Came here for the first time for brunch. Ordered the Benny waffle, which is eggs benedict on waffles. 2 poached eggs- 1 each on a corner of a waffle, on top of sliced ham, and waffle. Hollandaise sauce with some lump crab meat on the side. Friend ordered the gravy waffle and a side of eggs and sausage links. What's Hot - Quality. Yummers! The poached eggs on my Benny were poached very well. Soft and runny. The crab meat was flavorful. The sausages have a hint of sweetness, which is unique! When we asked the waiter what gave the sausage its sweetness, he said cranberries. Not bad, huh? Our waffles were nice and soft. You can tell they were freshly made. A hint of sweetness, but not overpowering, especially because the waffles are combined with something else. - Menu variety. There's sweet and savory. There's vegetarian options. Sausage links, salad options, bacon, eggs, etc... Something for everyone. - Service. Busy, but friendly. - Can sign up for wait list on Yelp. Based on the other Yelp reviews, I signed in early on their wait list on the Yelp app. Nifty feature, because my wait was estimated around 10 mins, which isn't so bad. They can text you when they're ready. It appears their wait isn't so bad if you go earlier. We arrived a little before 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Everyone had a seat. I saw a few tables open and there was no wait line. My point? Be aware of the day and time you go. - Location. It's in downtown Beaver, which is a nice and convenient location. There's other shops and restaurants around. Even if you do end up waiting, it looks like there are other places to amuse you. What's Not - Price. My Benny was $12 with no sides. You're paying for quality, not portions. That's not a bad thing, but be aware that your money doesn't stretch far. - Portions. Small and somewhat sufficient. It depends on how hungry you are when you go. My point is that if you arrive hungry, 1 order may not be enough for you. Their orders don't come with sides, which sucks. I arrived hungry and was somewhat satisfied with my Benny. Final Answer Would come back, but definitely early to avoid the wait. read more

I didn't like her drink that was a pair martini but I'm not fond of pairs. She said it was awesome tho so if that's your thing it's worth a try I guess. My mimosas was great! Waffles INC always provides a different spin on food classics and uses fresh ingredients. I tend to gravitate to the savory plates. Late day dining sometimes limits the ingredient options - which can be a bit disappointing. Portions are a good size. Seating fills up quickly in the morning and brunch time. Table service is ok but I think at the time of my last visit they were short staffed. On- street parking so you may have a short walk. read more

Went here on my lunch break today. Great food and service. I had the chicken and waffles (obvi) and it was delicious. You can choose any of their homemade syrups as well. I barely ate half of this! Don't be deceived by the name either. Although, there is a portion of their menu devoted to waffles, they also have omelets and crepes. The coffee was good but I did notice they offer alcoholic options as well if you need one in the middle of the day or to start your morning. We had no wait at noon during the week. Review update: my family I went here for a really late lunch early dinner. Positives this visit were that the restaurant was empty so there was no wait. We had a super friendly and prompt server and because we were the only patrons there wasn't high noise levels. However, the taste of the food wasn't as amazing as it was my last visit. I ordered a side of bacon and it was beyond cooked, it had a grayish color it was so unappetizing looking. My husband ordered the special Key Lime Crepes and it was beautiful but the amount of strawberries and Strawberry syrup overpowered the very lightly flavored Key Lime. I had the banana foster waffle and I could tell the banana was a non-ripe banana, which I dislike. It lacked the banana flavor that I wanted to taste. They offer a different menu than the breakfast menu we went for breakfast items, but if you aren't in the mood other non breakfast menu items are available. read more

