The prior week I had butternut squash with a Romesco sauce with 2 additional Sangioveses. They seem willing to accommodate my diet here. The rest of the menu would please any palate with lots of creative non Vegan dishes as well. The menu changes every week as do the wine flights. This place is definitely a local favorite and is worth checking out if you are in or close to the area. The actual wine store has some great difficult to find wines as well. All price ranges. Knowing we were going up to the arts district, I looked for a place to meet them before the circle and saw there was a Celtic Pub. Only that was the spot where the drum circle was. And, to my surprise, it is the same owner as the Fox & Parrot Tavern in Gatlinburg, one of my favorite English pubs (and currently closed do to a feud with the US government - hope that gets fixed). The place is definitely British country feeling. Very nice tap list, including both local brews and standard UK brews. Heavy wood feeling with a very nice deck outside, which includes some spots under cover (which was important as it rained on the circle and people had to duck in). There is nothing elegant about the place or the food. But that is its charm. The fish & chips were on point, esp. with the malt vinegar. Shepherd's Pie a bit salty for my tastes, but not to the salt lick level. Also came with chips. As for the drum circle, if you are reading this in June 2026, that is every Monday at 6-8 PM through the end of the month. I got some great drone footage of the circle, which I added to this review.

My daughter ordered the filet, and it was a true filet cooked perfectly. To top it all off, the prices were incredibly reasonable. We had appetizers, dinner, and several bourbons, and our bill was actually lower than what we paid the night before at another restaurant that wasn't even close in quality or service. Plenty of options, even if you don't eat steak. Amazing sides to accompany each dish and you must start with the bread, which is made in-house. I went with a dish I have not tried before and it did not disappoint, Venison Wellington while my wife tried the trout. I will let the photos do the talking. They also pour an amazing espresso martini by the way and to finish you have to try the chocolate cake, trust me! We did not order food because we had another reservation for dinner, but both the server and the owner made sure to let us know that if we were ordering food for a large group, they have a very small kitchen and it would take a little longer to accomplish everyone. Rebecca, made sure that any questions I asked were answered. She was terrific!  Eric, was so professional and knowledgeable about the variety of wines we sampled for our tasting. He explained everything from the beginning to the end!  This place is definitely a vineyard you should visit. I will say there was not one wine that I did not enjoy! I absolutely enjoyed every pour.  Their wines are remarkable choices that would be great for a dinner party or holiday gathering.
