We were greeted when we walked in & asked to have a seat while she was checking in someone else. Though the waiting room was full, we got called back pretty quickly. The PA came and did the physical. It took about 5 mins & then another few minutes to get the form. It was quick and painless. I took off a star because the office and seating was dirty and disgusting were we sat. It needs a cleaning in certain areas for sure. We will definitely go back if we ever need another physical...especially for $10.

Also, as required, I uploaded a photo of both sides of my insurance card and my driver's license. I arrived at my appointment only to learn, at the reception desk, that they DON'T accept my insurance after all, even though the system told me several times that I'm "All Set!" for my appointment. Why ask for all that insurance information and then not warn the patient immediately that the insurance won't work? Their incompetence wasted my time and prolonged my suffering. I'll need to seek treatment somewhere else, and I won't trust anyone's online appointment system again.

Because of Covid precautions he couldn't do much with her toenails. My only complaint is about seating. I am a large person with wider hips and there were no chairs anywhere that would fit me. All were narrowing with arms on them. There were no spare armless stools or armless chairs for someone with wide girth like myself. So this was very uncomfortable for me accompanying my elderly mother. My 94 yr old mother had to struggle to get up into the exam chair...almost too hard for her. The struggle left her very fatigued. Suggestion: bring in a few extra-wide chairs for heavier people; and, step stools for short people trying to get in and out of exam chairs.