Fantastic waffles and breakfast spot in Beaver! We came here for brunch at the recommendation of our friends who moved to Beaver. It's a small space but they take reservations on OpenTable which is a plus. We were greeted and seated immediately. Like their namesake they focus on waffles. They have classic sourdough waffles as well as specialty waffles, both sweet and savory. If you're not in a waffle mood, they have other breakfast options including omelets and french toast. My husband ordered waffles with sausage gravy. I ordered the breakfast magic which is a waffle stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese and topped with a fried egg. I added sliced avocado- pro tip. The waffles take a few minutes to make but they are absolutely worth it! The waffles are fluffy and made well. The portions were bigger than I expected and are quite filling. My husband and I feel like this place has progressively gone downhill since our first experience. We had a 20 minute wait, but to us, that's not that big of a deal, just mentioning it in case, if you're looking to get in and out of somewhere quickly, this may not be the place for you. I ordered a Bellini, and it was rather disappointing. It had an odd flavor to it, and typically when I've ordered these in the past at other locations, it comes with some sort of fruit garnish. My husband ordered a Greek omelette and a side of fruit. He kind of shrugged his shoulders and said it was just ok. I ordered chicken and waffles. I had requested that the chicken not have the maple glaze because for me, with syrup is a bit too much sweetness. The server said no problem and then my dish arrived. The waffle looked like it was made and then set under something covered, it was very soft (typically they have some hardness to hold up the chicken!) they used chicken tenders which were just sad. The bourbon maple syrup is good, but it's a little watery for my liking. It may have worked better if the waffles consistency was a little firmer. I really wanted to fall in love with this place, but instead, I'm left wondering what could have been. Here's the short version: good food, unremarkable coffee, and poor service. Here's the more detailed version: my wife and I were in the area and wanted a local breakfast, so we gave this place a try. Even at 11 am on a Friday, the place was still packed with the breakfast crowd. We got one of the few open tables, and were quickly struck by just how loud the place was. The high ceilings turn the small restaurant into an echo chamber, and I found that I couldn't have a conversation with my wife sitting across a small table from me without raising my voice to a pitch I'd be uncomfortable with elsewhere. Our server took her time getting to us, which was a sign of things to come. Along with menus, we were presented with a small card that warned us that on weekends the wait for a table could be up to an hour so in the future we should consider the no wait app. Good tip. The card went on to advise that when they are busy food wait times will be extensive because they make every item from scratch. While I'm appreciative that the food isn't just reheated product from the food service company, I feel like guilting me into accepting a long wait for my food just because it's made to order is in bad taste (pun not intended, but appropriate none the less.) After a bit, our server returned to take our order. I went with a western omelette, home fries, and coffee. My wife did the vegetarian omelette, home fries, and we agreed to split a waffle. Eventually, our server returned with my coffee. Apparently, it's from a local roaster. Also, apparently, they're not very interested in you getting to drink very much of it because it's served in the smallest restaurant coffee mug I've ever been served. While larger than an espresso cup, this mug probably only held 6 oz. Now, I wouldn't make this such an issue if our server left me a hoddle of coffee, or made a point to keep the mug filled, but in the end I only earned one refill from our server. The coffee itself was rather bland, lacking the character of the the rest of the items on the menu. Eventually, our food arrived, after my wife and I basically stared at each other for fifteen minutes because we couldn't talk to each other without shouting or repeating ourselves twice because of the noise. The western omelette was good, albeit a little over seasoned, but the star of the plate was the home fries. Cut multi color potatoes: red, and Peruvian, sweet potatoes and peppers. Tasty indeed. My wife liked her vegetarian omelette, and we both enjoyed the classic waffle we split. It was soft and fluffy with a slight malty note. The house syrup is served in a liquor bottle with a speed pourer. It is as thin as water, not thick like syrup, but the maple flavoring is there so I won't object to its consistency. Our server only checked on us once, and by the time she stopped by I had already finished my coffee and had to drink my wife's water with my meal. She offered a refill, which I accepted, but by then it wasn't really necessary as I was finished eating. We then proceeded to wait at least fifteen more minutes for her to return to check in again and offer my wife a box for her leftovers and to bring the bill. Meanwhile, to our right, a young couple who had arrived about ten minutes after us was just about to leave, as they had had a different server who had their orders in, out and checked on them multiple times throughout the meal. So, perhaps the service isn't all bad. I've honestly spent the last few days debating how many stars to attach to this review, wavering between 2 and 3. The loud atmosphere, poor service, and condescending note about extended food wait times because their food is so good really rubbed me the wrong way. That called for a two star rating, as the prices don't really mitigate that amount of aggravation. However, the food IS good. Which does deserve credit and mention, earning another star. While I won't be back, perhaps your experience will be better if you visit when the restaurant is quieter and near empty, have a competent server, and temper your expectations about the coffee. read more

Great place in downtown beaver. I got the chicken and waffles. The fried chicken, 5 tenders,is great as it's tossed in what I think was a syrup mixture which added a nice sweet and savory taste. Diner quality food at steakhouse prices! To be honest, the food was pretty good. My wife and son each got a waffle and a drink, and I had one of the French toast dishes and a drink. We also got a side of toast and two sides of bacon. Almost $50! I could have taken my family to Texas Roadhouse for that much! And these were just waffles and a bit of fruit! Well, the number one thing that went well the server his name ..."Travis". Travis suggested items, came by my table a few times to make sure that things were OK and I got a coffee to go. I am visiting from California, so I am always unsure of how I will be treated in Beaver Pennsylvania. I have visited a few times because my daughter attends the University of Pittsburgh. I have never encountered an unfriendly person! Travis has is loaded with tattoos, but he is also loaded with the biggest smile and great customer service. The food was excellent by the way! I have the chicken and waffles. The only thing missing...because I was born in the south... barbecue sauce! Travis even apologize for not having barbecue sauce available but maybe one day they will, it is a great place to visit. It sits right on a storybook Boulevard in the beautiful town on Beaver, PA. Visited today while randomly in Beaver PA. I hate the parking down there so we parked on the street by 1st Presby. It was pretty busy but we were seated right away. I ordered the chicken and waffles (it was loaded with walnuts) and a side the colorful potatoes! Everything came out in a reasonable time, nice and hot! Didn't have much interaction with the waitress, she seemed friendly. I'd recommend this place for a quick sit down meal. read more

Breakfast was amazing this morning at Waffles Incaffeinated. The reason we did not give a 5 was because of wait and service. We looked on No Wait to check in but for 45 minutes to getting to our parking spot there was no wait but when we got there we had to wait about 25 minutes. They do not have a waiting area, so we had to wait outside in the cold 35 degrees. Our actual breakfast was snack good. I got the BLT sandwich with no spinach, and it was amazing. The tomatoes and avocados were so fresh. My husband got the Breakfast Magic, and agreed...it was pure magic.
