After standing there for a few mins, I was told that there was just a rush and they haven't started my online order yet. I finally received my order about 10-15 mins after it was supposed to be ready. There were only two people working; they were clearly understaffed. I don't want to trash on the employees since there were only two of them.. but management can't have only two people working. My sandwich bread also had a big tear in it :( Overall, disappointing experience. Can't say I'll be back.
