Three visits in one month. I think we have a problem. We've eaten at G3B three times in the past month, and apparently just enjoying the food ourselves isn't enough because we've started dragging our friends along, too. At this rate, we may need a standing reservation. Let's talk breakfast. The avocado toast with over-easy eggs has been a consistent favorite. It's so good that ordering anything else apparently requires a major life decision. Today, however, someone got adventurous and ordered the Eggs Benedict instead. The verdict? Excellent! And special mention was made of the high-quality ham. When someone voluntarily abandons their favorite breakfast and doesn't regret it, that's saying something. My personal favorite is the Eggs & Fixin's, with an upgrade to the carrot cake pancake. Now, let's discuss that pancake. It's carrot cake. It's breakfast. It's practically dessert masquerading as a socially acceptable morning meal. And it is slap-your-momma good! (Please don't actually slap your momma. Just order the pancake.) Another member of our breakfast crew has ordered the veggie omelette TWICE. With an entire menu to choose from, that's a pretty solid endorsement. But I have saved the most important announcement for last. THE FRENCH FRIES. I'm going to make a bold statement here, and I stand behind it. These may very well be the BEST FRENCH FRIES IN THE WORLD. And here's the beautiful part: YOU CAN ORDER THEM WITH BREAKFAST! Whoever decided that french fries should be reserved for lunch and dinner clearly never ate at G3B. Breakfast potatoes are fine, but sometimes a girl just wants french fries with her eggs. Finally, a restaurant that understands this! As an unexpected bonus, we discovered that the folks behind G3B spent 16 years living in Alaska, and we actually have quite a few mutual friends. Small world! Three visits, multiple dishes, and a growing collection of friends we've introduced to the place. That should tell you everything you need to know. Good food, consistently delicious breakfasts, and a menu that keeps us coming back. We'll definitely be returning. Probably sooner than we should. Five stars! Stopped in for brunch recently while passing through the area. A busy place, with high ceilings and a glass front. It was loud with people talking over each other. We were greeted walking in and there was a short line. We were seated within about five minutes at a small table on the wall with a long bench and single chair. A simple menu, with libation offerings and a coffee bar. Our server was kind and professional but spread thin, covering multiple table tops. She was hustling the entire time, and checked on us as best as she could. But it was obvious that they were spread thin on wait staff. After giving the menu a read, I opted for Biscuits with gravy, with three eggs over medium and a side of bacon. Our food arrived within about 15-20 minutes, as ordered. The biscuits and gravy were okay, mine are better. The eggs done again okay, but overcooked a bit. Not really over medium. The bacon was the best part of my meal. Nice thick cut with excellent flavor. It served its purpose, and obviously a very popular spot with locals. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the staff 01274 read more

If you're anywhere near Seneca, a stop at G3B Cafe is a must! We called ahead with a group of 13 and they had everything ready for us when we arrived. They couldn't have been more accommodating, and the staff was genuinely friendly from start to finish. Between all of us, we managed to sample what felt like half the menu: the Southwest Breakfast Burrito, quiche, steak and eggs, shrimp and grits, the Brekkie Sandwich, pancakes, French toast, cookie porridge, and the Carrot Cake Pancake. Let me just say...if you see the Carrot Cake Pancake on the menu, order it. Don't overthink it. It somehow tastes like you're eating dessert for breakfast without being overly sweet, and it completely lived up to the hype. The thick-cut bacon was delicious, the hand-cut fries were amazing, and everything else was just as good. We also enjoyed a variety of coffees, mimosa flights (the G3B mimosa was the group favorite) and a delicious espresso martini. The portions were just right--not the ridiculous "I need a nap immediately" kind, but enough that everyone left happy. The restaurant was spotless, the food came out quickly (which is impressive with 13 people), and every single person in our group enjoyed what they ordered. That's basically a miracle. Love the latest addition to the Rams Cat Alley neighborhood of Seneca. We came for Sunday brunch and enjoyed several breakfast favorites, including mimosas and Bloody Mary's. Service was friendly and attentive. There are so many elevated options for breakfast, this is not your basic breakfast spit. Try their carrot cake pancakes, they're delicious! Visiting family in Seneca and had an excellent brunch here! Very friendly staff and the food was excellent. The carrot cake pancakes were unique and delicious, with REAL maple syrup that was warm! My husband had the biscuit and gravy and the biscuits were the best we had on our trip to the Carolinas. We ordered a side of bacon and it was good quality. BUT I am still dreaming about the Bordertown Benedict. I could eat that everyday. The corn cake, with fresh corn and jalapeno, topped with carnitas, eggs done just right and topped Verde sauce and cojita cheese and with some micro greens. My hash browns were nice and crispy. (I can't stand soggy hash browns!) Perfection! Hope to visit again next time we are in the area. read more

Relatively new residents & it took us a minute to pay G3B a visit. Made it happen this past Sunday morning & couldn't have been more pleased & impressed. Maria, our server, was delightful & helpful; the menu was elevated & the food & coffee were, as they say, ON POINT! Bordertown Benedict was outstanding; cinnamon roll was large, homemade & delicious! We saved half of our entrees & 'desert' to enjoy later. We love a couple other options in Seneca but this might be our new fav! We had heard it was noisy but while pretty full, noise wasn't in issue - cool downtown ambiance! Highly recommend!! read more

We ended up here for a breakfast/brunch this past Saturday. There was a small wait, but considering it was late breakfast time on Saturday it was to be expected. All of the staff was super friendly, and our waitress was the nicest! The coffee was perfect; I love when I can get a latte with my meal, and the cookie butter flavoring was delightful! The loaded home fries are to die for! Soo good and my husband was very impressed with his eggs benedict. Everything we saw come out looked impressive. My only regret was not trying the carrot cake pancake, I saw one came out and had instant regret for not getting it. We will definitely be back when in the area again. read more
