My fiancé goes here. He sees Dr. McLendon. For the most part, he likes him. He's only been with him…read moreabout 1 year. Recently, he went to him to begin the FMLA process to be off of work. He had 2 WEEKS to complete and return the forms to the Administrator. He completed the wrong form & turned it in LATE, causing my fiancé to almost lose his job. He had to schedule another appt. (and pay another copay) just to tell him what he did incorrectly. His FMLA was denied & then he completed the forms again & STILL filled it out incorrectly. He has no sense of urgency & he sent my fiancé to his friend who is a therapist. My fiancé didn't know this & later found out from Dr. McLendon that he knew what had been discussed in their private therapy session. Talk about unethical!!!! My fiancé didn't give the therapist permission to disclose any of his information to his PCP & they both were too busy gossiping than to complete the FMLA paperwork on time. I suggested that he find a new PCP because this one isn't ethical nor professional. I do not recommend at all!

There was no continuation of care plan or anything. The office manager also tried to disable my MyChart access because she was mad that I keep sending messages to try to CONTINUE MY CARE which is completely against policy and their admin team even stated that that was retailiation and shows exactly what type of swamp scum people they hire here. I was a patient for 10 years by the way.

She has no attention to detail and will forgot what you told her about 15 seconds later. They are not prompt and are often unresponsive to where you have to keep calling them. I had to contact the office using phone, email, and text about 15x (not even joking) for the medical assistant to email me my lab results. This is after I called her several times and she literally told me that she's working other patient files and will get to mine whenever she gets to it. She also stated she called me and never left a message. What professional medical practice do you know calls and doesn't leave a voicemail or send an email? I'm convinced that the medical assistants skills are limited as she is unable to multitask and speak with patients in a professional manner. Also, the owner of the practice travels back and forth to India and, when you call, you have to leave a message and someone from India will call you back. Half the time, I don't even understand what they are saying. I am disappointed in the NP who never reasoned to follow up with me after sharing my prior experiences with my previous physicians. I do not like going to the dr and found this place on my medical insurance website. This experience has forced me to find another PCP who is actually qualified and am considering filing a complaint with HHS and HIPAA.

To top off this stellar service, they tried to bill me 200 dollars for an appointment that didn't exist. This is a scam, if your insurance company assigns them as your primary care, find an in network doctor in an office that operates during regular business hours and has a staff you can speak to who is physically in the location you're making an appointment for.

Front desk reception were devoid of emotion. Not the best front line of representation. They may as well had been robots. Once in a observation room, I received Really good/professional service. Turns out... I came down w/ food poisoning (at least that was the diagnosis). I was impressed w/ all the steps taken: 1) Blood Pressure 2) Temperature 3) Urine Sample 4) Blood work (panels). I would definitely return should something happen when I'm in town again.
