The service was great and I did not wait long for my food. There is a section of tables right across from it so you can actual sit an enjoy. This was my first time so I tried 3 taco deal. It came with a side and drink I got quacamole and chips. Unfortunately, I was slightly disappointed in the flavors. They came out looking really good the presentation was good. Shrimp taco was u seasoned like they just u thawed the shrimp and added the toppings. The chorizo was very mealy like super dry I couldn't eat that one. The spiced pork was just ok like add a little salt or something. The toppings were fresh.

Can't wait to come back! The service was very quick, and you really get a good bang for your buck. My boyfriend and I got the full size birria pizza which is definitely enough for 2, we even got a second meal out of it! Very flavorful, meat and cheese blends together very well, and when dipped in the consume with lime, woooo! Highly recommend

Chipotle chicken quesadilla and mandarin Jarritos

I came here for lunch on a Sunday with a friend. There's a lot of options in the IC Food Hall but this place was at the end of it so definitely not as popular. I ordered a chipotle chicken quesadilla and a mandarin Jarritos drink. My friend ordered the nachos. The nachos was a large portion and had a lot of toppings. The chipotle chicken quesadilla was toasted well but did not have much cheese or chicken. I liked the salsas, one was spicy and other was mild. The nachos seemed like a better deal. Would I come back? I feel like there's better options in the food hall.

The food is amazing & the guava drink was so good. There isn't many people & they give your food fast.

Been wanting to try out the different vendors in industry city. Ordered the Combo $21 - Any 3 tacos+1 drink, and any side. Decided to go with the Fish taco, Al pastor taco, Steak taco, Grapefruit Jarritos, and a side of gauc. The fish taco was my favorite. The other two meat tacos were OK, felt like the meat was a bit rough and the flavoring was alright. The chips were great but it was a REALLY small side of gauc. Personally, I felt that this combo wasn't too filling and would be more like an appetizer or snack. Might try out their other items next time.

Got takeout from here and it was a great deal -- the birria pizza is a fantastic deal. They give plenty of stew to dip in and the pizza itself is delicious and more than large enough to serve two. The stew itself wasn't overly salty so it actually served as a nice thing to sip alongside everything else. They also provided a good assortment of hot sauce and plenty of limes! The esquites were also very delicious, but I do wish the portion size was a bit bigger as I don't think it matched the price. I would recommend the pizza if you're in the mood for a more unique entree and are hungry! Great taste, flavor, and portions. Thanks, Taco Mix!

Stopped in for a quick bite during shopping at IC. This is the first time I've actually dined at a restaurant in IC. They do have a nice selection of " street food" tacos. They also have Tortas which sounds delicious and weekly specials. I just chose a simple taco where protein like chicken, pork, etc can be added. The grilled chicken taco was tasty with onions, cilantro, cucumber, radish and served with a side spicy green sauce. The taco was tasty but the cucumber should be diced. It does come with 2 pieces of taco wrap. The grapefruit jarrito was refreshing. Courteous service and cool Latin music. I was surprised my small order was packed in a big brown paper bag.. seems a bit wasteful. There are long communal tables to dine at and you can eat safely( social distancing).

We came here to try the birria pizza and it was delish! It didn't take too long to make either. We waited maybe 8 minutes for the pizza come out. The actual place doesn't have too much seating in front but there are general seating areas around that you can eat at. The pizza was piping hot and the cheese was melted. They definitely load up with cheese and meat but it didn't feel disproportionate to each other. They are generous with the broth and it was very tasty. I definitely would go back to try more of their menu and get another birria pizza.

The ambiance is cool. Takeout only but there is ample seating areas to sit down and eat in Industry City. Music was great, I was doing a little two step while waiting for my order. No problems with my order, everything was great. Food presentation was wonderful. I'll definitely stop by again.

