Really cute place & pretty good food. The service was all super friendly... towards the beginning . However towards the end of our meal I got vibes from the staff that they wanted us out. We were the only ones dining and they were messing around with the music (very unprofessional and rude) leaving it off and then switching songs. The second time we tried eating here I was with my newborn baby and after unpacking my car and getting the stroller/diaper bag to the door someone comes out to tell me they were closed... mean while their open sign was lit on and it was around lunchtime on a Saturday. SO WEIRD! I was so hungry and really disappointed. Besides those details, the food was good and it came out pretty quick. Their side salad for $5 is a deal you can't pass up on. Loaded with good fresh vegetables. Hopefully my next visit will be more positive, if I can get in! read more

Oscar comes with this delicious salsa Verde that is literally good on anything. The dirty chai cocktail was absolutely to die for. This is probably the *best restaurant ever* I have ate at in the Clemson/Seneca area. They make everything from scratch, all the ingredients are fresh, and you can tell they really care. Plus in the afternoons they have different musicians come in to play. I love this place. read more

We had a delicious breakfast at 313 Cafe. Interior design contributed to a nice atmosphere with a modern, yet warm design. It was immaculate. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. The bagel breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon was delicious. The egg was fried to perfection and the bacon was nice, thick, and crispy complimented by a nice seeded bagel. The orange juice was fresh squeezed! The latte and coffee was superb. Nice and hot and smooth in flavor. There were many beverage options. I wish we had room to sample the baked goods: coffee cake, scones, muffins, and danish. The coffee was granola were so good, I bought some packages to take home. We will definitely return. read more

The lady at the checkout counter didn't seem like she wanted to be there, but the waiting staff was very friendly. Overall, this was a really good café and I would highly recommend it. Stopped in for lunch while in the area and loved the atmosphere instantly. Easy and laid back. The gentleman that took out order at the counter realized we didn't have our food after about 10 minutes(we were in no hurry) and came over to check on us. There had been a small mix up and he let us know our food would be out shortly. He came back promptly with a warm pastry and an apology. Our food,the Gyro and the quinoa chicken salad, was out just a few minutes later and it was wonderful! Mix ups happen and they went above and beyond to make it right! read more

Yesterday we had the taco Tuesday special which was outstanding. Fish tacos with an avocado sauce, mild peppers even a couple blueberries thrown in - fantastic. The second one was a double shell with pork, some bacon, somewhat spicy sauce and a salsa that had peaches - delicious. Their bowls on taco Tuesday are amazing as well. I would not eat dinner here. Maybe the 4.5 stars are from their coffee and breakfast but definitely not their dinner. Prices are very very high for a place that has bright lights/no ambiance , poor quality meat and poor service. The food and service don't match the place or prices read more

A Restaurant, some think it's A Library What's good & often great: We love the fresh delicious food at 313. Over the past several months we have enjoyed lunch, dinner & take-out many times. A friendly atmosphere with good service, this delightful & friendly place can be busy at times but always offers accommodating dinner table service. What needs improvement: It is clear several regular patrons take full advantage of 313's free wi-fi while camping out at dining tables seemingly justifying their space absorption by sipping on a single beverage, for HOURS. One recent evening a private event consumed all but 4 tables & the bar seating, 3 individual Wifi Campers each occupied a table, while we waited for our dine in meal we observed 3 separate parties come in and leave without the ability to be seated at a table including one handicapped couple that could not be accommodated. Management needs to address this issue which disproportionately favors WiFi Campers at the expense of its wait staff and full meal paying patrons. read more

Quite disappointed. Used to frequent this establishment at least weekly when I lived in area but boy has it changed and not for the good. Perhaps because owners weren't around but service was horrible. Waitress kept making excuses for the waits - there's no reason it should take more than 30" to bring out simple hummus and naan especially when asked about timeframe and told "it will just take a minute or two". Some of the entrees ordered were great and full of flavor but others came missing key items that were specifically listed on the menu. Wish I could remember waitresses' name because she just kept making vague excuses and was clearly unfamiliar with menu when questioned for clarity. Mixed drinks were watered down. On the plus side, the beers on tap were delicious and two of the four desserts selected tasted great. Fun interactions with other patrons but that seemed to annoy some of staff. They should have been glad we were finding ways to amuse ourselves while waiting for food. At one point, I started looking in my bag for a snack. Now come on, that's ridiculous. Maybe I'll give it another chance when back in the area but honestly there are so many other choices in the area that I won't miss it if I don't. Only reason I didn't walk out was that I was with a group that was split about impression. Glad someone else in party paid as I didn't think it was worth half what the bill came to. Harsh, maybe? But again, I was sadly disappointed after such fond previous memories of the place. read more
