Awful experience, DISHONEST practice, owed me $500 for 6 months!…read more I have been trying to get Camelot Chiropractic to get my insurances claims right for the past 6 months, all while they hold-on to $500+ of my money! I have called them dozens of times, sent emails, overall spent tens of hours trying to get them to fix it (I am serious), nothing really worked for months. My insurance company says Camelot Chiropractic made some mistakes when sending the claims and now Camelot owes me more than $500! One of the reason leading to this situation is Camelot Chiropractic have you paying the sessions in full and then supposedly they sort out the insurance later (at which point you are supposed to be reimbursed). During that time, Camelot keeps your money, instead of simply asking for co-pay only (just like all other practices do). Now even though Camelot eventually sorted it out (finally this week), they did not give me anything to compensate the fact that they kept my $500 for so long and nothing to compensate for the insane amount of time I had to spend and the frustration I had to endure dealing with this. For these reasons I would strongly encourage you to find another chiropractor, there are plenty of them out there, go find a stress-free one. Unless of course you don't mind them keeping 500 of your $ for 6 months...

Weird how they do the adjustments out in the open, right in front of everyone. They give you a sales pitch and it's the same one they give everyone. You need to come on a regular basis, they give you some "free" visits when you sign up for their monthly package. I fell for it. The issue is, while the adjustment was ok (not nearly as good as my usual chiropractor), the wait to be seen is FOREVER!!!!! After the first adjustment, I never got another one because the wait was too long for me each time, so I cancelled the membership. My husband started going there when they first opened and ended up cancelling his membership because the wait got so long. It's like they just took on more people than they could handle and didn't care that most people don't have the time to wait so long to be seen.

My husband and I have both felt more relief then we have getting adjustments at previous chiropractic settings.
