Our son sits in the back seat. CAN'T PUT THE WINDOW DOWN! Doesn't work. Because they not only didn't connect it the just stuck it back in! This place owes us money back!!! We were hit by an uninsured driver. An older lady who accidentally let her Insurance laps. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to fix the car. Took 4 days. RED FLAG! This shop is so used to ripping of insurance companies when you come in they provide and estimate and DO NOT DO THE WORK YOU PAID CASH FOR! An uninsured motorist hit my husband.She agreed to pay us. Estimate was with cost of removing the bumper and headlights front and back paint fade to match doors. JOKE! THEY NEVER PAINTED PAST THE DOORS. HUGE MISSED AREA. HUGE! Front or back never used paint or clear coat but charged us for it. Found the small scratches on the car front and back before we took it in. Small but we know they were there and a paint chip. Right by the door. Its still there! Had they painted and buffed and clear coated it wouldn't be there. Took it back they took off a major area they missed but up front same scratches that had where they"Faded the paint and buffed would not still be there. Scratches that were not caused by the accident but we knew were there. THEY ARE STILL THERE ON THE FRONT PANEL BY THE DOOR! THEY NEVER removed the bumper or headlight in the front. Same in the back. They charged for it. They charged HUNDREDS to remove bumpers and lights never touched. Paint and time never used. Estimated buffing the Wheel the older lady hit. Didn't do that either. Trim they took off coming off the car. This fix should have cost half. Didn't paint or buff past the doors. Charged! Didn't remove lights or bumpers. Charged ! Didn't Buff Wheel. Charged Trim coming off. Stop ripping people off.

They were very easy to work with, and completed the inspection very quickly. It was extremely thorough, including a road test, tire/brake/rotor checks, transmission fluids, etc. Josh also took pictures of any issues with the car and quoted prices on a repairs, which I was able to use at a bargaining tool. The price of the inspection was on the high side ($275 including tax) which is about $125 more than the national inspection companies but it was a much more thorough inspection. Wouldn't hesitate to use Layland Motors again and highly recommend their service.

My life circumstances has required me to cut my life's expenses. I arrived at the dealership and I thought it was odd that they wanted to look at my trade first before I even looked at the vehicle I was there to see. The sales manager came out, introduced himself (wish I could remember his name) took my keys, went and inspected my vehicle, came back without a word and dropped my keys back on the salesman desk I was sitting at. The salesman provided me with a CarFax report and stated their service center had inspected and serviced the vehicle. The salesman then said he would pull the vehicle I was looking at up to the front of the building. I could see him going back and forth, just wandering, first saying he couldn't find the keys, then he comes over and said it was out of gas and he needed to go put gas in it. When he comes back , he's at the front counter, back turned, talking to someone at the front desk. I had an uncomfortable feeling. He finally returned and said, ok I have it pulled up out front. I get into the vehicles drivers seat. I turn the vehicle on. EVERY Dash-light and warning sign is on. Brake, transmission, sensors , abs, steering. I say , all the lights are on and they're staying on. The car, sputters, brakes soft, steering is difficult. We take the car for a test drive, get back to the dealership. I start testing the A/C Not working! We get out, he tells me, his service department will take care of the issues. He Is not interested in showing me the vehicle, doesn't open hood, backseat or show me any of the features. Opens up the back lift gate to show me it has weather tech mats . I look, every wheel is chewed up and cracked. He comments something to the effect that they gave me compensation towards my trade for the condition of the wheels or something to that nature. We walk back in and sit down back at the salesman's desk. He pulls out the appraisal of my car ( from the sales manager). Indicates that it's from the Kelly Blue Book values. My car is a BMW 7 years NEWER than the Cadillac I was looking at, 50.000.00 LESS miles in great condition (NO DASH or WARNING lights on. Their offer was $4500 more than their HOOPTY ! Keeping in mind they were saying it's based on Kelly Blue Book value. I have provided the same day Kelly Blue Book instant offer from the same day! $ 2575.00 higher . Basically robbery, of my car and double dipping . I went to a Cadillac dealership expecting an experience that would warrant a reputable dealership, I instead got the POT-LOT experience. I wouldn't buy a lawnmower here.

All Makes and Models is truly a rare experience for an Auto Maintenance Shop, and after my first…read moreexperience, they have won my business hands down. We were recommended by a friend, I decided to give them a try, and found that they exceeded expectations all around What I discovered about them is that they don't charge you to look at your car and give you an initial evaluation like most auto shops which could be $100-200 just to even look at your car. The recommendations that came back from my repair was on the high end in the worst case scenario, and that was absolutely on par with the dealership's service departments. However, they recommended the repair plan to start with the simple repairs and if that doesn't work go on to the further so overall my bill was much less than going to a branded Repair Shop. The repair ended up working right off the bat, at a much lower cost, and they treated me like I was a person. They spoke to me like I was a normal human being who didn't really know much about car maintenance and I greatly appreciate them talking to me at my level. Looking at the cars that were in there repair lot, it ranged anything from really old classical cars to really high end sports cars, and then every normal car in between. They clearly have a skill set that is suitable for All Makes and Models (dad pun). I can't recommend them enough, they're practical, down to earth, and they work with you to meet you at your level. If you ever need a repair the only thing they really don't do is body work I would absolutely check this place out.
