Yum, wonderful tasting waffles which are freshly cooked on the premises. From savory to sweet, you have your choice. I tried the adaptation of Eggs Benedict. And because of my allergies to crabmeat, it was omitted as per my request. The coffee is excellent! As was the service by my waitress. Be warned, however, that this restaurant is so popular that you can experience long waits on the weekends: and starting on Fridays. Very friendly atmosphere. And highly recommended! read more

We decided on a whim to go to breakfast in Beaver. What a treat! My husband ordered the Breakfast Magic which he said was fantastic. Since I am following a Keto lifestyle, I was concerned that I wouldn't find anything to eat. But much to my delighted surprise, I ordered the Mushroom Chèvre omelette. Don't visit this place for the atmosphere or you will be extremely disappointed and even disgusted with its bright purple walls and questionable decor. However, if you are looking for the most decadent waffles in town (or possibly the world) look no further. Their waffles are like works of art and not only look beautiful, but send your taste buds into a state of pure ecstasy. As someone who normally doesn't even like waffles, I find myself craving these waffles on a regular basis. Their home fries are also a personal favorite of mine. I would give it a 4.5 if I could only because the two times I've been there the waitress spills coffee everywhere but I can't hold the whole place accountable for that and goddamn the food makes up for it. It is like breakfast heaven in this place. And the coffee is by far the best coffee I've ever tasted. I drank 5 cups just to get my money's worth but it's amazing. Excellent food worth the wait. If only they had more room. If you go be prepared to have a long wait. They have very little room for those who want to wait and the accommodations for a family with children are good. This restaurant is kind of small, so I could see the wait being long during peak hours, but I went during the week right when they opened and was seated immediately #win Just as the name indicates, waffles are the star on the menu. There is a huge list of options for add-ins and toppings. They even have a half Waffle option ($4), which made me extremely happy. I ordered an Egg white omelet with spinach, cheese & chicken. I asked for just a little chicken but ended up with so much chicken that I didn't really see or taste egg. I'm sure some people would love that. The chicken had great flavor, it was just too much for my omelet. I also got the half Waffle and used both the maple bourbon syrup and regular maple syrup. Was here years ago when they opened and it was good. We went for breakfast this past Monday and I had the Monday special. Partner had the ham crepes. First, our food was cold. My waffle was tasty was lukewarm. I am guessing the waffle was made then the scrambled egg which was put on top. There was some cheese on the egg and waffle that didn't melt in the slightest way. Steve's said the ham in his crepes were cold and it all didn't taste good. Crepes were thinner waffles not real crepes. The regular black coffee was just plain awful. My friend and I went and she had ordered a make your own waffle and then she got two sides. She never received her sides, then asked for them and they still didn't come till we were ready to leave. Not the best service, it was busy but with how tiny the place is it could have been better. My husband and I were traveling through town and decided to stop here based on the previous yelp reviews, and we are so glad we did! I got the Breakfast Magic and preferred the spicy sour cream (not too spicy). Great seasonings and combinations that all kind of compliment one another. I also had a peppermint latte that was delicious! It was so smooth and the coffee had no bitter aftertaste. The syrup was so good that we left with a few extra jars as gifts. My husband and I used to go there all the time until now. We aren't satisfied to their "slowest" service. We waited for food about 20 to 30 minutes which it not normal. Last year, it was fast to get the food which it's more fresh and hot! This time, it is lukewarm and soggy. We paid the bill, no tips. I wrote on their merchant receipt, "service need to speed up". I'm sorry to the lady who look alike Super Nanny, she don't do her job on time to serve our food. We aren't sure to come back again but going to another location. We went down to Beaver because we had a friend want us to go to this church around there. Afterwards we were hungry and saw this poppin' place. We walked inside and the smells of Breakfast surrounded the room. We got a seat and the service was excellent. I ordered the chorizo waffle. . Honestly I couldn't really taste the Chorizo as much but it was still good. What was a big hit was the Chicken and Waffles my Girlfriend got. Delicious. As for the coffee. I guess I was expecting alittle more. As far as I remember the coffee just reminded me of " The best part of waking up is with Flogers in your cup." Anyways. I want to like this place so bad!!! I've been to their Old location in New Brighton, the south side location and recently to the Beaver. The only good service and food was in New Brighton. The waitress in South side yelled at me to take the plate because it was too hot for her to hold. Yelled at me to take a hot plate from her. Yelled! The service, I say service because we had 2 waitresses, argued with me that my waffle was made correctly which it was not. When I got my replacement waffle it had one piece of chicken in it. Ya know what, I really don't need to eat your spite waffles ever again. And while I'm here writing this what's up with the salty ice water? Never had a truly good meal here, let alone an awesome one. Service is slow, food is lukewarm, and the flavors just don't work together. Whoever decided to serve BEER with breakfast food needs a new job. Beer was flat and either tasteless or too hoppy to enjoy. The sausage gravy was obviously canned, and soo salty as to be inedible. I had to scrape it off, and then was still almost sick. Not to mention that for waffles and a side, the price is ridiculous. If you wonder why the prices aren't listed on the website, now you know! The potato's are amazing with onions and peppers, and seasoned just right. I use to go to the New Brighton location. We got here on a weekday so we were able to get seated quickly! I ordered the Benny with crab- no ham and it was spectacular. Such light fluffy waffles with creamy eggs and a tasty velvety hollandaise sauce. I have been to other Waffles Inc locations and their food has always fresh and tasty. I suppose consistency is key because I visited their Beaver location this past weekend and it was a treat. The whole concept of this place is great. Putting the "toppings" inside of their waffles really puts them over the top in the tasty department!! And, I get it that it is WAFFLES INCaffeinated, but what breakfast restaurant does not offer pancakes? If you want pancakes you won't find them here. I asked for peppers & onions in my home fries and my waitress said ok but I didn't get any. This place was a one & done for me.
