" are y'all waiting on a table or do you wanna order a drink?" we responded " we would like to sit here and eat and watch the game" she asked a few more questions back-and-forth, which came off a bit, passive aggressive, giving us the impression that if we wasn't ordering alcohol, she really didn't want us to sit at the bar and eat. So we let her know that we had a glass of wine before coming and wanted to continue drinking wine. She said they didn't have any wine.. SMH, so we said OK we'll have margaritas. It really gave the impression that she did not want us to sit there. Her tone, body language and facial expressions was not pleasant.. We let her know that we wanted to do the endless shrimps and she told me that they didn't have such a promotion and that it was already over. I let her know that we recently heard the commercials, and in fact the promotion had recently started. She stepped away and came back with a triangle menu, saying OK here and set it there for us to choose the shrimp dish we wanted , this given us the impression she really did not want us to order the endless shrimp.. When the food arrived, everything was hot and fresh . we wanted condiments, but we're a bit afraid to ask because of the attitude we had been getting from the bartender who later we learned her name was Michelle because we listen to her be rude to one of the waitresses that came up to the bar asking for change. ( the bartender never introduced herself to us so this was the first time we heard her name.) . I worked up the nerve to ask for the condiments so I could enjoy my meal. To sum things up our experience with the employees, excluding the bartender was pleasant. Our food came out prompt, hot, and fresh, Hennessy margarita was OK. . Would I recommend this Red Lobster? I feel that our experience was damper because of the attitude and intense ambience that the bartender created during our meal, we hadn't been to Red Lobster in years.