Tried the birria pizza and it is not really pizza. It is more like a large birria quesadilla ("pizza crust" is tortilla). It was large in size and had tons of birria meat & toppings. It got soggy quickly, but it was quite tasty esp with the cheese in it. I don't know if I would reorder this, but I will stick to reordering the birria cheese tacos! YUM!

I really wanted to love this place but it wasn't for me. The Decor at this place is amazing and great for taking pictures but I'm afraid the dishes I tried did not taste good. The steak tacos had a stench that I could not make out. I need up forcing myself way through one just to get a feel of it. In my opinion, it tasted like nothing, pretty bland in my opinion so I had to down it in sauce but I still couldn't get past the smell so I ended up throwing it away. Esquites have become one of my favorite Mexican sides but this one did not do it for me. The corn had no taste and felt like it was sitting in microwaved water all day. The best part of my meal was the drink

Taco shop in the food hall of industry city. They have a special everyday of the week and it happen to be tostada day. We got the shrimp tostada which was good, but I would def recommend the birria con quest tacos and the Pina colada slushy. The birria tacos were so good and this was the first time I saw it with cheese. The meat was moist and tender, the tortilla crunchy and soft at the same time.

This is not the same as the Harlem spot... same name, different taco. The beauty and simplicity of the original pastor taco is bastardized. No spit of pork spinning and blasting itself in pineapple.. just a regular taco. The name taco mix implies some very big shoes to fill... alas the soul does not fit in these tortillas.

I went on a Friday evening around 9:30pm. It was still fairly busy inside, but it was mostly people grabbing to-go orders. After ordering I snagged a spot at the counter. There's extremely limited seating, so I wouldn't bank on eating at the restaurant when it's busy. Be prepared to take your food to go. I got the Nene's Deluxe, which comes with a taco, a mulita, and an empanada - all with Birria of course. It was all delicious. The mulita was at the bottom of the box and got completely soaked with Birria. It was extremely messy to eat. Get plenty of napkins. I also got a side of fries and nacho cheese, because it was a long week and I deserved it. They had a seasonal strawberry horchata as well. This was okay. I also think I might just not love horchata in general. This meal definitely hit the spot. The Birria and consommé were top notch. I would return in a heartbeat.

I tried something different than my usual and went with the Adobada Tacos (Pork Al Pastor). The meat itself was spicy and a little rough, which leads me to believe it was maybe old meat. Instead of cubed, the pineapple was shredded which offered a nice touch. Unfortunately the actual taco got soggy by the time I ate it so I just picked out the meats and pineapple. There is plenty of avocado green sauce placed on top, which moving forward, I will request to be on the side to prevent the taco from getting soggy. Overall I probably should just stick to what I know/like so I'm willing to give this location another shot!

Our reservation was for 8:30pm, but we arrived early and Alejandra, the hostess, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Even though she was ready to seat us, we decided to hang at the bar until the rest of our party arrived and that was the perfect move. Alkarys behind the bar was top-tier. She recommended the Siempre Reposado, and let me tell you... smooth, clean, dangerously good. If you're into tequila, that's a must. Now let's talk about the food. We ordered the quesadilla, rajas, tamales, tacos, and the queso fundido and every single dish hit. The queso fundido came out bubbling, rich, perfectly melted with that pull you want when you scoop it up. The tamales were moist and packed with flavor, wrapped beautifully and clearly made with care. The rajas had that perfect balance of roasted pepper sweetness and savory depth. The tacos? Authentic, well-seasoned, and layered with flavor, no shortcuts. Even the quesadilla stood out, crispy on the outside with that perfectly melted interior. Everything felt traditional, elevated but still true to its roots. You can taste the authenticity. Service was attentive without being overbearing, the ambiance was super casual and laid back, the kind of Brooklyn spot you pull up to for a real dinner experience, not just a quick bite. Highly recommend this place if you're out and about in Brooklyn. Definitely coming back for the tequila, the queso fundido, and round two of those tacos. I'm gonna try eating at the bar to check out the spot in the front of the house.
