I normally really like Waffle House, but tonight, man what a let down. Myself and 3 friends went in around 1115pm. There were 4-5 people working and they weren't busy AT ALL. I wanted cheese and jalapeños on my hash browns. Why did they bring out my hash brown with a poorly melted single piece of sliced cheese on it and jalapeños underneath the hash brown. It was weird, I was like no I need you to melt something like 3 more pieces of cheese on this hash brown to cover it. So even after that the hash brown was weirdly cold, cheese poorly melted, and just bad. I was so disappointed! If I wasn't hungry and a fat kid I would have left! The waitress we had was really nice, but I'll never eat at this particular Waffle House again. read more

It's dirty asl and nobody wears hair nets . I've had hair in my food before. Floors be dirty and tables half cleaned . They wipe tables but don't sweep the food off the ground under the tables. We recieved our bacon 15 min before actual food arrived it was either you ate it warm or waited till your food arrived and ate it cold? Waitress forgot about our drinks so we got with our bacon.. Love Waffle House but this one needs a staff willing to clean. Stopped at this location with my fiance for a late night waffle fix. Was quiet and there was only a couple of other people in there aswell as us. They greeted us once we entered but as we looked around to find a place to sit..there was no clean table, had to wipe it down ourselves hmmm....there was 3 people working this nice, the cook...the waitress, and some other guy that liked to walk around and chat with the other 2 employees.. Wish he could of washed some tables... In March of 1989 a buddy and I traveled from Tulsa to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Key West for spring break. Being young and adventurous we planned our route there and back based on where there was a Waffle House along the way. We dined twice a day to the sounds of coffee cup's clinking and the cadence of scattered, covered, and smothered! Many memories were made on that trip as well as many life lessons. Now decades later each time I walk into a Waffle House those memories come flooding back. I also know that regardless to where I am I know I can expect a clean store, hot coffee, and flavorful food served hot and fast by a friendly face at any Waffle House. This Waffle House is no exception, fast friendly service and good food made just the way I like and remember! It's nice that something things remain constant and dependable . read more

Growing up in Tulsa, Waffle House conjures special memories of bringing my drunk friends here to sober up before getting them safely home. We don't have WH in Seattle, and I do miss them. You ask for it, their great short-order cooks bat it out and before you know it, you've been fed and are on your way. Sometimes, like any place, they may have an off day. First let me start by saying I really like the Waffle House franchise but this location in particular is a hit or miss when it comes to the food. Its either great on one day, undercooked the next or too overcooked. Today was miss so much so I puked everything up I ate the texture was soggy on the raisin bread my over medium eggs were not cooked correctly the sausage was still red in the middle. We alerted management who didn't even come over to see what the issue was so we paid and just. I will not be returning to this location. The staff is too loud and shares their personal life and they also have poor customer service. Don't go here for anything. Just gross establishment. read more

the one on 11th Garnett had cold biscuits &Gravy. When I said this to the gal when I paid a few miutes later, she said why didn't I tell her so she wouldn't have added it on! This is the best Waffle House I have ever been in. Customer satisfaction was top priority for the manager on duty. Food was above average.

This is the first time that I've taken my family to this particular Waffle House, and lets just say that it will be the last. First of all, we all ordered water, and didn't get them until about 20 minutes later when my wife asked for them. As for the food, my son ordered a ham and cheese omelet and we both ordered a double order of waffles. The omelet looked really good. He had about 4 pieces of viewable ham on the end closest to him, so he started on that end. Unfortunately for him, that was the only ham, so after 2 bites, he was eating a cheese omelet. Needless to say, he was not happy. Lets talk about the bacon. The bacon was so thin that it looked like microwavable bacon. It literally disintegrated the minute you put it in your mouth. I ordered a large bacon, and when it was delivered, I was told there was only a regular bacon, even though I was looking directly at the menu showing a large bacon with 5 pieces of bacon. My daughter got an All-Star breakfast, and didn't get her bacon until we had already paid and were about to walk out the door. She literally took her bacon to go. Unacceptable!! Now lets get to the waffles. The first problem is that it took about 20 minutes to get the first set of waffles. They looked so bad that my son "volunteered" to let me have the first set and he would wait. They were super thin, dark brown, and crispy. Seemed like they didn't use nearly enough batter to make them. I had to double up the butter to try to soften them up before I ate them. When I cut them, they just crumbled, leading to a lot of laughter from my family because they knew I was not happy with what I was paying for. Luckily, I had some hot syrup that I could double up on to try to soften up the waffles. Needless to say, it was not a good experience. But it only gets better, 10 minutes later when the 2nd set of waffles comes out, they are just as bad if not worse. The bottom waffle looked like it was torn apart when they took it off the griddle. They figured they would hide it on the bottom I guess. Just like mine, they were super thin and crunchy as hell. The only positive of the day is that I got to laugh at my son like he did me. Bottom line, this waffle house has terrible service, and the food was bad. If you can' t cook waffles and bacon, don't call yourself a waffle house. If you are low on ham, tell us that, and we won't order a ham and cheese omelet. read more

Never coming back to this location. My girlfriend and I walked into a crazy house! No manager was seen. No organization between coworkers. When we got our table we had to wipe food off. There was a girl calling out orders who sneezed into her hands and only rinsed her hands off with water no soap. I've been coming to this Waffle House since I moved to Tulsa in 2001. My mother and I came here every week until she passed away in 2008 and I recently decided I would resurect the tradition of weekly breakfast, even if just for myself, late last year.
