It's honestly really easy to tell whether or not the tongue is done well because it's either tender and delicious with a slight bounce, or it's excessively chewy and bland, and I'm glad to say that this is the former. Everything else is just baseline good quality, from the wrap to the rice and beans and all the fixings inside as well. While definitely not the biggest burrito I've ever had, it's a pretty good size overall so I can't really complain.

Even when the second cashier asked if I still wanted the order, I told them absolutely not. Having already wasted 30 minutes while everyone else was served, I wasn't about to wait any longer for nachos. I told them to void the transaction and refund my money immediately. ​I won't be returning. A simple, basic order shouldn't be this difficult to manage.

I had two smoked lamb tacos for $17. Yes, they didn't fill me up. However, this isn't a taco cart where they throw the meat onto a flat grill and serve it. These are "premium", if you will, tacos, with smoked meat which is tedious to make and takes time. The regular house tacos are 2 for $9, and considering that taco trucks charge $2 per taco for non kosher, $4.50 for a taco that has bbq brisket isn't "outrageous". Delicious and well made food. I've been struggling to find a good quesadilla in the area. I decided to give them another shot tonight and try their bistec burrito. The burrito itself falls slightly under my expectations partly due to the use of white rice and black beans. It claims they are Tex-Mex, but that would require refried pinto beans and Mexican rice. Regardless, the burrito is good. I like how on the menu it says it comes with fries. They are the good type of French fries. They also didn't salt them, which I liked! I also love how happy the guys are that work the food truck. They are nice and speak both English and Spanish, which creates an inviting environment for everyone.
