for me. I'm including pix of me with numbing cream applied just before the procedure, the ice pack that is applied after the laser, me in my car approximately 30 minutes post procedure, the next morning, and a few more if Yelp lets me. In short, the procedure was not painful or uncomfortable. Angela and I had agreed that she would be aggressive with the laser: I am a 'go big or go home' person. The after care instructions and products were superb. Five days post procedure, I could see huge improvement in the fine lines and wrinkles on my face and neck. I recommend Angela without reservation. She is a learned, informed professional who is a true talent in her profession. The office is centrally located in Raleigh's Village District. Parking is super convenient. The office is spotlessly clean and gorgeous. The receptionist is helpful and very friendly both on the phone and in person. There is no hard sell of any of the products they carry which is SUCH a relief after some places J have been. I am eager to take the next step in the regimen Angela has planned for me. My husband and I are thrilled with the results! I feel so confident and happy that I look my best, and that is Angela's objective. I'm so pleased that I took the first step and booked an appointment with Angela.
