I called at 12:50 and left a message for a call back, by 4:30 I had not received a call and I wanted to get them before they closed, so I called again. Made an appointment on Wednesday for the following Monday with Tom, service manager, for the mobile unit to come out to complete the recall. I am told I will get a call if they are running late. I received texts and emails saying my appointment date and time. My appointment time comes and goes. No call, no mobile unit. I call the service department, my appointment is not on the mobile units schedule. From what everyone I spoke to within the dealership is telling me, this happens quite a bit. They say they can come out an hour after my appointment time. When asked if this is going to happen the next time I make an appointment with them, Tom offered no solutions or assurances that this would not happen in the future but did not want to lose my business. All he could say was he made a mistake and asked if I have ever made one. I said I had but I also worked out ways to avoid that mistake in the future. How can I trust a dealership that cannot communicate within themselves and follow through on what they are telling their customers with just an appointment date and time? So in order to correct my mistake of choosing Liberty, I will correct it by going somewhere else.

The vehicle was a pearl white color, hard to match. They fixed the dent and matched the paint so that you couldn't tell anything had ever happened. Recently I was in an accident with an uninsured driver. I had just gotten another vehicle three weeks before. I had to file the claim with my insurer. What a time to find out how terrible their claims department was, which will be another review about them when the claim is done. The adjustor was so rude, as if I had caused the accident. I had received a concussion and was so distraught over the treatment I received. Leah at Waikem was such a help. She kept me updated along the way and helped get the claim going to get my vehicle fixed. We just can't say enough about her. The car looks spectacular and runs as good as new. We will definitely use them again.
