The hubby and I have decided this cafe is one of our favorites. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The ambience is a cozy unhurried space to grab a light bite to eat or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a dessert. Today the hubby and I enjoyed an early afternoon lunch. The hubby had the HAM AND CHEESE MELT with kettle chips, a Diet Coke and the Brown Sugar Banana Cloud (cold drink off the Spring Drinks menu). I had the Lamb GYRO and kettle chips and a CHAI LATTE (still the best I've ever had). I got a Strawberry Matcha Mist to go. Sandwiches were delicious. Lovely little cafe with great coffee drinks. I especially like the Bombay latte with cardamom. If I'm feeling frisky for brunch, I'll order the Irish Cream coffee. For food, I tend to order nachos or a burger. Great portions. The staff is always incredibly friendly and offering consistent service, even if they are packed full of people to serve. read more

Such a hidden gem! Strolled in for breakfast after hearing this place was rated "Best Breakfast in Seneca" and I'm happy I did. Seems like it's almost farm fresh goodness on a somewhat simple menu. The muffins in the counter case looked warm and delicious. My bacon, egg and cheese on everything bagel was so fresh and tasty. It's counter service with lots of seating (plus a few outdoor seating options). I appreciate the option for sparkling water for the non coffee drinker (Splendrift and Topo Chico). I would love to go back for lunch sometime. Definitely worth a second trip next time I'm in the area. read more

This place is amazing! Our daughter is a Clemson graduate assistant on their Athletics Communications team, and many of their teams use 313 for their catering. Apparently, they do a lot of business for breakfast and lunch, but they are fairly new to dinner on the weekends. It was not crowded at all and it should be! We had a PHENOMENAL experience at dinner tonight. We had shrimp tacos, a weekly version of their 313 steak burger, and a chicken dish with their 313 special sauce. I forget what it's called. Anyway, everything was SO good. We enjoyed some great wines and beers and my Old Fashion was delicious. Our sever was amazing and I wish I remember her name. She was really friendly, prompt, and attentive. We chose to sit outside since the weather was nice. Inside, they had live music, an acoustic guitarist/singer who was really good. I wish he had a Venmo account to leave him a tip since we go cashless. I can't believe they didn't have a line out the door. Eat here...you'll be glad you did! read more

If you are from the "Mitten" or the actual 313, the "Coney is legit". The chili taste like National and the hot dog snaps like a Kogel's. They even have a few Faygo and Vernors. WOW! Just left this morning after picking up out running bag. While there we ordered a cinnamon roll and coffee cake. They were dry and stale. I took them to the management and was told "that's how they are, we keep them in the refrigerator". NEVER offered to replace or even a refund! I handed them to her and she walked away. Last time I will support their cafe. She could have offered something! Her response may have well been "to bad" that's our policy! Local restaurants, it seems like the demand is greater than the supply and when you leave unhappy they have 10 more in line waiting. Great breakfast items and pastries! All pastries and biscuits homemade! The coffee was delicious. I tried their two different pre made coffee espresso based drinks: sexy Mexican (espresso, pleasantly spicy chocolate, Southern Oaks milk) and Buzzin beehive (espresso, vanilla, local honey, Southern Oaks milk), could still taste the coffee flavor, but blended really well with the sweet flavors, would be suitable for both the coffee lover and hater. We used them for catering, highly recommend them for a breakfast or brunch style, dinner catering items were good, but in my opinion, the breakfast and the variety/fresh ingredients used were far superior. Wasn't able to see the restaurant, but based off the pictures, looks like a great environment. The food was ok. I had a chicken and quinoa salad which was a little dry. My husband had a gyro also dry. Very little tzatziki sauce at the bottom and a bag of Miss Vickie's chips. Just average not a lot of options on the menu. Not bad and not exciting. read more

Visited 313 in the morning on a Wednesday, and we had high hopes for it. The cafe is clean, airy, and has a nice ambience to it. They have coffee, cocktails, and sweet tea + lemonade. I ordered a Sweet Bombay + Yogurt Parfait and the bf ordered a Hamburger. The yogurt was beautifully prepared, however the strawberries and blueberries were not fresh and they tasted like they were days old. The coffee espresso was very bitter. My boyfriends burger was not fresh at all. The meat tasted like it was microwaved and the cheese was not melted at all. We wish this restaurant would use fresher ingredients and cook to order. It has so much potential and we were so excited for this to be our new favorite restaurant. But sadly this cafe is just like any other cafe, not great at all. Just meh read more

Went for dinner last night and was really impressed. Nice, open clean space. Wasn't super crowded and we were seated right away. The menu isn't huge, but offerings for everyone, including vegetarians. We chose the shrimp tacos and Chicken salad sandwich based on some reviews we read. Both were hits, the chicken salad the clear winner tho. All of their food is seasoned properly! Great portions. This is the perfect spot when you can't decide between great coffee or awesome beer, come here where you can have both! Stopped in here mid-morning on a Monday and it was packed. I was excited to try their coffee options and selected the cubano. It was excellent and I think I will be awake for the day(just what I wanted!). We had the Joe (bagel egg cheese bacon sandwich) and it was nicely baked - sometimes you get a bagel sandwich where the bagel is toasted and too crunchy, or microwaved so it is mushy. This baked bagel sandwich was perfect - right amount of soft and warm. Our friend had the waffles with fruit and it was also tasty. For the three of us, all of our plates were sent back empty as there no bites left! The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is the noise level is LOUD.
